We Hold The Codes

We hold the codes that were embedded in our Being once we agreed to do this Life Journey. We agreed to be in a form so that we could gain the clarity about the human story and transform that story from pain, suffering and survival to a new journey of potential - to thrive.
The Code that is guiding us Home is fully present in this Being. Let us tap into that deep memory and remember who we are. There is a way to reactivate this system - find the way - all Life depends upon you remembering.

Beautiful,

Beautiful.

We're going to drop into a deeper space now,

My treasure.

We're so grateful for this beautiful body.

And know that this is a sanctuary of light and love,

That you are deeply honored,

Loved and respected here.

And everything is confidential.

We hold ourselves here with a sense of calm,

Safety and peace.

We breathe into this beautiful body and as you do,

Think about nourishing you with this breath of life,

This life force,

Energy.

Welcoming it into your being,

Opening up your ribs and lungs.

And letting the flow of life come in and each time you breathe out,

Soften your tummy and release and let go.

For just a little while,

Focus on your breath.

Focus on what the breath is doing for us,

Even when we are not paying attention.

But now that we are,

Let's connect to the breath three sacred agreements that every single time I breathe in,

That I welcome into my life.

All that which is for my most sacred,

Most divine and most delightful life journey and only that do I welcome into this life.

Imagine if we can create that agreement with every in breath so that even when we are sleeping and not mindful,

We are still in that agreement.

Beautiful you.

And then every time we breathe out,

We ask that we can connect into this,

The release,

Let go and eliminate all that which no longer serves me.

And we feel that with the out breath.

And the deep gratitude that this mind and this body,

This system knows how to do this.

It knows how to refresh itself at every point of our life.

And it knows how to release at every point.

And we wish now to be more mindful of this gift that is really within us and around us,

Available to us.

And we open our mind to receive that information in our heart to allow this to become part of our mechanism that is going to help operate this mind body.

That I am constantly refreshing,

Cleansing and clearing and I am constantly in the stream of the highest vibration of light and love.

Third sacred agreement is that we stand within the truth of who we are.

This beautiful,

Authentic,

Sovereign being that is a light being first and holding a life form to have an experience so that we might bring healing to this life experience.

We forget who we are and we imagine that we are just this human being,

Bumbling along,

Doing the best we can,

Just hanging on and surviving.

And because we are in that agreement with our mind and our body and with each other,

We are locking each other into a very small perception of reality.

If we can set ourselves free now and know that we are being held and guided so we can do a human journey and we can feel the content of it,

Taste,

Touch,

Smell,

Integrated into this being.

That we have each other so we can connect and collide and show and reflect to each other what it is that is of value for us to know that we are here together in this massive cauldron of chaos.

So that we can gather immense information in the form to be informed.

We help each other in this by reflecting and performing with each other.

We stay in that space for the longest time until we gain the insight that we are here in the form to gather this information so that we can transform.

We know that this energy of transformation is the gift of life,

It is all around us,

It is in nature and every aspect of life.

Nothing stays the same ebb and flow,

Wax and wane,

Season to season,

The rhythm of life,

The perfection of the life cycle.

We ask now that we can come back into our true nature,

Know that we are here in the form to transform.

As you rest in your body know that you have all the gifts and the codes to do this.

There is nothing you have to still reach for and become.

You were given all these codes and signals from the moment you agreed to come into this life journey.

Thank you being for remembering this.

When we have a difficulty in believing it,

Just go back to the story of that beautiful caterpillar,

Sick and tired of munching those leaves and it turns within itself,

It becomes goop.

Every cell of its being undoes and then it transforms into something that it is not even remotely close to.

And what awakens it is the code that is already within it.

It's imaginal cells.

And here we are with all the imaginal cells,

The codes of who we are meant to be in the fullest expression of our potential.

Know that your imaginal cells are part of your imagination and the brain holds all the images and the thoughts and the memories so that we can activate our imagination,

Our sensory system and re-harness,

Rekindle and reignite these images,

These senses and awarenesses.

But what we have been doing for the longest time is gathering the data in the wrong way.

We've been gathering the information of how to stay safe.

We've been locking ourselves into the story of survival,

Suffering and hardship.

And every sense that we use is finally tuned towards our survival.

It is a low vibration and it is locking us in that vibration.

Thank your being for knowing how to keep you safe,

For being aware.

Now allow yourself to let go of all the thoughts of a must survive.

Just let go of it.

And notice that you are still here and you are being breathed and your heart is beating.

You don't have to survive.

You are being held here.

Let your awareness come into that fully.

This is an agreement you said you would come into your form and you would have this life for a deep divine purpose.

You are going to be held here and your heart is going to beat until it stops.

For as long as the journey is to be,

We are to be here and to hold the space that is so utterly unique to us.

Feel as if you can do that now.

Deeply honour you for the uniqueness that you are,

For the sovereignty that you hold within you.

And the awareness of your life and all the lives of your line.

We hold immense information in a form to be informed,

To transform.

We rest into this body,

Trusting that the unfolding is already in place.

That there is a desire in our heart for something else other than surviving,

Enduring and suffering.

This beautiful heart in all time,

In our greatest hardships of humanity,

We have called for mercy,

Kindness,

Love,

Compassion.

The code of the heart that is guiding us home is fully present in our being.

Breathe into that and know it completely.

We are encoded for the magnificence of this life journey.

As you rest here we ask now that we can allow the system to recode,

To reconnect into a higher frequency.

And as we rest into this beautiful body,

Start to ask your divine heart,

What is it that you seek in long form?

And you'll hear gentle words like harmony,

Kindness,

Consideration.

And you'll know these because of the tangles that you are in or have been in.

You'll know what it is that your heart seeks because you've seen the exact opposite around you.

The contrast reveals the truth.

Look at the contrast and then come into your heart.

But what does your heart seek?

In every single point of pain,

If we can remember to do this,

Here is the point of pain.

And we know how we normally default into our behavior,

Our reactiveness.

And then we play that game for the longest time and it's going down a great wormhole.

Imagine now you can bring to mind a point of pain and contrast that you've known recently that has hurt your heart.

Connect your imaginal cells as you bring it into your imagination and ask your heart,

What is it that you would rather have?

What would you rather be experiencing?

What is the exact opposite of the story?

And those imaginal cells that have been remembering the pain now begin to awaken into the gift that they have to bring to you.

It reminds us who we are and what we are seeking.

What we are longing for,

We've been told it is just one of those things that you can't get.

You made your bed,

You lie in it,

Life is not a bed of roses.

Who said?

Who said this?

And the crushing of the human spirit we are so easily manipulated.

Imagine that we open our human spirit and we say it is the heart and the desire that comes through my heart and my soul.

That is asking me to awaken into that and call it in.

That I can change the program,

Change the trajectory of my life journey.

That I can uplift humanity in a single decision to embrace my life and all the goodness that it can possibly bring to me.

See yourself in that place,

Step back into your sovereignty and claim your life,

Claim you.

You hold a code,

It cannot awaken unless you awaken to it.

If you cannot hold it,

It cannot be known or seen by others.

We are here to reflect truth to each other.

Breathe it through.

With all my heart,

With all my soul,

This is what I wish to bring in.

I see this as the gift that I can hold through me and in me with such immense passion because I know the point of pain.

I know what it is and I would never choose again for humanity or myself.

I am unlocking me,

Unbinding me.

I am stepping into my free will,

My freedom,

My spirit,

My soul,

My sovereignty.

Claiming my beauty,

My magnificence and the gifts that I hold,

I'm claiming it.

Stand strong in this.

See yourself as a goddess,

Claim your energy my lovely.

For everyone who stands within this and the absolute knowing of it,

No charge of energy outside of themselves,

Defending,

Deflecting,

Denying,

Distracting or detaching.

We simply hold this energy,

We hold it as a sword of truth.

And then we think about a lighthouse.

Here upon the jagged rocks,

It illuminates a pathway for those who will see.

And some will see and some will not.

Bring this energy into your heart,

Tone therapy,

Beautiful energy.

Here at the very centre of my being,

I'm claiming my life,

Holding my energy.

I'm reconnecting.

As body breathes,

My heart beats,

I'm being held.

I am loved,

I am love and I'm worthy of all the love that there is.

I give it to me now.

I claim it to me,

No one needs to give this to me.

I am complete in me.

I release myself from all the games of persecution and hardship through all time.

I release reliant,

Dependent and conditional energy.

I do not depend on anyone or anything for my happiness and sense of completion.

I am a complete sovereign being.

Beautiful you.

We release all the shackles for every woman and every girl child.

This idea of having to perform in a certain way so that we might be accepted and held.

I release all of these perceptions and beliefs.

I claim my life,

My beauty,

My magnificence.

And I stand here in my absolute strength.

Beautiful you,

Beautiful you.

Breathe it into your centre.

I remember who I am.

Divine being of light and love.

I honour every step of this journey that has revealed the contrasting points so that I can be in this point and know what it is that I would choose now.

Find the stream that is your truth and imagine you are taking yourself into it.

This beautiful stream that is flowing.

You lie back on your back.

The warmth of the sun is upon you.

And the coolness of the water beneath you.

And you completely surrender into the stream of truth.

And let it flow with you.

No more hardship,

No more struggle,

No more pushing,

Pulling and surviving.

Absolute trust.

Lovely,

Activate your energy field now.

Just think about holding a whole new field of energy.

That the light around you is different.

That you can attract towards you through this light what is truthful to you and loving,

And we hold an energy that is so immense and so strong it's like a lighthouse in a dark night.

Just think about that.

And you can broadcast your light from your strong,

Stable,

Connected,

Aligned place of you being you.

You are on time.

You are here at the perfect time.

There is immense healing that is coming through us being willing to be here.

To live inside of the tangles of our human story.

And then to step out of them and choose something else.

That is what the journey is all about my treasure.

See yourself in your own beautiful flowing energy.

Glorious being of love and light.

Claim it,

Hold it,

Own it and be it.

So lovely.

So we thank our guides,

Angels,

Divine presence for holding us so gently.

I ask now that this work that has opened up within you continues to hold you in a strong,

They're right here.

For every step and every breath this is not meant to be a solitary journey.

We are supported and held,

Just call upon your guides.

Allow yourself to gently come back to this time and this place.

And your divine heart for guiding you back home to the light and the wellness and flow of who you truly are my lovely.

The body loves it.

We bring a deep breath in with an ah sound as we breathe out.

So let's free your hands now,

Shake your hands a little bit,

Flick your fingers.

Bring the energy to the tips of your fingers.

We're going to recode a mind-body signal now for you to bring yourself home to this energy that you are holding now,

Beautifully in alignment.

Take the middle finger of your left hand and put it in your belly button.

And the middle finger of your right hand onto your third eye.

What we're going to do now is code in a connection of where you are at this moment.

The way you are holding your energy with immense integrity aligned and connected.

Open and stretch your arms,

Your feathers.

Keep going all the way until you come to the base and the palms touch and you complete the circle.

That's our mission is to complete our life purpose.

Bend your elbows,

Stay connected with the hands and bring your hands to your heart.

You are holding a very powerful energy circuit and you are the one directing it.

Stand in your beauty,

Your truth and your magnificence of a light being.

And let this beautiful human life and this human body support you while you're doing that.

Never forget who you are my treasure,

A divine being of light and love.

And we will simply move back into that when we leave the body.

May you be blessed and held through every breath and step and every beat of your heart.
