Unconditional Holding Of Gracious Space

I see all Life and all Beings in the pursuit of their Life Journey, their Karma and their Drama. Can I stand here in kindness, peace and clarity of self, can I hold my composure and simply BE here holding gracious space without hooking into the cords and codes of pain.

Alright, Lovely. So here's our space and here we are in the agreement that we are the healers. Imagine yourself stepping into this moment and agreeing that you are here on time in the perfect mind, Body, Being, In the perfect life experience that you agreed to with all those who are part of this experience that you agreed to and feel that agreement with your own life, The place where you are and those who are in part of your life, Involved in your life. Just feel that connection with your own agreement. Even if we cannot sincerely do it, Just drop that awareness into your solar plexus. Because there is a part of us there that remembers our divine and sacred life purpose, That holds this memory of what it is we said we would do, Who we drew into this experience so that we could do what we do, And that we are playing roles with each other, Reminding each other, And we're truly helping each other to awaken. And when we finish playing this human journey, And we step out of this performance, It's like stepping out of a play and then having the clarity of seeing what was being played, What this performance was all about. And we can see everybody as an actor playing a role, And we understand that every single person who is in our life is there on purpose. We drew them in, We asked them to play a part with us and to help us. And the most surprising thing for us when we release from this body is that we see those who play the most difficult roles with us, Who activate the greatest energies in us, Are the ones we love the most. In this life we can barely fathom that. But the reason for that is that we choose the ones we love and honor the most, Because we know the minute we're out of our form in the performing, We will see them for who they truly are. And we will love them so immensely that all the pain and the sorrow and all the misery that we've created in the performing, It just shifts out, Like mist dissipating. It's easier to forgive the ones we love the most, And that's why they take the hardest roles. So really see that for you now. Imagine that those who have created the most difficult situations with you are playing a stellar role. And when we've finished being in this journey, We will truly see each other as we are. Divine beings of light and love. Just ask that heightened awareness of your being to know this as truth. There is a part of you that remembers this and knows this, And there is that part of our humanness that absolutely resists this idea, Because that is how we survive. Our entire coding system is around survival. And the way we can survive is to make sure we're okay. And that means pushing away anything that is not for us and not us. We spend our entire life journey playing this game of survival, Defending, Deflecting, Denying, Distracting, Destroying, Detaching, And nethetizing ourselves not to feel. And then eventually we just stop doing all of that energy work that causes so much pain, There's such hard energy for us to maintain. We just stop doing it. And imagine yourself there now. That you could be at that point where you can just not be pushing away, Trying to manage, Trying to survive, Trying to cope. And ask if you can be in a soft place now with your being. You rest into your beautiful body, Relax into your beautiful being. Let the breath of life come gently into you. Feel like this is a stream of energy. Notice that it comes in smoothly and easily. And we can greet the breath with this body by noticing it, Feeling it coming into the nostrils down the back of the throat, Opening up the throat, The chest, The belly to receive it and make space for it. Feel like your body is now noticing that which is always there, The breath of life. And your body is participating with it and acknowledging it. Become aware of that. There is the stream of divine guidance, This breath of life that is always here. Whether we breathe it in deeply and acknowledge it, Or whether we don't notice it at all, We are still being breathed. This breath of life will move through us in the form until we finish playing the game. And then it shifts and we just shift back into the breath of life without a form distinguishing separation. We merge back into that breath of life. Become aware of that. And know that we are that already, The part of us that wants to breathe and is in a particular way, More deeply, More shallow, Hold the breath, Whatever it is that we want to create with ourselves and the breath. That's what we can do. We feel how we can stress this body. And let's do that now. And your next in-breath goes deeply and as fully as you possibly can, Breathe it in and then hold it at the top of the breath. Hold it there for as long as you can. Notice the stress that it creates in your being that says, I need to release this and breathe properly again. It is us who is causing that stress. It is our activation. Honor that. Notice that who is causing this discomfort? It's me. And then do it the other way with your next long out-breath. Hold that point. Hold it as long as you can in the body and the mind says, Please, Breath of life, I must breathe. Allow me, Give it to me. And feel at that point that you can surrender into it and give life to you. That is the point of agreement. The part of the human struggle is to come back into our own agreement. Feel the torment that we create at the end and the beginning point. And then notice when you are not activating yourself. You're simply wasting and acknowledging that you are this breath of life. That your body is being breathed. That your heart is beating. And everything is working perfectly. Right now there is nothing you must do to maintain your body. The arms of gravity are holding you generously. Drop more of your weight and burdens into the arms. Drop your eyes down into the sockets. Let them be cradled there. Smooth the skin on your beautiful face. Relax your jaw. Smooth your scalp. Soften your belly. Feel the tension release through your feet. See yourself in the moment of sweet surrender. Sweet surrender because we know that we are being held no matter what. We are being breathed no matter what. There is absolutely nothing to maintain or control, Defend ourselves against, Protect. Just be soft, Relaxed here and in this moment. And the body breathes and I'm here. And then we can start to tune into the part of us that speaks to our heart. Drop your awareness to your heart. Begin to open the heart with memories, Thoughts and experiences that delighted you. Begin to play with that energy of amplification. How many different ways can you sense and remember through your senses something that lifted your heart? Notice how many of these connections are through nature, Through another. They are never just in a vacuum. There is always a connection that helps us to see and feel and reflect. We are interpreting ourselves through the interface of this human being. The reflection that is being given to us by what is around us informs this form. Think of all this information that is coming in all the time. And make an agreement now with your senses that you are seeking through your visual, Your auditory, Your sense of smell, Taste and touch. That which delights you. Do that now. Go through each one. What is it that you've seen, That you can remember, That filled your heart with so much love, Gratitude, Deep appreciation? What is it that you have heard and are hearing now that can fill us with a sense of peace? Allow yourself to drop into that. In moments through your day, Just stop and collect as many of these connections as you possibly can. Store them away in a data bank that you label as delightful, Filled with the divine light. Delightful. And every time you drop into this, You are amplifying your energy. Every time you drop it into the heart, You begin to generate this energy. And then we start to see ourselves in this world as powerful beings with the will to change everything around us because we know what it is that we would never choose again. We can know exactly through our experiencing what it is that we do not approve of, What doesn't match us, What makes us feel mad and crazy. We know so much. And then we have this beautiful heart that seeks something else. If it is seeking, It is our awakening. It is calling us. Rest there now. Just breathe into your beautiful being. Connecting into your being now, This beautiful tone of therapy. I will show you who you are, My lovely. At the very center of my being, I begin to awaken who I am. Divine being of light and love. Imagine every tone that is coming in now is like a perfect drop of light, Love, Inspiration, Awareness. And it's dropping into the very center of your being, Dropping into your heart. With all my heart and all my soul, I remember who I am. I am the very breath of the divine. I am the very breath of the divine. I am the very breath of the divine. As we rest into the space, You can imagine your whole mortal being and the energy that is holding you as a form begins to open up. Imagine that all that compacted energy that we create, That creates denseness. That we start to open it. And as you open it, More light, More space comes in, More air. See your beautiful being resting in this more expensive state of space. And see those who are part of your life further away from you. You keep opening up your light energy from the very center of this all that is around you. And instead of pushing them away and protecting, Defending, See them all in that space. And beam towards them light energy. May they see. Think about how light in a dark room dissipates shadows and illuminates the whole space. See yourself doing that now. There is nothing to do or fix or hold. You can be in your own divine orbit light and just radiate light to them. Unconditional light. No story, No drama. Just unconditional light. We send gratitude to all those who are part of our life and the journey. Everything that is unfolding. And because they are a lot further away from us now, We can see everything that they have been bringing in for our awareness. And then imagine that their beautiful bubble of light that they are in just drifts away and out of your space. There are no ties or tethers, No hooks. They simply are. I simply am. And I release completely. All the associations, Agreements, Hooks. All the drama on all the karma. Through all time, Space and all realities I release and let go. Of all associations, Memberships, Agreements, Vows, Oaths, Curses, Promises. Whatever it is that I agree to with the other for the expansion of our awareness. Or whatever was agreed through time that became a burden of obligation. I release that now too. Absolutely release that. I see each and every being as a sovereign being. Like soapy bubbles that we blow into the air. Each one on a path that is unique to them. Floating upon the air. Doing the journey where they are taken. And me clear. Clear of all the tethering. All the ties, The binds, The obligations, The burdens. All the stories. Clear. The only reason for me to connect to these is if I haven't completed. And the clarity of the space with so much light around you. Easy to see what it is and who I am. And to know what it is that has caused disruption in my life. And in this moment of clarity and peace and kindness to myself. In the deepest honouring of my own being, My own journey. And the desire to complete this journey completely, Beautifully. To fulfil my divine and sacred life purpose. I simply release and let go. Feel now that you can view all those soapy bubbles in their own spaces floating upon the air. Receiving what they need for their life journey. May it not be through you anymore that you have gained everything you need to gain through that agreement with them. Ask if there is anything that you need to do to set them free of you. The burden of obligation and responsibility goes both ways. What was in my contract with them? What role was I going to play for them to react in the way that they are? And release you. I release, Let go and eliminate through all time, All fields, All dimensions, All connections of distorted energy. Of hardship, Struggle, Failure, Hopelessness, Helplessness. The energy of despair. The need to control and manage. Knowing how human that is, That energy is. And how we so easily identify and attach and create shame and blame and lack of self worth. We understand this game so clearly now. And with great compassion, Kindness and amusement we look upon what desert we have been giving and receiving and we have love in our heart. Just love, Kindness, Amusement. We are ridiculous beings and it's so time for us to set ourselves free. I release all shame, Blame, Guilt from my own energy system. I release all the need, The neediness. In all the drama that I have created I release all the neediness in that. I stand in my own energy as a sovereign being, This beautiful part of light energy. I am the very breath of the divine and I hold myself here, Sovereign, Clear and beautiful. Connecting in now to your centre, Your solar plexus. We feel this beautiful connection from the very centre of our being. See this as a centre point inside that orb of light. And from the centre point, One perfect cell, The awareness of all that is within it. Like one perfect drop going into a store pond, A body of consciousness. I drop myself back into this life journey now from that single point of wholeness, Completeness, Purposefulness, Light and love. And watch the ripples opening up around you because that's what happens anyway. In this beautiful mind and body, This beautiful being, I am being taken care of. I am being breathed. I am being held. We open up the divine heart to the energy of expansiveness and possibility. Imagine how much more now we can bring in into all the space that has been filled with clutter. Endless space of potential. We connect with our heart and what it is that our heart is calling in now. That is truth. In this life, With this light, I emerge into oneness. As you hold yourself here now, Imagine that this beautiful bubble of light that you have around you is your energy field. Inside of it there is your Merkabah that is holding you and supporting you, Your energy vehicle. See it's spinning, Fully activated. That part of us that remembers begins to activate us in the perfect way. We see these beautiful tetrahedrons moving and spinning perfectly. And we are simply within it, Being held, Being breathed. Feel as if this energy that is in the centre of you now is balanced, Clear. We understand this is integrity, Sovereignty. Claim that. A unique, Delightful journey in this unique, Delightful being. We claim this with all our heart and all our soul. When we give this to ourselves, We let go of all the stories of attachment, Neediness, Dependence, Reliance, Conditional energy. Because we see ourselves as sovereign, Clear, Independent. The life can be as it will and people will be as they are. It is all independent of me. I am not hooked, Tethered. I am not bound or responsible. That every life holds its own journey. I simply hold my own journey with as much love, Kindness, Compassion to myself, My human self, In the agreement to remember who I am. A divine being of light and love doing a very human journey. We send immense compassion, Amusement and kindness to all of us. All of life. So as you rest now into the space, Just be aware of where you are. This beautiful body, This beautiful being. Become aware of the light and the temperature, The time of day, The season, The year. Hear your name. We feel this beautiful energy that is our own energy and our own field. Feel the lightness in the space. Beautiful you. We allow ourselves to come gently back, Moment by moment, Breath by breath. We bring in the flow of oxytocin into our body with those deep ah when we breathe out. Take a deep breath in. Deep release. Take a deep breath in. Body loves the flow of oxytocin. Deep breath. Settling back into this life as we reconnect. Free your hands and shake them a little bit now. Flick the fingers. Bring the energy to the tips of your fingers. Take the middle finger of the left hand and tuck it into your belly button. And the middle finger of your right hand onto your third eye. Hold this connection right here through the central meridian. Know that you are right in the center of yourself and whenever you want to come back into this energy that you are holding now, We ask that we can encode into this mind, Body being, This connection. Just stop. Take a deep breath in. The ah breath out. Feel the earth holding you and supporting you. Then see yourself in a beautiful column of divine light, A shower of light. When you feel connected, Anchored still and you are holding the space, Either physically connect these two points or do it with your thought. Now pull the two points up simultaneously a little bit like you are zipping yourself up and see yourself now zipping yourself up into your own beautiful power energy of sacred light and love. Take a deep breath in and if you can raise your arms above your head. Open your ribs, Lungs, Take a deep breath in and when you breathe out, Pull your arms out through the sides like wings, Pulling the energy, Stretching your fingers, Come all the way, Complete the circle when the palms touch again at the base. When you feel the circles complete and you are in it, Bend your elbows, Bring your hands in the prayer position to your heart. Hold yourself here in perfect balance. See your circuit completely activated, Left, Right, Perfectly balanced, Up, Down, Back, Front, All the positions of our self in this world intact. Here you are, Beautiful you. And in the Centering Place we thank our Guides, Divine Presence, The highest vibration of light and love for holding us so gently. We ask that we can receive this guidance with every breath and every step and every beat of our heart so that this life journey is truly one of great accomplishment and completion. Thank you for you, My treasure. Namaste. Beautiful you. Lovely, My treasure. Just be gentle.
