All our heart and all our soul just as we know how to do.
And we'll just see what comes in for us to be guided through and into.
But in the meanwhile,
As we're just holding the space,
Just hold it with your heart and your soul because this is the greatest gift that we can bring in right now.

Taking a deep breath.
We let that sound,
The gentle sound,
Drop us right into the center.
And as we drop into the center point,
Allow yourself to see you fully connected,
Fully aligned,
Imagining this beautiful light of love and connection coming all the way through the top of your crown,
Down to the center of your being,
All the way down to the base of your body,
To the soles of your feet and into the earth.
And see yourself as connected,
Aligned.
And the only reason you can visualize this and imagine it is because you know it.
We can only picture and only visualize something that for us is known to us in some way or another.
It may be the deepest memory or the deepest feeling,
But we have an awareness that our life is of great value.
We have an awareness that what we are doing and why we are here is deeply meaningful.
Even though we may spend our whole lives trying to understand what that meaning might be.
So let's ask our beautiful being in this moment now to let go of all that searching and seeking,
That imploring of self,
And agree that us being here is a place and agree that us being here is evidence enough that we are meant to be here.
And we begin to breathe into this beautiful body.
As you draw in the streams of breath of life,
Expand your being to welcome it.
And as you breathe out,
Relax your body more and more deepening down into the experience of you in one space,
Holding a space,
Being still within.
Keep focusing on you holding the space.
You're not simply standing,
Sitting,
Or lying down in it.
You are actually holding it.
With each breath coming in,
Feel an agreement through your being,
That this is the agreement to breathe and to hold the space and to simply be.
And then the mind asks us to prove to ourselves and to others that we are of value and of purpose.
And we start to create in the mind our lists of pursuit.
Imagine that we just continue to hold the space and we do not get up to pursue something that would validate us in some way.
And we simply continue to hold the space because something deeper and more real is urging us to gather and to connect and to hold gracious space.
With each breath coming in now,
Feel as if you're opening up the energy of your being on the surface of your body.
With each breath coming in now,
Feel as if you're opening up the energy of your being,
Of allowing,
Being willing,
Deserving,
Giving to you.
Willing to receive and allowing to just be.
Relax now into your hips and feel the balance of your body.
Drop your shoulders,
Smooth the skin on your beautiful face.
Let your eyes drop deeply into their sockets and imagine that your scalp too can feel smooth,
Calm,
Clear.
And just breathe and relax.
And hold yourself here with all your heart and all your soul,
All your life force energy.
How could this being here now be of any worth at all?
When there is no performance and no doing,
And yet there is a part of us that says,
Please just remain,
Find the stillness.
Please stay a while,
And let your heart be with you.
Please stay a while and hold the stillness of them.
Begin to tune into the beat of your heart and the pulse of your being.
So very much alive,
Vital life force energy flowing through you.
Could I not hold myself in awareness here without this pulse and heartbeat?
Could I not just be part of consciousness and not have to feel and explore and experience as this human being?
Could I not just bypass all the trauma,
Drama,
Karma,
And just hold the space anyway?
And the answer comes straight back to us from our gorgeous divine heart.
Be here in your heart that is beating.
Be here present with your higher self pulsing through the veins of your being.
Be here and be willing to be here in this beautiful form that is offering us a viewpoint that is offering us a viewpoint that is so utterly unique.
What do you know?
What do you feel through your being?
How are you experiencing this life through this being?
And just breathe.
You are in a unique space and you are in a unique perspective position because of this beating heart,
Because of the love,
And because of the wisdom of your life experience.
And I will never know what it was like to be in this life experience that you are in.
And I will only ever know how I have seen this journey through these eyes.
And that will be true for each and every being upon this planet.
Why is that?
What eyes are we seeing through?
Allow yourself to honor you for your unique perspective and the unique perspective of those who share your life.
Allow yourself not to condemn yourself or the other for having a different perspective.
So hard to do.
Because we gain great comfort when we see it in the same way.
It affirms and validates us.
And then we coerce each other to see it our way.
But what is the use of that?
Imagine that we are many lenses of the combination of the mind and the mind.
Imagine that we are the ones who are the ones who are the ones who are the ones who are many lenses of the compound eye,
The one eye that sees all.
And because of what you see,
Like the system of this body,
That what my eyes can see and relate to my brain is totally different to what my ears can hear and to what my touch and taste and smell is relaying to my brain.
And yet,
They all come together in one greeting point through the hippocampus to create a stream of awareness to a brain that's locked in a dark place that has no way of seeing it for itself,
Hearing for itself.
It relies upon this input from the five senses of this mortal form.
And thought is created,
Perceptions and belief systems are created this way.
What I know can only ever be from this unique position.
Imagine if we were willing to see each other again to see each other again,
To see one another as parts of a great whole.
And the value of the whole is the multidimensional aspect of its vision,
Its perspective.
There are so many more parts.
So many more ways of seeing and being.
Bring this right in now to your center,
To your gracious heart that has been troubled for so long to find the ways to fit in,
To merge with the world.
To find the ways to fit in,
To merge with others.
And always there's that little rebel,
Always there's this little part of us that says I will not be confined.
The first words of a little child,
Pretty much are the words know.
It knows not to conform.
It knows that its perspective is of great value,
Contrasting as it may be to the viewpoints of the many around.
Remember this.
Remember what you know.
Remember why you chose to be in this form,
To be informed.
Remember why you chose to be in this family,
In this space and time,
In this position.
Ask yourself why and let the memory begin to unfold for you,
Day by day,
Step by step.
It is a journey towards one beautiful knowing to the multiple parts of awareness,
To the deepest truth,
The singular truth that holds us all.
What is that singular truth?

I hold the gift of connectivity.

One beating heart,
One eye that sees into the single unifying connection.
What might that be?
Breathing deeply into your beautiful body,
Breathing out and expressing this breath that has moved through you into all life around you.
Begin to breathe very consciously and integrate you into the air.

You as part of all that is.

Why must I be here in this form now?
It is so that I will see and feel and connect and hold.
And as we connect our unique perspectives into the one heart,
We have multiple perspectives now available to each and every one of us.
If I see life through your lens,

I awaken the compassion and the kindness,
The caring.
We begin to awaken this in our connection with each other.
And so we begin to connect our multifaceted vision towards one vision,
One truth.

One deep desire of the heart.
