So in the space and in this moment where you are holding you,
Where you're connecting to your essence and your energy,
Honor the body that is holding you in this moment.
This beautiful body that can help you see and perceive and sense and experience this life.
And honor this body that holds memory and codes,
Signals,
From all the ancient past journeys.
And some of them have been enormously helpful to bring us to this point.
And some of them now can simply fall away.
And the only way that they can fall away is if we send a signal to this beautiful being.
And we teach this being now what it is that we would prefer.
And imagine that you are marking the point where you switch your family's line from the idea of just surviving,
The struggle and the hardship to just survive.
And then you come along and you stand where you are and you look back at all of the survival energy.
And with such great joy,
And with such great energy,
And with such great love,
You thank your ancestors and thank them for showing up.
And thank them for their courage,
Their determination,
And whatever was needed so that you can be standing in this point.
And imagine you send love to them,
And you free them of all their karmic debt and that love.
There's no guilt,
There's no shaming,
There's no blaming,
There's no persecuting.
That there is simple compassion,
Simply compassion.
Compassion and kindness and empathy and deep gratitude.
That we are here because of them.
And feel this admiration for your line,
Their courageous beings.
And now you stand here and you mark your moment.
And you bring into your awareness that for you,
This energy of survival is no longer necessary.
Make an agreement in your mind and body right now that to survive is not necessary.
And to struggle is not necessary.
And your mind will go immediately,
But oh my goodness,
Will I still be alive then?
And then comfort that part of you that says that and say yes,
But I am.
I'm still breathing and my heart's still beating and I'm still here.
But in this moment,
I relinquish the idea and the concept and all the constructs around surviving.
I feel as if you can surrender,
Surrender that idea as if you could fall back into the wings of angels and let go of all the holding and the claiming and the climbing and the cloying.
Just let it go.
And it's perfectly okay if even right now in this moment,
My heart stopped,
My breath stopped and I no longer held it all to this body even to survive.
And try and bring yourself truthfully to that point too,
Because when we know what it is to surrender and release and let go,
Not hold on to any evidence of ourself,
Then we're not holding on to any evidence of everything that has accumulated in our pathway.
We're letting it go.
And feel yourself letting go now.
I let go and let God.
I let go of the holding on for dear life.
I let go of holding on to my dear life.
And I relinquish all control.
And in the control,
I let go of all the agony of control,
All the games,
All the ideas,
All the tests and trials,
All the hardships.
I let go of all the boxes and the confinements,
The restrictions.
I simply let them all go.
Imagine that feeling when you were really ready to take your last breath and let go of your body even be so certain that it's perfectly fine for you to let go of even your body.
And once we let go of the idea of holding on to our body,
We let go of all the pain and the pain that we've experienced.
And once we let go of the idea of holding on to our body,
We realize that this body is holding us.
The heart is beating and my breath is coming and going.
And every single system in my being is coping beautifully.
My body is holding me.
I don't need to hold on for dear life.
I can let my mind rest into this place of absolute trust.
This beautiful body is running itself,
Operating all its systems more than I can ever fathom.
There is nothing I have to do to make it work.
It simply does.
And this body will beat its heart.
And the breath will come and go until my last breath.
And this body will guide me through this life as a vehicle and help me to see my life and hear my journey and feel the content of it.
This body will help me to connect and collide,
Perceive and understand experience.
This body is this wonderful gift,
This interface between this reality and who I truly am,
As witnessing myself as a light being.
I see through my eyes of my light being through the eyes of this human being and I see this human reality.
And I deeply respect and honor this human reality.
And it's small position of mind,
Small perception of being.
And I understand that that is the best I can do for what it has been able to see and understand in the tight box of restriction.
And because I know myself as my lack being outside of this body,
Because I know myself beyond this body,
This frame.
And I know that I am more than that because I'm intuitive and creative and have insight come into my mind body.
Where does it come from?
That I'm guided and the very breath of the divine breeze through me.
And feel the connection with your higher self and your beautiful human self.
And allow yourself to visualize a stream of consciousness with the two merge.
Your higher self bathing the information guidance inspiration into your human being.
And see yourself drawing it through you like a single flow of light to the top of your crown and right through your body.
Beautiful you.
Mark this moment well in your mind.
This is the moment when we switch and we become more.
This is the moment when we step in to who we truly are.
We awaken into our mindful nature.
And we ignite all the potential of our multi dimensional being.
We are awakening.
Send a message of love to this being that knows that there is something awakening.
Think of that energy that is awakening through you.
The feeling of anticipation,
Vibration,
Kundalini energy.
Beautiful.
So here your energy is just flowing through you.
Thank this being for this moment in time.
This moment when you become clear.
And then marking your space along this timeline.
As if you had a flashlight,
And you switched it on,
And it beams a light ahead of you.
Imagine that you can do that.
And it's perfectly wonderful for you to be able to open the light in any direction.
You can do that.
And it's perfectly wonderful for you to be able to open the light in any direction.
You can turn and face any direction and switch on your light and the path that you choose to walk down will already be illuminated.
Make your mind and body be comforted by the idea that there is no right or wrong.
That's only a construct that locks us into fear.
There is no such thing as the right path and the wrong path.
Let go of that construct and see yourself where you are with the light that you hold at your solar plexus.
And if you turn to face the direction that you choose,
You will illuminate that pathway and you will know where to go.
And if you stop along that path and choose to have another pathway,
You can turn in any direction and then switch on your light,
Which is you.
And just follow that path for as long as you care to that we are taking a journey through this life.
But the first thing we want to do is stop.
And then switch on our light.
And we so seldom do that.
We just pursue and do and list and show up.
So much performing.
Think about switching on that light as the energy of creativity,
Co-creation,
Insight and guidance,
Imagination.
And opening up your energy to that.
Open your energy to guidance,
To inspiration.
Let that switch on your light and let that guide your path.
Beautiful you.
Seeing yourself in this beautiful space and seeing the many roads that we can take the many,
Many journeys.
And they are all absolutely perfect.
Because we are gaining insight in every single journey.
Allow yourself to be in the light.
In every single journey,
Allow yourself to have the privilege of knowing that every journey you may ever choose is the perfect journey.
Because you are the perfect being for being in it.
It is perfect because you are perfect.
And because you chose it,
Because you choosing it,
It chooses you.
And when we choose,
We change energies.
We change potentiality.
It is a wonderful,
Wonderful gift.
Beautiful you.
Now you've brought the energy all the way to still point.
That's the highest vibration we can hold.
So bring yourself to that beautiful still point energy now all through your system.
Imagine it like standing in a shower of light and let it bathe right through your beautiful beam.
Draw it into you,
Ignite and connect into every cell bone,
Nerve,
Marrow tissue,
Father,
Every mitochondria,
Every telomere,
Every atom of your being.
Imagine that you are saturating your human being your human vessel of being you saturating it with this beautiful,
Empowering light.
And that light is illuminating through you.
So beautiful,

Allow yourself to rest here a little bit to fully incorporate this energy into you.
And then when you're ready to take part in this world again and to do the next step in this day,
Just know that it will be different because you are different.
And things will move more easily,
Smoother.
There will be more clarity and understanding about your path.
And when you need to reset,
Just stop.
Stop as you have now.
And ask your beautiful being to reset to the highest vibration that you can hold at this time.
And then rest into your body.
Your body will follow what it is if you are asking your being will reconstruct from what it is if you are asking.
Fill your being with this knowing with this deep assurance.
And let it bring to you an essence of calm and peace and ease,
Confidence,
Clarity.
Take a deep breath in.
Breathe out a deep deep that brings oxytocin into the body and the body loves to take a deep breath in.
So beautiful,
Deep breath in.
Now where you are,
Allow yourself to continue to rest and hold the space and hold your energy.
And when you become part of the world and you get up and ready to be part of the world again,
Go very gently first.
Take gentle steps.
And the very first thing that you can bring to your awareness through either sight or smell,
Taste or touch or thought,
Think about what you could do for you that would delight you.
It would absolutely thrilled you in the next few moments.
And do that,
Choose that,
Choose for you,
Choose for abundance and laughter and delight and happiness.
Choose it so that your frequency knows what it is that you are seeking,
And it can bring more towards you in your electromagnetic field.
