The Seed Of Our Potential

I grow into all that I am to be, the tree of life that is the potential within me urges me to grow and glow. I hold the seed of the Tree of Life within me and all I am encoded for this Life Journey in the most spectacular way - regardless of the evidence to the contrary that this life reflects towards me.

All of my love. We're gonna take a deep breath in both of us. And as you breathe out, Just drop into this moment. Take these beautiful breaths into your body, Into your being, And feel like you are sipping this energy of love and light into you. And each time you breathe out, That you're relaxing back into the space. Allow your breath to give you a sense of rhythm. And then feel the rhythm of your heartbeat. Become aware of that. And become aware that your whole being is rhythm. And send this message to your body, Immense gratitude. That we can feel so much. That we can understand and perceive ourselves with this beautiful body that's around us. And start your awareness at your very center in your solar plexus. And imagine that right here is the absolute center of your awareness. And imagine in that sense, And imagine in that little center like a seed, All the imprints and codes signals of everything that this life is to be for you is right there in that little seed of potential. And for so long, We just carry the seed of awareness in us. We don't plant it, Because we get distracted and we get busy. And we become so very involved in the pursuit of being, And being human and connecting with others. And all the while, This little seed that's right here is asking to be planted within us, Embedded deeply into us. And even that is a choice, Will I grow in this life or not? Will I choose to grow or will I not? Will I choose to give me the opportunity to grow or not? And every single thing is a choice. We can go through our entire life and never plant the seed of our potential within us. Never see it grow into fulfillment. And so for the longest time, We carry this with us and we feel the experiencing and the impact, The colliding and the connecting of our lives with others. We receive enormous information in the back and forth of our form. And all the way through this life, We are seeing the world and all the while, This heart is asking for something. It says, I'm asking for love and I'm asking for kindness. I'm asking for compassion and sweetness and peace and sincerity and authenticity. I'm asking for health and vitality and friendship. This heart is always calling for something. There's this longing and the seeking in us. Connect now to the heart and what it is that is calling all the time within you. And the more we see the opposite around us, The deeper that calling becomes. And the longer we ignore this deep inner calling, The more we become aware of a void within us, A space or a deep hollow. And the more we distract, Deflect, Deny, Destroy, Detach everything that's around us so that we cannot feel, The deeper the sense of this chasm becomes. And we imagine that we are all having this journey where we deeply drop into this life experience and feel the impact of it. And the impact, It is the crushing blow, The catalyst that sparks and ignites something different. It's when things are really hard at the point of pain, Right there is the greatest point of potential. So recognize that within you now, Your point of pain and see what it really is. Feel it as longing and love. See it as kindness and nurturing. See what is making you so sad and see that it is love. And feel that love in your heart now. Be willing to feel it and embrace it and wrap your arms all the way around it. And the person for whom the sadness has come to us, We can imagine ourselves wrapping our arms around them and loving them and holding them close to us, Helping them to feel our heartbeat, Helping them to feel loved and held, Supported and honored. And all the while our heart is showing us the way. And imagine we come to a point where we're just so tired of trying to manage and help and fix. We're tired of our hoping and coping. We just stop. We stop because we're too tired to hold or pick up. We just don't know what else to do. And the sense of despair and longing is huge in our being that we can barely, Barely hold it. And then we drop into the heart. And we remember it's because there is love. We feel all of this because of love. And then we remind ourselves that there is enormous richness in this love. There is such enormous vitality and life and energy, Kindness. There is a glowing and flowing energy in here. And because you're holding it right here in your heart, Imagine that you begin to flow it out from you, Amplified with the memories and the feelings, The sense of longing and the deep awareness of loss. And your heart opens even more and even more. And as your heart opens, It brings sunlight, Sunlight to the very center of your being where the seed resides. And the light begins to plant the beams of warmth into the seed. And imagine the seed within you begins to grow. Imagine the seed within you begins to grow. And if you see yourself anchoring your energy into this earth, Deep roots going down, Down, Down into the earth, Tall, Beautiful trunk, Reaching branches all the way up through to the fine little twigs and all the abundance of leaves. And then I grow into all that I am to be. The strong grounded, Connected, Aware, Holding my space flexible, Able to be in season upon season, This tree of life. And I am part of the tree of all life. I am the seed from that tree. And I grow in the reflection of that tree. And all the wisdom and all the knowledge and everything I can tap into is available to me because I'm beginning to grow. And the more I grow, The more I glow, The energy glows from me and I beam it to those in my life. Feel this as warmth and energy, Sunshine, Light, Birdsong and kindness. The rustle of leaves as wind passes through it, Messages going to each and every being, Everyone that you would love to hold and support, Feel the energy going towards them now. Feel the love. And we wrap our arms around them. And we wrap our heart around them. And we imagine all the beings on this planet who are holding the same place of despair or hardship. And because we can connect into this energy because of our loved one, We can connect into this as an energy frequency and tune into it and beam this unconditional love into it. May it touch the hearts and the souls of all those we know. May it touch the heart and soul of your loved one. Feel the holding of this tree of life that you are, Anchored, Connected to where you are. You will be of no use if you pull up your roots and try to relocate yourself. Your strength is where you are. The place where you are is where you are. And you will be of no use if you pull up your roots and try to relocate yourself now. The place where you are is where you choose to put your roots down. And it's from this place that you draw the nourishment of the earth and stabilize your own energy. It is from this place of inner being, Inner deep, Deep knowing that you align to your truth and you grow to your fullest capacity. See the canopy of your gloriousness. See this as shade and protection and home. And offer this shade, This protection, The strength to the ones that we know and love, The ones that are seeking and the ones who are lost, The ones who are desperate and the ones who are sad, The ones who are struggling and whatever they are in right now. So much love. As you feel your heart now, Become aware of your energy here and ask your being, How am I here at my heart? How am I holding my gracious, Loving heart? How tall and how strong am I here now? How connected to this earth am I here and the willing to grow within this life? How willing am I? Feel the beauty of your being, The expense of your potential and beam that out now. Radiated out as energy, Perfume, Essence, Frequency. Beautiful you. And feel your energy aligned and flowing head to toe. This beautiful aligned energy flowing through you, Nourishing you, Allow yourself to continue to rest here and simply enjoy the space. Just breathe and relax and enjoy the space. And may you feel a great blessing. And may you feel the light of your heart and may you feel a great blessing as you are held. Allow this light and love now to envelop you and hold you and protect you. And ask your angels and guides and the divine presence to be really close to you now. Feel the cocoon of light around you, A comforting light. And see yourself within your own beautiful, Chrysalis part of light, Clear energy inside of this. And from your center, From your solar plexus, Beams of unconditional love radiating to all those you know and love. Free of all static, Open, Clear lines of connection. And these lines amplify the energy field of the one that we are holding in our heart and our soul right now. What a gift that is. What a mighty gift this is. So beautiful you. There is nothing that we can do that has any effect because everything we do will just be another layer of performing and doing. But to hold energy and beam towards another, This is the greatest gift that we can give to all other life. Feel the peace here now. Feel the absolute peace here. Lovely you. Rest now, Rest deeply.
