The Golden Cord Within - Tone Therapy

Nothing is a mistake - the only mistake is that we do not see it. We find our way to seeing the value in all Life and in all Beings and I give the value of my seeing to my Life Journey. I uplift my Awareness because I can see and I can understand. Within my Being is the Golden Cord of Divine Connection. I hold this thread in my Centre so that I can radiate the light out like prisms of light through a crystal.

Feel now this beautiful sound connects us into that part of us that is the pure stream of divine light.

And here I know myself as the very breath of the divine.

I find myself coming into this place quiet,

Gentle.

I see myself as deeply serene.

And I allow myself to rest here,

To rest deeply here.

We take these gentle breaths into the body as if you're sipping air from all that is and breathing it out,

Relaxing your body deeply with every out breath.

You see yourself here as this beautiful being that can participate in this life,

That this one that can witness yourself participating.

And that higher awareness,

That ability to step out of our own story and to value the story that is unfolding through our being here and see its value.

See the worthiness of us doing this story,

Having these experiences.

That truly is a magnificent shift of consciousness.

And celebrate your awareness and your ability to be able to do that.

Celebrate your being for being able to focus on what is.

And know that you have been doing that for a very long time.

Out of necessity,

Being in the now,

Managing in the moment,

And connecting with yourself in this moment,

In this space.

And that that part of you that can be present in what is and see it fully without distracting,

Denying,

Deflecting.

Just be here.

That is your greatest gift.

And then see all those around you,

Those you love,

Those who are part of your family and your community.

See all of this that is around you.

And see everybody as messengers,

Reflecting thoughts,

Senses,

Feelings,

Experiences to you.

And because they are doing what they are doing and having that experience,

And because you can see it and value it,

Acknowledge it,

You are also vicariously having that experience with them.

This is broadening our light spectrum,

Opening up more facets of our awareness,

Bringing us to a heightened awareness because we are seeing through the eyes of those around us.

We are feeling through their hearts because we love and we are compassionate and we are empathic and we see the value of everybody's journey,

However it might be.

And for those who are in the most distorted chaotic energies,

Those who are playing the hardest roles in their distortion,

We thank them the most.

It takes great courage to be in that space and not all of us can hold that space.

And we think people are lost and broken,

But in fact what they are doing is they are playing apart so that we can see what broken looks like.

And in seeing it we can choose.

Truly understand that your being knows this already.

And we understand that nobody is broken and nobody is lost,

Just as no part of our body is redundant and can be whipped out.

There is nothing that is a mistake.

The mistake is that we don't see it,

We don't value it and we don't honor the journey that is being presented to us.

There,

By the grace of God go I,

That I can see the other and value what they are giving me as I can see them and value it because I know that they are carrying a burden that I could not carry.

But if I can see the value in their burden,

Their life is worthwhile.

If I see the value and I give that value to me and uplift my frequency through knowing,

Seeing,

Then this purpose of their life is of value to me as a light being.

I uplift,

I enrich,

I expand my consciousness.

When we see ourselves in this beautiful space and we understand a little more deeply,

We think these moments of clarity when we can see and we can understand.

And we notice that we come into these when we come into the restful place.

So here I am resting,

Allowing and opening up my awareness.

I bring into this part of my life and this experience my expanded vision,

The divine all around me.

I hold the space that only I can hold with this perspective with all my heart and all my soul.

From this viewpoint,

I honor what I see and I honor all those that are showing me what to see.

And I thank these moments with all my heart and my soul that I can see and I can understand.

And I hold onto this.

Feel now as if you can take this as a golden thread and you can bring it right into the center of your being,

That you can hold it,

Capture it within you,

That you can never forget it.

We ask that we can come into this part of our life journey now that we don't forget,

We don't drift into the amnesia.

We ask that we can find ourselves in a different position of awareness,

Understanding that for as long as we have been here,

We have been moving in and out of this awareness.

When we move into it,

We are peaceful and tolerant and kind,

Compassionate and understanding.

When we move out of it,

We are in the experience,

We are immersed and we are feeling all the content of it.

That in and out ebb and flow,

Wax and wane is what is essential to growth.

We become immersed,

We forget that we're fabulous and we have the experience.

And then we come into the next part where we see ourselves having had the experience and we refine our consciousness because of it,

Ebb and flow.

But see now that you have established a golden thread of awareness in you,

That even when you are in those experiences,

A light will go on within you that helps you to know yourself and to know this experience,

To be willing to be in it,

But also very aware of what is unfolding around you and enriching you as you value every participant,

No matter how they are performing.

If we can find ourselves coming into that energy field that truly is holding gracious space,

No matter what,

That truly is the point of us coming into unconditional love and regard.

The longer we can stay here,

The closer we are to the divine light.

Rest your body in this now and breathe it through you.

Simple tone therapy coming into your being.

Rest,

Breathe,

Relax,

Honour,

Trust,

Value,

Delight.

Here I am and here is this life and here is this mind,

Body,

Beautiful being.

To every cell,

To every body,

To every cell,

To every cell,

To every cell,

Every cell,

To every bone,

Marrow,

Nerve,

Tissue and fibre of my being,

I hold this energy of absolute love and delight,

Filled with the divine light,

Delightful.

With all my heart,

With all my soul,

I rest into grace.

There is nothing to do here,

Everything is being done through me.

In the highest vibration of light and love,

I ask now that there can be a clearing and a cleaning of my energy frequencies,

My entire system.

Visualise you receiving a light like a waterfall through the top of your crown,

Pouring through you and around you,

Cleansing and clearing this beautiful being.

We ask now for the complete release of all the codes,

Imprints,

Cords of pain,

Hardship and despair,

Everything that was known and created in the deep longing to just survive.

We thank those who went before for what it is that they experienced.

We are standing here because they endured and persisted,

Because they were courageous,

Determined.

We are standing here with immense knowledge,

Because of them.

Let's ask now that the healing light that you are receiving into you,

Now radiates out through your heart like light through a prism,

These divine shards of light of all the colours,

Radiating from your heart,

Imagine that we could send them back through our lines,

To reveal all the points of pain and hardship,

Release the great confusions,

The disbelief,

How could we?

We release these energies of anger and shame and blame,

Of despair and anxiety and disgust.

We release the energies of helplessness and failure and hopelessness and lack of control.

We release the energies of betrayal,

Of love that is not being received,

Of abandonment,

Depression,

Frustration,

Being taken for granted.

We release the energies of conflict,

Jealousy,

Humiliation,

Longing and lust.

Through all time,

Through all fields,

I ask now that I can hold this space with this light coming through me,

That we are at this point where we can choose,

Will we carry on this story and is that of any value to us?

And we know it is of no value to us,

We should have got this message a long time ago.

And the earth is holding us for as long as it can,

In our immense stupidity,

Hate and greed and destruction,

So that we could get this message.

There is no more time to play in this misery.

With all my heart and all my soul I radiate this light out,

May we see,

May we understand.

We thank this Mother Earth for holding us so gently,

For giving us so much,

For showing us what it is that is worthy and for life.

And we radiate this energy into the energy field,

May it be felt and heard all the way back through time,

Forwards,

Backwards in the quantum field of no time.

Through all time,

Fields,

Dimensions,

May we hold this energy because now we can see and we can understand,

We can witness ourselves in this massive contrast,

Contortioned energy.

And we can choose,

The gift of our free will,

Fully awakened because we know what it is that we would never choose again.

May that be our new embedded code,

Not that of survival,

But that of thriving,

That of the absolute ability to choose for our highest best in every possible moment,

All beings through all life.

May that be the energy.

Can you hold this beautiful frequency now with so much love,

Calling your guides light beings now to bring healing into your body.

Imagine if they could stand around you with their luminous energy,

We thank our guides and divine presence for holding us,

We call for health and wellness,

Vibrant health within it,

So that we can continue to bring in blessings through our mindfulness,

Through the heightened consciousness that we are stepping into.

That being here in this world,

We hold a gracious space that only we can hold,

That we honour our honouring of our being,

That part of us that is sovereign,

Unique,

Delightful,

Filled with the divine light,

Delightful.

Hold that beautiful energy in you now,

And for as long as you can now,

Stay and rest in this space.

Enjoy this sense of peace,

Trust you.

And when you're ready to come back into the world,

Come back gently and slowly and see yourself encapsulated in your beautiful light energy.

Connect to this earth once again and then make the commitment for the next steps that you take upon this earth and the next breath that you bring into it and through you,

That it is through this golden cord of awareness that you now have threaded through you,

Such a gift.
