Standing In This Life As A Light Being - Unconditional Love

From the aspect of me that is Light and the very breath of Divine, I hold my form - this human being that I am - in a whole and a new way. A healing prayer for every woman and girl child.
We deeply reconnect to our Higher Self and pour that delight into this human aspect. Then we observe how we begin to connect with all others from the heightened awareness.

Let's ask our beautiful being that we can hold the space now.

We're going to bring in our bell and just sound that into our vibrational field.

We'll take a deep breath in.

And as we breathe into that resonance,

Pure,

Clear,

Open.

A part of us,

Our soul,

Can feel it.

Imagine that you can let your soul touch that vibration and know it is pure and clear.

This is who I am.

Hold your energy right here in the center of that.

Imagine you are holding the very center energy like a beautiful portal light right through you,

Moving all the way down into the earth,

Anchoring,

Holding you right there.

And this divine light pouring into you from that part of you that always is your divine light being is pouring divine energy into you and just saying,

Would you just open up your energy field and let me pour more and more of this light into you.

Don't place conditions upon it,

But I need to be a certain way so that I can receive,

Just receive.

I'm a vessel.

I'm an energy vessel.

And I'm allowing the divine energy to flow in me and through me as my form.

And I'm holding my beautiful form here so that I can perform in one way or another,

Being a gift through me being here in a form.

Something comes through me.

Something is enlightening through me.

Something is enriching through the light that is me,

That I can hold because I am that already.

And we open up our whole being,

Just letting that divine light flow into us,

Soothe,

Bathe,

Cleanse,

Clear.

We feel that this is a breath of fresh air,

Just deeply cleansing and clearing through this divine being.

And as we are doing this and just pouring this light in,

It's going right through you and into the earth,

Anchoring and holding and making this a glorious pool around you that is reflecting the heavens,

The sky,

And the blue,

And all that is.

And know that there is no end to this energy that can be poured into you,

That you can receive it like a beautiful vessel that knows how to bring it in and through and then drop it into this earth.

That is the holding of gracious space.

We place no limitations upon this beautiful energy that is pouring into us.

No small perceptions of our humanness.

I need to get this.

I need to earn that.

I need the validation of that or the condition of this.

Then maybe perhaps I can allow myself this beautiful gift that is such a human construct and bless this darling human for knowing that story because that is the human story so based upon judgment and condition.

We're so terrified to move in this world because we never feel good enough or beautiful enough.

And if we can just bow past that system and we move right to the crown where the inflowing light comes in and we let it pour into this beautiful being that is already divine light,

Already beautiful,

Already clear,

Can never not be this,

That it will always eternally be this.

No games,

No playing,

No performance necessary,

Just I am.

We feel the deep I am right there at the center of your being at your solar plexus now,

Breathing into your being.

And feel the deep I am.

No game,

No story,

Just absolute.

So lovely you in alignment as you hold this here now.

And as you are anchoring it,

Allowing more and more to come into you because you are an open,

Clear receptacle receiving this beautiful energy through you,

Transmitting it through you,

Transmuting it into the earth like a ripple opening in a pond.

This ripples may connect with other lives.

And if we are a portal,

We're the ones who bring it in and make it available.

We can imagine that there could be many of these light portals,

Lights going on around the world.

How wonderful would that be?

And as you holding this beautiful sacred space,

Connect with your human,

That element in you that is so delightfully human.

Listen to the stories,

The painful stories of conditional energy,

Validation that is needed and the hardships that we impose upon ourselves so that we can believe that we are human and how we give our power away to everyone else around us to help us to feel worthy and loved,

Honored and seen,

Respected and valued.

And we think how ridiculous this is because that's the game we're all playing.

We're asking brokenness to see wholeness when in fact we are whole and complete in light and our light sees who we are and remembers and knows and holds who we are.

Let's bring all our power back into this one beautiful being that I say I am.

And bring your power back into you and feel the blessings coming in from your light being,

That eternal aspect of you.

That part of us that we return home to when we finish playing in this mortal form and we reclaim the power,

We stand in our truth and our beauty.

No matter how we look,

Walk,

Talk,

Be,

Earn,

Do,

No matter any of that stuff,

It's just a performance.

I'm just standing in my form without the performance,

Truth,

Absolute,

Beautiful you.

And when we do that,

This beautiful human body breathes a sigh of relief.

Just take a deep breath in and just breathe a sigh of relief from your human being.

It's just not such a big story.

It's a very gentle and very loving story.

We are creating these constructs that are blocking up the flow of our life force.

And now understand why you had to know this.

So from your higher self,

Through and into your beautiful human self,

Know all the pain points,

These points of insecurity,

Lack of confidence,

This longing to be seen and valued and heard.

And see all of that clinging hard energy of this human.

And imagine that as your light being,

You can just beam so much love to the sweetheart,

Like we will wrap a child in our arms and say,

You're okay,

My darling,

I'm here and I'm holding you,

You're gonna be fine.

It's just a little while.

You will grow up soon and all of this will be past.

We think about how wonderful it would be for us,

Our higher self,

To just say that to us,

Hear your higher self saying that to you.

And then hear your higher self thanking you for taking a form,

For being in the great performance,

For knowing firsthand what the story feels like of pain,

Suffering and hardship in comparison.

A duality experience.

And now,

Because you know exactly where to stand in that point of pain,

Stand where it hurts the most,

Stand where this has been your greatest struggle,

Stand in that place like a human being.

And imagine that the gift that you are going to bring into that wound from your light being is the gift that we are going to give to every woman and girl child who has suffered in this story.

Imagine that you can bring this energy in through you and imprint it into the earth,

That the ripple of this opens up and connects into all souls,

Awakens this new thought,

This new feeling,

This awareness that is way beyond just our human perception.

I stand here now with such immense love.

I stand beside every young girl and every little child and every woman in all the stages and ages of her life who has felt this deep longing to just be loved and accepted for who we are unconditionally,

To be honored and heard and known and valued and seen.

And I stand here at this immense point of pain.

And with the light that I am,

I radiate the most vibrant divine light into that point of pain where that darkness lies the secrets and all the hardships,

All the shadows,

A beam light into it.

May there be healing of this great wound of separation.

May there be complete healing.

We imagine that all the sisters who can hold this energy,

That know this point of pain,

We are holding it together because we cannot continue to play in this game of beating ourselves up,

Disregarding ourselves when we have such vital work to do here.

We are to see ourselves as whole and beautiful and complete without any condition,

Without any story at all so that we can complete our mission and do this healing and this work and spread this light.

So beautiful is this.

We release all the stories that have been created to minimize and cause women to feel insecure,

Subservient,

Suppressed,

Conditioned.

We release all images,

The Hollywood stories,

The Hollywood bodies.

We release all of this and claim our natural goddess,

Light,

Beautiful earth energy and claim our health and vitality and wellness and stand in that.

And once we do this,

We make friends with our own beautiful being.

We become partners and we move back into the divine and sacred agreement that we created at the very beginning of the journey.

When we agree and we come back into our agreement,

Then everything that comes into our life is in that agreement.

What we eat,

What we drink agrees with our being.

It assimilates with great ease.

There is no difficulty.

There is no separation.

I am health.

Everything I'm doing to support my body and my being is just a little kindness to this beautiful human body.

Knowing all the while that I am already a light being that is perfect.

Just giving a little kindness to this glorious human body,

Thanking it for its incredible job of feeling so much,

So much.

Breathe deeply into that,

My treasure.

As you breathe out,

Just hold your energy here.

Then we ask ourself,

What would I do to support this beautiful human being fully and completely so that I can fully complete my mission here?

What would I do for me?

What kindness might I offer myself?

Bring that awakening,

A quickening into your heart.

What kindness could you bring in now?

What sweetness,

Tenderness,

Gentleness,

Beautiful you?

That is so lovely,
