Let's hold the energy as we are in the process of unwrapping one trauma signal a week. We're really on a mission to get these clear and out of our system because the quicker we do this, The quicker we're going to be able to move into a much higher frequency. So this is part of our divine design. Whatever's rattling and smashing upon your awareness, Believe me, It's not a mistake and nor you. It's that you need to know what it is that needs some healing and clearing. So if you can feel it and it rattles in your system in one way or another, Then you can heal it. I think about it like a synaptic cord. So you've got this flashing over here with a message and we've got another little receiving over here of the message as we do through the mind and the body. Then once we connect them like a synapsis, That line clears the story. So you having an encounter, An experience, Or a lot of pain in the story that you're in, That is the story you're here to heal. It's not a mistake, Nor you, My lovely. You're so on time, But there is some work to do while we're here. So our mission is let's get the work done and then we're gonna play, We're gonna have some much fun. We're going to go out to play, Get the school stuff done, And then we go. What we're gonna talk about today is that energy feeling of resentment. Oof, This is such a hard one, Isn't it? When we feel resentment burning in us, It really hurts us very badly because it sits deeply within the system. It hurts not only our mind and our body, But it really hurts those around us because everything that we do or create creates a ripple. And we want to remember that. So choosing to create a cleaner space around us to not be activated in the stories of pain and misery, Trauma, Then that is what we start to open in the collective field, Less of that signal. Today, We can all look around, Not just at our own lives, But in the stories that have been smashed into our faces, In the bombardment of social media, And all the stories that are coming in all at the same time. There's no place to screen or to disconnect unless you just completely agree that you're not gonna follow the news, You're not gonna do anything, You're just gonna live your own life and become very connected and committed to being in a clear space so that you can be clear. Not easy though, Because even if you decide upon that, If you go to some gathering with someone, For sure they're gonna sit there and all talk about the misery. Isn't it amazing? If you go anywhere, Just need one person to tell an RG, Oh dear, Oh dear, If only misery story, Then everyone climbs onto the bandwagon and everyone's swapping stories of how awful life is. So no wonder we feel like it really is, And no wonder we feel very helpless inside of this. So the resentment that comes in, Why is that? Let's talk about that as we go into this little connection today. Why are we feeling resentment and what do we do with it? How do we shift it from our energy frequency? Very good idea for us to release this one. So come on into the space, We're gonna talk about energy, We're gonna hold a lovely heart vibration, And we're going to open the space in a beautiful way, Connect, Help each other to clear these pathways. The more of us that commit to this work, The quicker we're going to clean and clear the field. The more the field becomes clean and clear, The less rattles into our awareness. So it's a great gift, Not just for you, But for all those you know and love, And a gracious gift for those who are still to come, Because this, My lovely, Is like an imprint into the future. It's us encoding something different, A possibility for this darling human species to step into another format. And that truly is the gift this group of humans is going to get to leave if we pay attention and we do it well. Won't that be fabulous? We'll be the generation that created the flick of the switch. That's us, That's why we're here, That's why so many of us are gathering on Insight Tama, A collective connection with conscious beings. I love that, It's not just Insight where random people come in, We're all coming in because we know that there is something worthwhile about us, About this life, And there's something worth getting well for, For uplifting our own energy. We know there is something else, We're seeking it, We're longing for it. So then, If you're longing for it, You hold the key. Remember that it's your longing, That is your heart, That is the activation. So let's drop in, Let's connect into our heart, And we open this beautiful space together. Are you ready, My treasures? We're gonna connect and ask our guides to help us. Whatever it is that you would love to bring in, Whatever you'd like to clear, In this line, This frequency of distortion that brings about some kind of resentment or frustration, Anger, Disbelief in yourself, That kind of feeling, Whatever it looks like and however you have interpreted it for you, Doesn't matter, Just bring it in. Can you wriggle where you are? Whatever part of your body is connecting to something that is touching the earth, Or your being is touching the earth right now, Through the soles of your feet or the base of your body. Let's take a deep breath in. And as you breathe into this being, Welcoming in this life force energy, This beautiful prana, Just for a moment, If you can, Close your eyes and be connected to the gift that you are giving to you right now. Open your heart to this feeling that you are giving you a gift. You can open your heart and receive this. If you are willing to do that, Then you are willing to clear a pathway of great pain the more pathways we clear, The quicker we are going to be able to shift. So you give this to you, My lovelies, Without any of those stories that say, Oh, I first need to do that, Then I deserve it, And I don't deserve it until this or until that. Don't be playing in that conditional loop. It's just a real loop of destruction and pain. Don't play in it, Get out now. This is a gift you are giving you so that your life, Your journey becomes a gift. Open your heart to that idea that you bring in wellness, Ease, Grace, Kindness, Forgiveness, Gentleness, Because we know if we are the holders of that energy, Then that energy becomes available in the field. So what would you hold in your heart right now? If you knew how important it is for us to stop playing the stories of pain, Heartache, Suffering, Survival, What would you be willing to hold in your heart right now? Just think of one vibration that feels truthful to you, That you could possibly hold that is a much higher vibration. Even if it feels like it's a little bit of a stretch for you to get there, Be willing to hold that in your heart right now, The longing for this. There is something that your heart is longing for. And if you cannot pinpoint it or give it a name, Then ask your being within yourself, Silently and deep within, I wonder what it is that my heart and my soul wants me to bring in. I wonder what that is. If you don't know the answer, In a week's time, Keep asking. In two weeks time, Keep asking. You'll be amazed at when you ask in this way, I wonder, Then the part of you that knows how to wander off and find all the answers is going to do just that. It's gonna wander around and bring the answer home to you. I wonder what it is that could be the antidote to all the pain and suffering. See if you can find a word. When you find that word, Search for the feelings inside of it. Words are just words until we connect on an emotional level with them. If we choose the word, And I just love the word kindness, If we choose the word kindness, Then feel it, Don't just hear it as a word, Feel it. What would it be like for me to express kindness when I experience kindness? Very hard for us to go right there. Start here. How does it feel to me when I experience kindness? Hoof, Now feel that. Feel that in your heart and your soul. Play this game with any word that you're willing to hold to amplify the energy field. Bring it into your mind as a word, And the brain is gonna have all kinds of concepts and ideas, Definitions, Dah, Dah, Dah. But how does it feel if I were to receive kindness? How would I know that I'm receiving kindness? How would this being feel about that? Really watch your being in this. Can you accept it? Can you allow yourself to receive this thing that you have pinpointed as a gift? Can you give that gift to you? Can you receive it into you? If you are willing to receive it, My lovelies, You're going to be on the lookout for receiving it. It's like you put on a little receptive antenna that starts to search for that thing that your being is saying, This is what I'm willing to receive. This is what I'm willing to bring into my world. Just a little side note, That's how you manifest. Play with this with a feeling, A feeling that is deep and sincere, A feeling that can last through all eternity, And uplift the human spirit. You go and find that word that resonates for you, That feeling, And you start holding this. And that receptor, That vehicle of being, That ability to connect in through heightened perceptions will be wandering around, Trying to bring you more and more evidence to affirm within this being, Oh, You were wondering about this word, How does it feel when there is kindness coming to me? Well, Then more kindness comes in, And your being says, Is that how you feel? Is that how you want to feel? Do you understand how it feels now? It's like we had this little story going on in the background, Maybe not with words like I've expressed them, But with a sense that we're trying to work it out. We're trying to discern and understand. But we cannot discern, Choose, And understand anything unless we've actually decided that we are willing to give it to ourself. Can you do that right now? Take your word, Take that gift, That one beautiful, Amplifying gift of a word, A feeling that is being given to you right now, And drop it into your heart, And feel it here. And see if you can hold it in your heart without any story, Any conditions, Requirements. Could you just hold it here, And allow yourself to be the one that can hold that feeling, And as you are the holder of it, You are the one who is able to activate it, Because you know how to hold it. And you know that you would much rather hold this than its 180-degree opposite story. If we look at the story of resentment, Why does it come in? Why do we feel resentful? Ask your being, What makes you feel resentful? Start to understand these feelings that are coming in, Nudging and poking you, Are trying to give you information, They're trying to inform you while you're in your form. We don't wanna just say, Oh, I feel very resentful right now, I feel very angry and irritated, Oh, I'm disgusted. We don't wanna just throw more words into that whole mixture. We want to actually get to the point of why is it that I am now feeling resentful? What is the underlying story that I know about? There is something that is activating that sense, That reactive sense in me, There's something. What is the something? See if you can connect to that now. What is the something that brings you to that point? What is the point of resentment? If you can just be there with that, Write these down, The thoughts that will come into you. Do you feel jealous? Do you feel angry, Humiliated? Do you feel hard done by? Do you feel judged? Go into all the things, Rummage around in your filing cabinets and try and work it out. The working it out, The willingness to go into the story and start opening it up. If you were to go into a room where there were a whole lot of filing cabinets and all the files would be stacked up in there and they would have all the stories of our human devastation. And you went into this room that was sealed up and as you went in, You'd go, Oh, Where's the light? I need to see what I'm doing. And you got a flashlight. Now you pull open a drawer and you start to poke around and you pull out a piece of paper with a bit of information, Something that rattled against you that made you feel resentful. But what was the something that made you feel that? Get that. That's important. What is the tone? What is the feeling? Who was there? What was it about? How often do you have that? Be willing to go in and use the light to find the pathways, Find the connections. Keep going, Keep going, Keep going. Put more and more light into it and start looking at the story. We either take it into ourselves to open up these spaces where the pain is and we shine some light into it, Pull out all these stories and we start to unwrap them and understand them and begin to know that all the stories that we've created, That have created the sense we must be cautious, We must be weary, We must stand back, All of our emotions, Those reactions that we have are because we have been playing in the game, Only one game, Which has given us a wonderful opportunity to survive. Start looking at the things that react in you and start to open it, Shine some light upon it, Start to be willing to look at it. The moment you see it, You have to use the light that you are to see it. You have to enlighten yourself, Awaken to something else. All of this is illuminating your potential, Opening up more and more potential for you. So the next time this feeling of resentment comes poking its little head in your life, You've got this incredible opportunity to say, Aha, Come to moi, Come to me, I want to see you, I want to work out what this is all about. If we catch these little stories, These little birds, Thorns, We catch them in the moment that they touch upon us, They lose all their power and all their sting. Because they don't go into that deep, Dark place of secrets, Lock them up, Hide them away. We're supposed to be behaving in a better way. We're supposed to be much more mature, More grounded. We're supposed to be this. Who said, For heaven's sakes, We're all wounded? We're all wounded by just having to be in this life experience. Boy, Oh boy, It's not easy. But you take it out and you put it in the open and you start to look at it with the light that you are. It no longer has a hold on you because you, My lovely, Are looking at it. It doesn't go underground in a subliminal way and start to ache in your stomach, Be a burden upon your neck and your shoulders. It doesn't poke you in a way that says, I'm not happy, I'm not comfortable, Life is awful. It's not, It's beautiful. And we are incredible beings that are learning how to choose now. So here's the gift of choosing. Starting to see and decide and understand and discern. The gift in that is the mightiest gift of it all. It is our willingness to see it. To see our pain and to understand it for what it truly is. To unwrap it as a gift. Our willingness, I always point to the throat because that's where our free will resides. It's where we choose, We claim, Declare, Decide, Discern. It is that voice that is calling in something else. When we have the clarity and we know what it is that we will never do again, We have so much more in our arsenal of ways to try and be in the world. We are so much better equipped to be able to not do that thing again when we pay attention to it. But if we don't pay attention to it, It'll just keep rearing up and finding us in unexpected times, Running away in a default setting, A trauma response. Look at it, Look at everything. Don't be ashamed. This is a journey of understanding what it is that we will never do again. The moment we get that, We activate our free will to never do it again. To choose something else, A much higher frequency. A frequency where there's more kindness, Love and grace, Tolerance, Understanding, Compassion, Forgiveness. This is where we must move to now and we must move there quickly. The only way to do this is to decide we are not broken, My lovelies. We're not broken. We're just starting to open. We're starting to get what it's all about. We're not the victims of a life story. We're not hopeless and helpless. We are not less than anyone else. Every one of us is pivotal to the story. If that was not so, You would not be here. You are here on time for something that is so relevant for what is still to come. It's the greatest gift you will ever give in the unwrapping of these great distortions of pain and hardship. They are only there for us to activate our free will to choose again and to choose now with all our awareness, Consciousness and this darling heart that knows the truth that has never forgotten it. Now we open our magnetic field of our heart. Take a deep breath into that. And this magnetic heart, It amplifies and opens this energy field. And just like a magnet, We will resist everything that we don't wish to draw towards us when we know what that is. And it will amplify and pull towards you because it's a magnet, What it is that you truly want. You better know what you really want. Don't be tolerating anything that is not of your truth. Get that and get it clear and get it fast. Don't be playing in the game of victim, Martyr, Less than, Have to suffer then I will get. I don't deserve. Don't be playing in any of these games. All right, My treasures. That's a big story for us to step over. If you can be here with me now, Just hold the space, Let's settle that in, Drop it into your being, Make an inner commitment now to you. To hold the space with so much grace, Love, Kindness, Compassion, No matter what, See the story and choose, But choose very well, My lovelies. Everything depends upon that.
