
Release Trauma Signals - Horror

Releasing the trauma signal of horror requires creating a sense of safety in the body through grounding and self-soothing practices. Acknowledging and processing the intense emotions with compassion, rather than avoiding them, helps to lessen their grip. By gently reorienting to the present and reclaiming a sense of empowerment, we can transform horror into healing and resilience.

So much gratitude that you're showing up,
Even though it's tough,
Even though we feel like we're going to just lose our marbles any minute now,
We're still here.
Pretty wonderful.
It's a horror movie today.
Wow,
I know,
What a big topic,
Isn't it?
Because it's one of those things that make us go,
Ooh,
Like that,
And just horrifies us.
We can hear that in our language,
Can't we?
When we say something is horrendous or horrific,
And we're horrified,
There's so many ways that we use that word just in our day-to-day language.
But I really feel like when we're saying things,
When we're using words and language,
We're saying it in a way that is identifying where the pain is sitting in us,
Or there's some anxiety or some fear,
Because we know that this little treasure that we're talking about today,
Horror,
Sits right there on the bladder,
Kidney,
Meridian line.
So,
Of course,
It's going to be connected to all the fears,
The trepidation,
The terror,
The horror.
They all sit right within that little space.
It's really,
Really hard energy for us to allow ourselves to feel so that we can move through it and come to a deep,
Deep healing place.
So we really don't want to feel it.
We do anything and everything we can to block and defend,
Distract,
Deny,
Detach,
Destroy,
Anything,
Rather than experience a vibration that is less than lovely.
Have we noticed we are just getting into it now?
There's just no escape.
You get into all the hard and tough,
Shake you at your very,
Very boots energies.
They're all coming in,
And they're hitting us really,
Really hard.
We want to know how to be in these spaces and not lose ourselves completely,
Which is quite a trick because it calls for us to be a little bit more mindful in the moment.
So we want to train ourselves,
Embed some little hidden mechanisms,
Some subtle underlying codes and mechanisms that we can quickly draw upon to help and support us to not get to the point where we're so overreacted that we just can't bring ourselves back.
We feel like we've lost the plot or we've gone into a complete,
Full-blown panic attack.
Very scary,
Isn't it?
I know a lot of you are saying that.
You just feel like you're going to lose it or the panic is going to overwhelm you.
Very well,
Very,
Very well.
You're not alone.
You're not ridiculous.
It is that there is so much energy coming in right now.
So we're going to talk about that today.
How do we cope with the energy of horror?
Are we ready for that?
Let's come into this beautiful space together and let's hold the energy as beautifully as we can so that we can use this time very well.
I think our hearts are really taking a big knock.
We're feeling all the impact right here at the heart.
Then that heart space is where we have got to go to.
So we don't want to close our heart and protect ourselves like we always say,
Defend,
Deflect,
Divide,
Distract.
We don't want to be doing that.
We want to open our hearts even more,
Even though it feels like it's too much.
Oh,
No,
I can't do that.
We actually,
The answer,
The antidote is to open our hearts even more,
Even more,
Even more.
Can you imagine?
So we're going to practice that today.
So where you are,
My darlings,
Let's get comfy,
Wriggle,
Wriggle where you are.
Let's hold this energy and bring in our guides,
Angels,
Divine presence.
We're just going to see what comes in in the way of guidance.
Let's take a deep breath in.
Long,
Slow out-breath.
Drop,
Drop into this moment.
Be here,
Be present,
Hold your energy.
Become very aware of where you are right now at this moment in time.
Be aware of the gravity,
The earth,
The support that is around you now.
How are you being held?
Feel that,
Acknowledge it,
Own it.
Then drop a little bit more of your weight and energy,
All your burdens and troubles into the arms of gravity.
Feel as if you can rest into it now.
Just for a moment,
See if you can be very present in this idea that you are being held,
That you are grounding and connecting yourself to this earth.
At the same time,
The earth is holding you and it's holding you.
Nothing shifted,
So soften your tummy and drop a little bit more.
Drop your shoulders.
Smooth the skin on your beautiful face.
Relax your jaw.
Hold this connection and become aware now of your breath.
As you breathe in,
Let's take this beautiful breath into the body like a stream.
Long,
Slow out-breath.
Releasing out,
Letting go.
Relax,
Relax,
Drop,
Drop.
Pay attention to your breath.
See if you can extend the stream coming in just a little bit more,
Taking a beautiful,
Long stream of life force energy.
Become aware of your nostrils,
Left and right,
Having two streams of energy coming in different ways.
Coming to the point in the middle of the brow and then moving down one throat,
Down to the one heart.
Opening into the two lungs.
This beautiful opening and closing,
As if you were to draw it like a picture,
It would almost look like a helix,
Wouldn't it?
Just moving in,
Closing,
Opening up and closing again.
The spiral helix,
It would look like that.
So as you're breathing,
Imagine that,
That you're breathing in and it's going through two nostrils,
It's flowing down,
It's merging,
As we imagine that point where it would twist if it was a helix and then it opens up again.
Breathe fully into that moment and then breathe out and let it close up,
Cross over,
Connect in once again.
You've got a beautiful energy picture,
Flowing energy,
What you're doing is you're creating an energy vortex right now.
While we're focusing on our breath,
Really focusing on it,
We are being able to bring ourselves to more mindful awareness,
More conscious connections.
Now you're here,
The arms of gravity are holding you,
Heart is beating,
Your body is breathing for itself and there's nothing you have to do,
Just be here now.
Relax,
Relax,
Relax.
We're gonna ask our guides,
Angels and divine presence now to come a little closer.
When we have less static in our field,
It's so much easier for them to come close,
Be with us now,
Touch every single dear heart and soul here now,
Heal all the ancient wounds,
All the traumas,
The signals of horror,
Terror,
Trepidation,
All the fear,
The anguish,
The panic,
The devastations.
We're asking that this can be healed out of our energy coding.
And we thank the coding for being aware and awakened within us and that it has been passed on through many eons of life journeys so that we could get to this point,
So that we could survive as a species,
Being horrified,
Being terrified,
Being vigilant,
Cautious.
All of this has helped us to be concerned,
Aware,
Awakened in a way that was coded only for survival.
So we might say that we hyper-aware or hyper-alert,
But we needed that so that we could survive.
Nothing wrong with you knowing how to panic,
Knowing how to be anxious,
Nothing wrong with that.
It's what has brought us to this point of survival.
It's helped us to get here.
We've had to be very vigilant as a species to find a way to continue to survive.
So here we are now.
Let's acknowledge that you,
This being here now,
You represent this entire line that you stand in all the way back through eons of time.
You stand here as the one who knows through all time what it's like to survive,
To continue to stand and be here no matter what.
Please acknowledge you now.
Understand how strong and resilient and courageous you are for being able to still be here.
You're still here.
I'm so proud of you.
This has been a treacherous journey.
We're still here.
We open our hearts now to those who went before.
We thank them for their courage,
Their strength and resiliency,
Their stubbornness,
Their determination.
We thank them for holding on for dear life so that we can now create a dear life.
See you right here at a pivot point in a great span of time.
And you are holding a point upon this timeline.
There is something that you know that's so deeply embedded in your awareness.
And there is also the something that you know that is deeply embedded in your heart and soul.
The remembrance of who you are.
Remember who you are.
This beautiful being of light and love.
This being that knows kindness and knows compassion.
It is for that reason that we are so horrified when there's something dreadful,
When something awful happens around us.
It's because we know something else.
Hear that and honor that.
We can only be horrified in our life,
Traumatized by it if we know something else.
Then take it one step further.
Not only do we know something else,
But my lovelies,
We are something else.
We are the generation,
The species,
The beings that are here at this pivotal time.
We have been encoded to be here.
All the gifts of our awareness and awakening,
They're encoded in us,
They're right here with us.
No mistake,
Nothing's being left out.
We must just remember.
So here come those three sacred commandments.
The first one is remember who you are.
The second one is stand in gracious space.
Hold this gracious space.
The third one,
My lovely,
Is to activate,
To create and co-create.
Because we are this incredible being that knows something,
Because our energy is going all over the place with this horrified energy,
The frequencies of terror and despair,
Anger and fear and hate and rejection,
Because we can feel the agitation of that,
That agitation is a catalystic energy.
It's a catalyst that will bring us towards something else.
It's an activation energy,
But let's use it well.
Let's not just use it in a way that it shakes us up to the point where we feel like we're going to lose consciousness and fall down on the floor and dead faint.
Let us use this activation,
This very powerful energy that we're feeling,
Lot of anger,
Lot of rage,
Use that so that we can catapult through this quagmire.
It'll be the means through which we take the leap out of this that we're stuck in,
Into the space that is to unfold.
Now honor you.
Here you are,
This incredible being that knows so much,
That feels so much fabulous you.
Because you can feel and know so much,
You can heal so very deeply.
Because you,
My lovely,
Know something.
And the something that you know is who you truly are,
A beautiful being of light and love,
An eternal being of light and love.
You know something else.
You are something else.
So you hold that now in your heart,
My treasures.
Just put your arms around it,
Hug it tightly to your heart.
Feel that connection.
Honor you,
Honor,
Honor,
Honor you.
Love you.
Agree with you.
That everything you're feeling and sensing is perfect and you are on time and you are perfect.
It is what you are to feel,
No mistake.
For all those who went before,
Who were in the most treacherous situations,
Who were deeply horrified,
Who lived with a great amount of horror in their lives,
For all of that,
We stand here now,
Know.
Knowing so deeply what it is that we would never do again.
Be very clear about that.
Because if we will play or entertain even a little bit of it,
It will start to create again.
We've got to know very clearly what it is that we will never do again.
That commitment to never do it again gives us the opportunity to choose something else.
But we cannot choose until we've come to this point.
So here I'm gonna ask you to stand as deeply as you can in your awareness of what it is that you will never do again.
This is your gift to never do it again.
Never in any way awaken any of these codes and chords that are so filled with pain,
Suffering,
Survival,
Struggle.
If we could move through our life day to day,
Moment by moment,
Not activating those signals and then just try and justify it whether it was just or I was just.
If we can't make a commitment to our own one darling self and monitor this own one darling self,
How do we possibly imagine that we could say,
Well,
The world should behave with more decency,
More kindness and compassion.
And people should be less cruel.
People should find more compassion and kindness in their hearts and souls.
Governments should behave a little bit better.
Our workplaces should be more kind,
Caring and considerate.
It's all very well to say that's what must happen.
Yes,
We know that.
We see it.
We wish for that,
Certainly.
But it starts here with this dear one that I say,
This is me.
So could I say that for me,
I will never ever again in my lifetime create this energy of horror.
Think about that.
Think how often we play in these frequencies that are so distorted.
We think it doesn't matter.
But even picking it up a little bit means we've picked it up.
If we decide to put it down,
Then we must put it down,
Not pick it up again.
That means we gotta put down all those stories of cruelty and unkindness,
Judgment,
Shaming and blaming.
We act in a very horrific way when we are unkind and unjust,
When we're unsympathetic,
When we're intolerant.
We act in a way that is pretty horrific.
I'm sure for those who have been parents with children who could just drive you completely out of your do-lally pop when they hit one of their fabulous temper tantrums and they just scream and scream and scream for a whole bunch of time and it's just too awful.
Even a saint would feel murderous.
It's very hard in those spaces and times and places to hold your composure,
To hold your energy.
But that doesn't mean that we're masking it and pretending it doesn't exist.
We've just want to learn to do this in a different way.
So if you can,
Play this little game with me now.
Remember something that was a little horrific in your life where you activated that story.
You created some kind of drama that was a little horrific,
Horrifying,
Awful.
And that you were right in the very center of it.
See now if you can stand in that awareness,
Stand in that memory of you not being your finest,
Most wonderful deal.
Stand here with kindness and compassion towards yourself.
When we can do that,
It's like we're standing right next to our own light and our own human being.
We are the light and our being at the same time.
We put our arm around this dear human.
We speak to this dear human.
I understand.
For the longest time,
We've just been trying to hang on and survive and manage.
I understand.
I understand that you feel so angry,
So intensely furious.
But the shouting and the behaving is really,
Really just horrific.
I understand because that is the way we've been doing it till now.
Now we can start to look again.
Now we can start to say,
Well then maybe that's not the full story.
Maybe that just was my reactive being who was wired for survival.
That was immediately throwing out all these energies,
Explosive catalysts of energy that are so strong and sometimes violent and angry,
Hideous and horrifying.
This beautiful being that was what it was doing so that it could survive.
Hug that being that is you,
That has played in this game in some way or the other.
And as you hold this treasure,
Now connecting to your higher self,
What is it that you seek?
What is it that you would rather behave in?
Which way would you like to behave now?
What would be more in alignment with your truth?
You as a higher being,
A high light energy,
What would be more compassionate,
Kind,
Sincere,
Gracious,
Loving,
Tolerant?
What would that look like?
Just feel in your awareness,
In your imagination,
What that would look and feel like.
How would you be holding yourself,
Standing?
How would your face look,
Your expression?
How would that be for you now,
To hold that space?
Just imagine it,
Feel it as an energy,
A stream of consciousness,
A pool of connection.
So here you are in this beautiful pool of clarity,
Kindness,
Awareness.
When we know that we are something different,
That we can call upon another energy that is 180 degrees away from the other,
When we can do that for ourself,
Never mind what everyone else is doing,
You do this for you,
Because you are the one drop that drops into the pond,
The body of consciousness,
The pool of the collective,
Changes the surface,
Creates the ripple.
Just start with you,
Be kind to you.
It's okay that this is what we've known and understood.
This is okay that we felt it.
It's okay that we've suffered in this way,
But we know something else because of it,
Which makes us something else,
Which helps us to bring in something else now.
Let's take a deep breath into that.
Hold yourself here in this lovely energy stream of kindness,
Compassion,
Consideration for you.
We make a deep commitment now in all the ways that I possibly can.
I allow myself to feel and honor the energies that are awakening our heightened awareness,
To hold them with love and kindness for you.
To hold them with love and kindness and gratitude,
And then to let them go.
In your mind now,
Just see them fall away,
Just dropping away from you.
Let them go.
Well done.
Moment to moment,
Day by day,
We're gonna get better and better and better at this.
We're just starting to practice,
But let's really commit to making this a practice so that we can shift the energy quicker.
More of us that do this,
The better it's gonna get,
The quicker it's gonna get better.
Can you do that?
Can you hold the space now in a whole and a new way?
