Ready To Be Well

Applying no more Energy and coming into deep stillness we allow our body to rest deeply to heal deeply. We are so grateful for what our MindBodyBeing has experienced so that we can know something of value. Now we thank our body for its willingness to go into all the places and spaces to realize the purpose of our Being here. We stop and rest, restore and revitalize this human being so that we can continue on this Life Journey with more Grace.

Taking a deep breath in and then breathing out.

Just release,

Let go,

Let go.

Deep,

Beautiful,

Deep breath in again.

Feel like it's the flow of life and each time you breathe out let your body sink down,

Drop,

Drop,

Drop,

Just a little bit more.

And imagine that there is absolutely nothing to hold on to.

Absolutely nothing to hold on to.

That Earth is going to hold you,

Gravity is going to comfort you and contain and hold you and your breath is going to come and go and your heart is going to beat.

And all the systems in your being are going to operate perfectly and we're giving them absolute space,

Applying no more energy to our being.

Allowing ourselves to become so deeply deeply still that this body can efficiently use its energy resources of beautiful light and flow to bring deep profound healing to every cell,

Bone,

Marrow,

Nerve,

Tissue and fiber of your being,

Every atom,

Every mitochondria and every telomere.

Imagine that you could be sending this message to your beautiful body.

The deepest gratitude for this journey and the walk that it's giving you to this point and everything that you've understood about this life because you've understood about this life because of this beautiful body.

And think how much you know and how much you know because you also have all the imprints of the ancients.

There is such divine intelligence in this being and we trust now that that divine intelligence begins to work towards your highest good.

Thanking your body for knowing what that is and thanking your beautiful heart that is never forgotten.

We call in calm and peace and serenity and harmony and love.

And thank your body for being willing to go into all the places where that was absent and all the hardships that you've understood through other human beings and life.

And this heart has always called for something.

At the point of the greatest contrast and the greatest pain is our greatest growth.

And knowing what you know because of this contrast and your willingness to go right into the deepest darkest places.

Your willingness to hold it.

Feel how brave and courageous your being is.

Thank your being for being so courageous and willing to feel so much to feel so deeply.

Feel the point of pain in other beings so profoundly so that you know the direct access point through that pain that you've connected in.

And at the point of your knowing we just step into who we truly are.

Divine light beings,

Healers,

Connectors of light,

Restorers of life.

And see this as your journey.

And it makes such perfect sense when we understand that there is nothing that has happened in our life that is a mistake.

That everything is unfolding.

We thank our body for also bringing us to this immense stopping point because now is the pivotal time for us to activate who we truly are.

Now is the time for us to remember.

And with all that we've gained and understood we harness that information and we activate it through the system into the healing system,

The sacred grid.

Imagine that you could just be part of this immense sacred grid.

That you are a little light upon it.

But this light is so bright because of what it is that you've known and understood in this life.

Hear yourself here and see yourself here.

See yourself as your light being.

See yourself as your light being.

Thank your beautiful minded body of this form for helping you to recognize who you are.

But beyond our form as essence we know who we are.

And we tap into that energy of our essence,

Our divine and luminous being.

Turning into the sound.

We hear the song of our soul.

The part of us that is light and love.

The part of us that is perfect and healed and complete.

And feel that beautiful energy of you.

And let this beautiful sound fill this body,

Fill it with this love.

Directly from your light source being.

Ask this body to hold you in this life with more ease and more grace,

More elegantly in wellness,

Health and vitality.

So that everything you've understood to this point you can now activate it for the highest healing of life,

All life.

Call to this body and let it know what you are willing to do from this point forward.

How will you hold your energy now knowing what you know,

Knowing what you've come through.

Thank your body for being willing to go so deeply into this experience.

And thank your mind for allowing you to surrender into it so graciously.

And feel like your mind and body now are collaborating in the most divine way.

Just as your light being and your life being are beautifully aligning and integrating and assimilating you into this life journey with this flow and ease.

Draw the streams of your consciousness of this beautiful human being,

This human life,

This human form into the light of your light being.

And let this beautiful light energy that you are holding,

That you've always known and accessed,

That has been calling from your heart,

Let it flood into this human being.

Draw these streams into one powerful flowing river,

A river of cleansing and clearing,

Healing,

Repairing and revitalizing.

And thank your mind and your body for agreeing to allow yourself to receive this.

When we are able to receive this energy,

We heal massively.

Thank your body for knowing how to do that,

To re-orchestrate itself and remind your mind that your body knows how to do so much more than just this.

This is so easy for it.

It knows how to create these incredible chemical compounds,

Systems at work that are working every millisecond while we are here.

We cannot yet begin to fathom how incredible this system is.

Clearing and cleansing cells and creating new cells is so easy for it.

Compared to what it's doing all the time for us,

It's just so that we can observe ourself in this life,

In this beautiful form.

Draw all your awareness to that deep,

Profound healing.

Let the energy of it echo into your heart.

Let your heart open in gratitude for what it is that your body was prepared to feel in every step of your life journey to this point.

So that you would know.

So that you would absolutely know.

And here in the heart,

That knowing has always been.

It is connected to our divine and sacred life journey.

The heart is always held as code,

This cord of knowledge and knowing,

Deep knowing.

Draw into your being through your heart the energy of claiming this life now.

Claiming it like we've never claimed before.

Before we were just wandering through this life in this body and hoping for the best.

But imagine that we claim the body that is the gift for this journey.

We claim it and hold it with so much love.

And imagine that our light being and our life being steps right into the center cord of our being.

Right into our inner compass.

Both energies perfectly aligned,

Dancing next to each other.

Kundalini energy awakening in the energy system.

And feel the strength of you coming home to you.

And you coming home in this body.

So that through this life that is still to come,

You can experience something that is so profound,

So delightful,

Filled with the divine light.

That you can amplify your heart in a way that you were never able to before.

That we open up the streams of gratitude and grace,

Compassion and kindness,

Laughter and happiness.

And the more we can bring this frequency in,

The better it gets here.

It becomes so much better for everyone if we can just elevate the frequency.

And we do this one beautiful being at a time.

When we choose to step into our most gracious,

Most delightful being.

When we choose to be all of who we are possible.

And when we harness all our energy towards this.

The mind,

Body and the soul collaborating now to offer you your most expressive,

Expansive and most delightful life journey of all journeys.

That this one is the journey that draws a beautiful circle into completion.

Finishing off all karma,

Drama.

Releasing all the pain and hardship through the line and through your own journeys.

Let this be your most profound journey of all.

See this as a circle coming to completion.

And imagine when we decide to finish off a circle of existence.

That we can either choose to go around again and again and again in this endless perpetual cycle.

We could choose again.

We could choose to come almost to the end of the circle and feel its completion and visualize that as a long journey.

And then imagine at the point of sealing it and clearing it and completing it.

That we elevate our energy upward.

And that is why we are starting to activate the heart in a new way.

To delight in this life.

And the moment we lift our energy up.

We begin a spiral.

A beautiful upward vortex.

And then the journey we take now is in an elevated frequency.

Claim this for you here at your throat.

Imagine that you are giving this to you as your possibility.

Just as easily as you are giving breath of life to your body.

To breathe this in and to give it to you.

And I deserve.

I allow,

I give to me,

I'm so willing.

Knowing that what I give to me and the more I give to me.

The greater the energy I hold to radiate out.

Become aware that when we amplify energy.

We are able to hold it in our form.

And then we are able to transform it by emitting it as radiating light.

There is no performance in this.

It's just an awareness.

We don't have to be different.

Just as we are is perfect.

Perfectly lovely.

It's just an awareness.

What will I do with the energy that I'm holding now?

How will I open the frequencies around me?

What will I dream in for my children,

Grandchildren,

Great,

Great,

Great to come?

What will I dream in for this civilization?

For this human species and for all life?

What would I call for?

And I call with all my heart and all my soul.

Because the heart knows exactly what it wants.

Love,

Laughter,

Happiness and compassion.

Abundance and thriving,

Delighting.

Feel this energy amplifying,

Amplifying here at the heart.

And see yourself giving it to you.

The more you can give to you.

And the more you can allow yourself to receive.

The more this body assimilates into that frequency.

The higher the frequency,

The greater our healing and our possibility as a human.

We begin to step beyond.

There was an agreement that we made.

We come into the solar plexus and remember that agreement.

We made an agreement that we would first experience this life.

We would forget that we're wonderful.

So that we could be so deeply immersed inside of it.

We would forget so that we would know it and feel it in every level of our being.

And thank your resilient,

Courageous,

Profoundly amazing being for doing that part now.

And then see that part is complete.

I've done that part.

I've completed that part of my divine and sacred agreement.

It would be absolutely enough.

If you have completed this.

To say,

Well then that's it.

I've done what I said I would do.

But the heart is asking for more.

And if we open the heart.

We enter into where we created our deepest aligned sacred agreement.

When we start to remember how beautiful this life is.

And we start to see the possibilities and the potential.

We step into our next sacred agreement.

When we choose this,

Life chooses to allow us to still be present.

What else can I do now?

What can I do if I'm just willing to be here and hold this energy?

Not do,

Not perform.

I've been doing that.

Just hold a gracious energy in me.

Hold my energy so that it can be held here.

Like a portal or a conduit,

I hold this frequency.

And for as long as I am to be here until the very last breath of my being.

If I can just remember this,

That I'm holding an energy frequency of possibility.

So that possibility may come about.

We may enter into that space of our highest potential as a species.

And it will only be possible if there are enough anchoring lights.

Enough anchoring conduits through which the light comes.

And like an antenna or a lighthouse in a dark night,

There is no performance in this.

There is no doing.

There is no pursuing and no activating.

It is only a holding of energy.

Ask your being if it would like to continue to be here.

To keep playing this earth,

To experience this realm,

But experience it from another dimensional viewpoint.

And can you be here and can you hold this space?

This is such a profound gift to hold.

Such a beautiful space.

And the whole mind and body can relax.

Let go of all the doing and the pursuing and the hard work and the struggle.

And simply be.

Just to be is enough.

Feel how relaxed your body and your mind can be with this thought and this feeling.

My body is going to take care of me and this life is going to take care of me.

And my guides and divine guidance is going to take care of me.

When I agree to hold the place that I'm holding,

I will be taken care of.

Surrender into that idea.

There is nothing that you have to do to deserve it.

Just simply allow and simply hold.

It's the easiest space for us to be.

It's the gift after a very hard journey.

Claim this gift and agree for you if this feels it's in alignment.

And ask your being to heal itself enormously now.

Claim your health and your wellness so that you can amplify vibrant health in your mind by being.

Claim your health,

Wellness and vibrant energy so that you can hold it and transmit it to your family and friends and loved ones.

Think back to when you were just a little child.

You were always holding gentle,

Quiet,

Gracious space.

This is who you are.

You know how to do this.

And to do it here in this dimension,

We must still be in our body,

In the form to transform.

Thank the body for helping you to be here still and claim your health,

Vibrancy and wellness.

I'm strong,

Vibrant,

Healthy,

Beautiful,

Connected,

Grounded.

I stand in my absolute truth,

Courage,

Strength and purpose.

And I hold the vibration of this in me.

Every cell in my body gets the message.

I am well,

Healthy and strong,

Beautiful.

I'm here in a new sacred and divine agreement.

I've stepped across that threshold.

And now I claim the health of my being and the delighting of this life to bring fascination and happiness and wellness and abundance to me.

Here I stand in my absolute strength,

Beauty and courage.

Here I stand holding the place that those before me so struggled to establish.

And I thank them with all my heart for what it is that they endured so that I could be here.

And I don't take one of their steps or agreements or choices for granted.

I release all blame and shame and sadness,

Guilt from my line,

Knowing that every step and every experience was essential for us to know.

I stand here now holding my line with such love and integrity,

Grace and kindness and compassion.

May there be healing through my line,

Through all time,

Through all fields,

Through all dimensions.

May my line heal.

May we become the beautiful beings of light and love that we agreed to be.

May we reclaim our energy.

Hold this beautiful space now,

We awaken our pineal chakra,
