Feel like when you give yourself these opportunities just to drop in that you know how to do it as you rest into the fullness,
The space where you are and the beautiful being that you are.
Acknowledge you in this time and space,
This being at this time,
In this way.
We let a gentleness surround you now.
Imagine yourself opening up around you a soft hazy energy.
We can see it like a chrysalis or a pod.
It's like a gentle gauze.
We can see through it.
We're still connected to all the world.
And we are perfectly intact inside of it.
As we rest inside this beautiful pod of light and love,
Softness and ease,
We give this beautiful mind,
This body and this being an opportunity to relax,
Rest and reset.
We take ourselves out the world for a little while.
All the ways that we have to connect and collide through our heightened awareness,
Our senses and perceptions so that we can make connections with that which we said we would bring healing to.
How would we know what we've got to do if we have no connections to them,
To the story?
We understand while we rest in this beautiful place that everyone that we have chosen to play this life game with us is helping us to get the picture,
The reason that we're here.
They're playing parts,
Roles and some of them are really not very popular.
But through them giving us the gift of playing that part,
We can play our part.
If we do that really well,
We step out the story and we remember the contract.
Not only do we free ourselves from that bound,
But we free them as well.
When we refuse to see it from a higher perspective,
We assume that we are broken,
Damaged,
Insignificant.
That dear one who is contractually bound to us will have to consistently play their role so that we understand why we're here.
It's not a very elegant setup.
It would be if we were in a higher vibration with higher consciousness,
Where our subtle awareness is so tuned in that we could see and understand immediately and we would release immediately.
But because we're in a three dimension,
That really is like walking through thick sticky molasses.
It fogs our brain,
It dampens our spirit and our courage.
Because of all the huge embedded pain through time,
We are absolutely drowning in the content to the point where we cannot lift our head above and even notice what is going on.
And yet we are still here bound to a contract.
Part of a divine life agreement,
A sacred agreement.
The part of us that is pure love knows,
Just knows that there's something that we are seeking.
Every time we feel that seeking and that longing in our heart,
Hold your heart,
My love.
Hold it with so much love and thanks,
Because thank goodness we've remembered the goodness thank goodness we've remembered love and compassion.
Our heart is constantly pulling us towards our contract to complete it.
And the treasures who are playing the games with us,
The very difficult roles of begging us to please let them be released.
Get the message,
Release me now.
We are here on many assignments,
It's not just one.
But we all get locked up and stuck.
It's like a major traffic jam.
Everything gets stuck because everything is stuck.
We can just open one space,
Get a trickle going.
We could just shift one little bit and get some movement.
The gridlock will be unlocked,
Opened up.
So let's see it like that.
You now in this beautiful cocoon,
Resting,
Relaxing,
Softening.
Thank your being for remembering who you are.
For feeling the unconditional love that you are able to feel.
For being able to step out of your human story,
So that you can step into your higher awareness.
That you can find yourself giving others magnificent experiences.
Holding them in wonderful ways.
Even though your heart is breaking.
Even though you are in terrible pain.
You love and honor life so much that you're willing to share it with others in an elegant way.
Know who you are,
Know thyself.
And here you're resting in this beautiful,
Soft chrysalis.
The awareness of yourself in this life.
Imagine it playing out around you as if you're watching a great production.
See the stories and see yourself witnessing it.
Give yourself this depth of perspective.
So that you can identify what it is that has been playing out.
So that you can understand that the signals that you are aware of in your mind,
Body and being are just that.
They are signals.
So that you can connect to them.
And through the graciousness of your higher self,
You can bring healing to them.
Be your gracious being now for you.
The one that knows how to step out the story,
Smile and be beautiful,
Elegant,
Strong,
Clear.
Be that.
You've always known how to do that.
Tap back into that part of you,
The brilliance of you.
The moment you do this,
All your light energy switches on.
You come back to who you truly are.
In the frame of this energy,
We ask now that we can so gently and lovingly hold all points of trauma,
Hardship,
Pain and suffering through all time,
All fields and all dimensions.
That we can release now the blaming and the dread.
This energy of foreboding and fear,
Trepidation.
The energy of horror.
We can understand how these darling mortals feel so ashamed and blame themselves.
We're so grateful that we can understand these energies in the context of a human.
That this darling one that I'm moving through and understanding through could know what that feels like.
Immense heartache and pain,
Immense disconnect.
Because you're a being of light,
It feels even more immense.
It is so far from the light that you are,
That it almost takes your breath away.
But remember who you are,
Know thyself.
And now we can feel the compassion for all humans,
All life through all time,
That have suffered in terrible positions and spaces,
In the points of history,
The devastations.
And we can understand their great grief.
We can also understand their fear and anxiety,
Their hatefulness.
Their longing for revenge of some kind.
And the need for humanity to make itself safe at the cost of another.
The fight of the fittest.
The game of survival.
Understand it very well now,

From your higher self and give that picture,
That imprint to your darling human self.
Imagine it like a beautiful gem.
And you've got the full message now.
And there is a little piece that has been missing inside of your human storm,
Your human form.
And this little piece was left out on purpose so that you could have a very deep,

And as you connect it into this darling human being,
This lovely one no longer needs to feel the great impact of painful points to be able to work in those points of awareness.
We have enough history,
Enough stories and accumulation of data,
Which is held in all the places of our mind-body-being heightened perceptions in our crystal-line auric field.
All data that we need as reference is held in a reference form,
Like a library.
This body,
This mind and this being does not need to hold the reference,
The awareness in itself.
Right now,
I free this being of all impact points,
All signals,
All awarenesses through all time,
All fields,
All dimensions.
I call upon the highest vibration of light and love that I am.
I tap into the highest vibration of pure light from where I came.
And I let that light now pour down upon this being.

There is powerful work to do now.

Know that you have a library of all consciousness now gathered around you.
You can refer to it at any moment.
You can relate to it instantly with all the memory that you hold.
And the only reason we would do that is so that we can connect to that point of awareness and clear directly at that point.
And ask now that your heightened perceptions,
Your gift of a healer now opens up.
For every soul with whom you meet and connect,
May you see their vibrational field and understand it in a whole new way.
And may you be able to transmit a healing light,
A balm of kindness directly to their point of pain,
Wherever that might be.
Wherever they might be holding it inside of their human form.
We have got to learn how to transform,
Move beyond our form.
This form that we've used like a library to hold all the content of consciousness.
It has had to be that way.
We have not been light enough to access it in the other realms,
In the heightened subtle awareness.
At the moment we remember who we are,
We clear our energy to a point that we can access that of us.
We start to create in this world,
To transform energy.
For every dear soul who can do this,
That soul has gone through great pain to get here.
To understand it as a mortal form,
Remember that you're here on time.
That there is a gift that only you can bring in because there is an experience that only you know.
If you can feel it,
You can heal it.
You have felt this and now you can release it.
You can release it for many without having to say one word.
May the light of this hold you in the most magnificent way as you begin to visualize yourself inside of your sacred pod.
You are this beautiful being being held here.
This body and this mind is comforted and healed completely.

If we want to refer to anything,
Any instance in our life,

Don't draw it from your heart and soul.
Picture yourself drawing it.
Like you would take a book out of a library shelf and you can read about it,
But not need to attach to it,
To know it.
You do have the attachment already.
You've worked really hard to understand that.
To hold that connection is the attachment.
When we have a connection,
We have a very clean channel through which to heal.
But the referencing of these points of awareness must not come from your own grief and pain anymore.
Affirm that now into your mind body being.
All points of awareness no longer reside within my human form.
Let the light of all this is and all that is bathe you now,
Clear and cleanse your energy in the most divine way.

Every dear soul that you are going to connect with from this moment forward.
Every plant and every creature and every being.
Every part of the earth that you are willing to place your feet on.
Stand as your light being and imagine through the soles of your feet that you can imprint this energy into the bedrock,

Into every single place that you are willing to place your feet.
Just like the beautiful African elephants that can feel the vibration for hundreds of miles through the soles of their feet.
A deep knowing,
A connection through the mycelium,
The interconnectedness of all that is.
The knowing that comes to them.
We are planting a code,
A frequency into the earth.
May all souls awaken as the soles of their feet touch the earth.
May all souls awaken to the higher self,
Higher consciousness,
To grace,

May we become humankind.
That next step is right here and for those who are holding the space know that you are here at a pivotal time.
There is something that is beyond what we can fathom.
