My Heart Holds The Code

You know yourself as a Light being and one who has been working in the field to uplift humanity. Now you are tired, despondent,and feeling exhausted. The overwhelm of sadness for Earth and the creatures that are suffering due to our human savagery is more than you can manage. You hold the key and it is no mistake you find yourself here. It is time to surrender the code of managing, coping, and endeavouring. This practice is for you.

Transcript

We're going to allow ourselves to drop into a much deeper space now.

And honoring this mind,

This body and this beautiful being.

For holding the space that it is holding.

And honoring the feelings that we are having within this system.

And sensing this great disconnect,

This despair.

It resonates as deep despair.

We are truly at a pivotal point of understanding who we are as a species.

A decision point is urging us to make a decision.

It is at this point that we change the trajectory of our human endeavors.

That we can switch the frequency that we've been operating in that has brought us to this point of survival.

And we are ready to switch into the energy of thriving.

We must recognize it because we are feeling as if we cannot go on anymore.

We've no more energy and we've got a deep sadness in our heart for Gaia.

And we feel the destruction of our humanness.

And we feel the terrible sadness,

The inability to make a difference.

Who am I?

I'm only one.

And we've been told the story that who am I?

You're only one.

That you make no difference.

But if we knew how amazing we are,

That we in this body are the resource of the divine.

We are packaged in a being with endless potential.

We are the very breath of the divine.

And we are here taking a form,

Choosing to be in this form.

Choosing to have this feeling and these experiences.

Choosing to interact with the pain,

The trauma,

The heartache,

The despair,

The longing.

We are choosing to feel it on this human level because all this trauma has been encoded into the vibration frequency of the human being.

It is in the form that this informing has come.

It is through the performing that the form has been able to understand this.

So we have to work through the form again to transform.

So us deciding to come and to be here and to hold this space is that we will be here and hold it with grace and love.

And we'll experience this human dimension so that we can transform the frequency on this dimension.

This dimension needs to heal so that we can open into a brand new frequency.

There is a deep longing to heal.

We could equally just move beyond this dimension and not care.

But we care and that is what makes us spectacular beings.

We care about those who are here,

The plants,

The creatures,

The people,

The earth.

We care.

And it is that care,

That love and that concern that is our key.

We have a key and the key has always been with us.

Where would you hold the key that would unlock the greatest puzzle of our human experience?

Would you hide it under a rock on top of a mountain?

Would you hide it in a tree?

And all of that could take itself away.

Would we hide it in the deepest ocean?

We would not have access to it.

The code has been locked into our heart.

This caring,

This desire for love and light,

This deep desire,

This asking of the heart and the greatest trauma,

The most horrific situations we have called out as a species for mercy,

For kindness,

For compassion.

The heart has always called for something.

Here in the heart of this being,

Here is the code.

And now I am ready to connect to it.

I remember that I am a divine being of light and love,

A gracious being.

I remember that I have been feeling this life journey,

Not just through this but through many.

And I'm also part of a line of energy into which I have formed in this life journey.

I chose this line carefully so that I could bring the greatest healing into this line.

In order to know it,

I have to feel it.

And if I can feel it,

I can heal it.

We can only heal on the form level,

On this dimension,

If we can relate to the form,

If we can relate to the level.

The only way I can relate is if I feel it in my own form,

Then I relate.

And once I relate,

I've got a connection,

A synaptic cord,

An energetic synaptic cord.

Your higher self knows exactly what I'm talking about now.

Your energy is completely open towards the feminine,

The divine.

I remember who I am,

That I am a divine being of light and love,

That I am the very breath of the divine,

And that I am here at the most important point of the transformation of this human species.

I honour this being for all that it has understood,

All the trauma and suffering and hardship that it was willing to endure.

In every single one of these moments of suffering and enduring,

A revelation has come into this mind and this body.

What stops us from moving into the place of healing through that revelation is the idea that we are inept and we are only one,

And what use can I possibly be?

It's this fear and this minimising of life,

And it's our detachment from the divine that makes us feel that we are unworthy and less.

It's our constant playing into this energy of having to validate in conditions,

And these energies and frequencies belong to the lower dimension.

I've stepped into this body and into this life and into this journey,

Into this ancestral mind to know it well.

I know it well in all the chaos and all the confusion and all the conversations,

All the conflicts and all the contrasts.

I have known it well.

Think about how much you know that feels disagreeable to this mind,

Body and soul.

And think about how long you have been living with this.

In this life it feels like an interminably long time,

Yet in all time it has been hundreds and thousands of years of the same pitiful space of being.

That I am understanding just a fragment of time,

Now that fragment of time is being collapsed into this one being to get all of it instantly within itself.

How amazing is this being that is willing to feel all of that collapse down into one life journey through one vehicle,

This beautiful vehicle that I call me.

It is quite incredible what I have been holding,

Allowing yourself to honour you entirely for this.

And as we are honouring now and sending love and compassion through our higher self towards this beautiful being,

We ask now through the loving grace,

The kindness and the sweetness of elegant,

Divine,

Gracious energy,

That there be a healing for the being that has held all of this knowing.

That there would be complete release of all these signals,

All the trauma and all the pain through all time,

All fields and all dimensions,

Now the energy begins to run out.

Imagine that you have been carrying this as a reservoir,

A resource of great knowing.

Imagine that you are like a beautiful river that has become dammed up with a sediment.

And imagine that we find a way to create an opening in the wall and we let the trickle begin to release through the dam wall.

And slowly,

Gently,

Such a tiny opening and the water surges towards it,

Really to be released.

The water is the body of consciousness,

All that I have known through all time,

And the water is releasing.

The force of the water upon this one tiny little aperture begins to create a stronger force field,

And so a greater opening opens and the water moves faster.

The consciousness of what I have been holding in this stagnant place,

In the memories of this life and all life and all lifetimes,

It is here in the stagnant pool with me.

I have been witness to it,

I have been immersed in it,

I have been so immersed in it that I was barely able to see the sunlight,

And now it's running out.

And now there is not one thing that I would wish to hold onto to find me in any way.

There is not one thing that I need,

That I release this so gladly,

So delightedly,

Through every cell,

Bone,

Marrow,

Nerve,

Tissue,

Organ,

Mitochondria,

Every atom of this being,

Through all your organs,

Every memory,

Every imprint,

Every great code of tragedy and horror,

Sadness and savagery,

I release it now.

I release torment,

Abuse and neglect through all time,

Through all fields,

From both sides of the lines masculine and feminine to all children,

To all creatures,

I release this now.

I release the energy of abandonment,

Of loss,

Terrible loss,

Of the feminine not being able to hold,

Not being able to sustain and provide the terrible loss of this,

And the energy of betrayal,

Being betrayed by our country,

The politics,

The people,

The structures,

The hateful beings,

The betrayals of feminine to feminine,

I release it now to all time,

All fields and all dimensions,

Unblocking my system as the water runs out.

I release the despair around life purpose,

The lack of fulfillment,

Lack of completion,

And I understand that in those times it was immensely difficult for so,

So many to complete their life and to have a sense of completion.

Life seemed very hard,

That there was no purpose and no reason,

It was just endless suffering,

And I release this code that sits within the center of my being.

I release it from me,

Understanding what it feels like,

And ask now that I can release it from my line,

And at the same time I release this entirely from the consciousness of our humanity,

This despair,

This terrible despair,

Despondency,

Depression.

Let the water run out,

Faster and faster now,

From that small little crack,

Tiny little aperture,

Now opening up wider and wider,

And the water surges and I release the energy here of heartache and despair of the heart,

Longing,

Unrequited love,

Lost love,

And I release guilt,

Shame and blame and the terrible burdens of choices that were made in times when really there was no choice but to survive.

And I release that now.

I release all shame,

Blame and guilt from me and my line,

Letting this go now entirely.

I release myself,

My line,

My family backwards and forwards through all time,

And the human consciousness from the energies of deceit,

Lies,

Manipulation.

I release now the connections to ancient oaths,

Curses,

Vows,

Promises,

Memberships,

To associations,

Tribes or groups that no longer serve us.

I release myself from this as I ask that we release ourselves as a species from all organizations,

Institutions that manipulate us in ways that create dominance for one and subservience for another.

I release the energy of this torturous energy being held back,

Suppressed.

I release this energy of diversity,

Duality and struggle because of it.

I release the energy of suppression and persecution.

I do this for every woman and every man and every child.

I release without shame,

Blame,

Guilt or revenge or spite,

Those who have affronted me in any way through all time.

I release this connection to them,

The connection of pain and guilt and anger or hate.

I release that connection completely and the water runs out.

This body knows how to do it and this mind knows exactly how to do it.

We are bringing in our highest vibration of light and love,

Divine life force,

Light,

Energy.

We bring our angels guides and ask now that there may be a circle of light around us,

A beautiful light that holds us.

I see all the water releasing,

Now almost completely gone.

And where am I in this?

Where am I?

Am I the water?

Am I the rocks?

The logs and trees that have been stuck inside of it?

Where am I?

Who am I?

And what is left?

A dry river bed.

And I'm willing to be here in this dry river bed,

The sun will scorch down upon it and bake the earth.

And I'm willing to feel that too.

I release all the energies of cataclysmic events,

Horrors and torture and terror of life,

The fragility of the human spirit,

Human being in the torrent of life.

I release that energy,

Unblocking all frequencies from the system that no longer serve.

And where am I?

And I cannot see me here.

And I'm aware of the mud and the creatures within it.

And I'm aware of the dead logs,

The dead trees.

This feels like a most desolate place and I'm willing to be in it.

To release the energy of dissolution,

Desperation,

Darkness.

That I'm willing to be in it,

To feel it,

To heal it.

I'm willing to be here.

I deepen my awareness into this.

Where am I?

Where am I that knows all of this,

That can feel it and observe it?

And where am I,

The one who calls for something else,

Who yearns for something else?

Search for who you are,

Where you are,

Where are you?

Where is the calling of your heart?

Where is the desire for life?

Where is the life force energy that it may begin again?

Where is it?

That I can search under the rocks,

Under the trees and in the mud that's not there.

There is a desperation,

Where is it and where am I?

But I'm willing to be here and feel it so completely,

To heal it so completely.

This desperation of the human being to survive.

I am in it so completely.

And now I no longer want to survive.

I no longer want this for me.

To struggle,

To push,

To pull,

To try,

Too hard,

Too hard.

I surrender survival energy.

I surrender survival energy now.

I will no longer play in it.

I will no longer search for ways to survive.

But if this is what life is and if this is all it has to offer,

I don't want it.

I surrender the code of survival from my entire mechanism.

From this beautiful being,

I release,

Let go and eliminate through all time,

Through all fields,

Through all dimensions,

Through all experiences backwards and forwards in the quantum field.

In this moment,

Holding the consciousness of all those that I know and love,

I release this code from me.

Let your body feel completely heavy.

Feel as if you can merge into the mud.

This being now connecting into the highest vibration of transformation.

That I can rest in this mud.

It feels like a sanctuary now because it is just mud.

There is nothing else.

It's just mud.

And I rest there a long time.

And I heal.

I begin to heal all the trauma and all the memories.

No longer held in the body of water.

And there is a sound and a light that comes upon the space and my being.

A light that begins to heal me.

The highest vibration of light and love.

This beautiful being holds the light in wonder and in awe.

And when we behold the light and hold the light,

We connect the frequencies of the life being and the light being.

And I find myself here now in a single stream of divine light.

And I find my heart here.

This heart that calls and urges for more,

For life,

For wonder,

For excitement,

For creativity,

For compassion.

There is a part of me that is turning just to that.

And my heart is feeling it.

And there is a code of remembering in my heart.

My greatest desire awakens.

The desire of my soul awakens.

That there be compassion and kindness and love and light and laughter,

Fulfilment and creativity.

The heart awakens and it awakens a code that has been waiting.

The seeker within begins to seek it.

I look for the light and I find it is within me.

It has always been here.

It is for this reason that I have called for kindness and mercy in the most deep,

Dark,

Despairing places.

It's always been here,

Waiting for the moment of activation.

The moment is now.

There is nowhere else to go.

There is nothing else to settle into or make do with.

The moment is now.

I do this with all my heart and all my soul for all life,

For all life forms,

For all time.

I step into my light.

And the heart begins to signal.

The flow of love comes into me.

I begin to receive it through this beautiful throat.

I deserve,

I allow,

I give to me,

I give to me,

I'm willing.

I hold the space,

I feel something different.

I do not know what it is,

I cannot package it,

I cannot label it,

I cannot put it in a box,

Define it in any way.

It is limitless,

Formless,

Boxless.

It is beyond the confines of our human imagination.

It's a sense and I'm holding that sense here at my throat,

Willing to hold it,

Willing to feel it and breathe it into this being.

I begin to breathe again.

My body fills with life force energy.

This light,

This life force flourishes into the system.

It is here,

It's always been here.

Now I can access it and the body can receive it.

The body now clear of all the debris,

The cut,

The lutter and the chaos,

The stagnation.

The body can receive the light,

Love,

Nutrients,

Nourishment,

Nutrition.

Here at my throat,

I receive,

I allow,

I give to me.

I align the energy of my throat and my heart.

And the willingness to choose life,

I choose it now.

I choose life for me as I choose life for all life.

I am making a choice to hold a light.

I am the light.

I am the light,

The truth and the way.

And we were told this thousands of years ago.

Even the least amongst you shall do as I have done.

It takes one to come out of the wilderness,

One to see the path,

One to illuminate a new way to be the light.

We are all divine lights.

We are many facets upon a great crystal experience of all that is.

This little facet that I know that is me is part of everything.

I am connected and aligned and there is deep gratitude in this mind,

Body and soul.

Now connecting into the higher thinking,

Clear buoyance,

Clear audience,

Clear sentience,

Clear cognizance.

I align into my higher intuitive state,

Into the subtle energy.

As I connect in,

I see myself now in the space that I thought I was so alone and stuck.

I see this beam of light coming down directing itself directly upon me.

My light has found the light and the light has found me.

And it illuminates right through the center of my being.

Feel the peace of this,

The absolute delight.

I am standing in my truth and I am holding my space.

Bring the energy down to your solar plexus.

I remember who I am and the gift of this life,

It truly is a gift for life.

I am standing in the light and holding the space where I am.

There is no doing must should have to.

There is no performance,

No conditions.

I am simply standing in the place where I am with the light pouring upon me.

And I allow this beautiful light to move right through me and into the earth.

I stand in my absolute truth.

I stand in the courage and the full capacity of me as a being of light.

And I radiate this light in all directions around me.

Bring this energy into your being,

Stabilizing it.

Let this beautiful body receive this vibrant light,

Love and wellness,

Flow and ease.

Let this light reach the hearts,

Minds and the souls of all those with whom you connect.

May they feel your light just by you holding the space where you are holding it.

Each and every step I take upon this earth now,

I imprint a new code into this earth.

I am imprinting a powerful code that says we are ready now to choose the next frequency to thrive.

To see ourselves as abundant,

Fulfilled,

Creative people of inspired light and love.

I am choosing this for me and I am choosing this for all life.

We bring in the frequency of happiness.

And place this around your auric field.

See yourself in this beautiful part of light and love,

Vibrating with the highest vibration of great happiness.

And see yourself standing in the place where you thought was so lost and dry and the light comes on.

And standing where you are is the perfect place and life begins to grow around you.

Watch the life begin to grow around you.

Where am I?

I am right here.

I am right here in the heart of this beautiful being that I call me for this life journey.

I hold the light in me and I shine it through my life.

May the blessings of your life and your journey be the greatest blessing to all life.

Now put around you a beautiful part of chrysalis and see yourself in your perfect space.

We gently allow ourselves to come back to this time and this place.

With the energy open and connected with this body in a space that is free of all its pain and suffering.

Allow yourself to gently come back.

Deep breaths into the being and breathing out.

Feel it expanding,
