Let Your Silver Light Shine

Allow your Heart to reconnect to its Essence and the gift that it holds. We thank our Heart for all the experiences that have impacted it. The connecting cords of impact and pain dissolve as we enter a higher frequency of Awareness, Love and Light. Imagine you could know yourself in the pulse of your Divine Heart and come to the agreement that this Life Journey is of great significance and value.

We are going to drop into the heavenly space, My treasure. Here we are resting in this beautiful moment, In this beautiful being. Just for a moment, Feel your breath and feel the presence of your human form. And as you feel your breath, Imagine that this breath of life that you are welcoming into you is the divine life force energy. It's not just a breath of air, But it's energy. And just by being very, Very still in this body, You can welcome this life force into you, Sipping it into you with each beautiful breath. And let this life force energy move into you in whatever way it wishes to. And ask this energy also to flow into your body, Into every cell, Bone, Nerve, Fibre, Bone, And to bring a deep sense of courage and love and wellness, Health and vitality. Imagine that into this life force energy we can imagine what it is that we would love to absorb into this body, And what we would love to give to ourselves so that we can do this life with more ease, More grace, More flow. And feel this coming in now. Imagine that you can open up your whole body and your mind, Smooth your brow, Rest deeply into this space, Into this moment, And welcome this energy flowing into you. Feel the wellness of being still, Quiet, And allowing. And then begin to manage your beautiful body in a whole new way. And imagine that every cell in your being is doing a little dance, And it's vibrating and opening, Connecting and expanding in the most delightful way. That every part of your body is being nourished right now. And that this breath of life that you are bringing in now begins to assimilate into your energy field of your body. And you can imagine then that the field that you are holding within you is the same as the field that is around you. If we are very still and we barely move our body, We feel the absolute quietness around us, We could imagine that there is even no form to this form, No form at all to this beautiful being. And that we in the air that is around us and the temperature that we are feeling and the light, We are just the same. We are one with all of this. Allow yourself to sit right in the center of your being in this awareness. And we open up the energy of the heart. We imagine that this heart is the one heart, The one beating heart, The one pulse of life. If we visualize any part of us, We imagine this part of our heart, This pulsing beautiful heart. And then we move beyond the imagining of it as a form, And we think about the essence of the heart, And we imagine that this is the essence of the heart. And we imagine that this is the essence of the heart. And we imagine that this is the essence of the heart. And we think about the essence of the heart, The energy of the heart, And what it is that the heart calls for. That no matter what state our heart is in and no matter what state we are in, There is a consistent song that is coming out. And we begin to tune into it now, Drop, Drop, Drop, Drop. What is my deepest heart's desire? And for a moment we consider this and feel and imagine the people in our life, Who help us to have this feeling. And imagine you could thank them for giving you that sense, And thank them for giving you that sense in whatever way they delivered it. Sometimes it is going to be in kind of a way that you can feel the sense of the heart, And you can feel the sense of the heart, And you can feel the sense of the heart. And you can feel the sense of the heart in whatever way they delivered it. Sometimes it is going to be in contrast, And sometimes it's going to be in harmony. But all the while the heart knows. And then allow the pictures of the people who have shared your life to move away, As if they are moving into the mist and assimilating into it. And there are no more people and roles or behaviors. But the gift that your heart is holding because you are willing to have those connections, You still hold it right here as your essence. What does my heart desire? It doesn't have a face, It doesn't have a place. It holds no space. Ask your being to understand this is energy, And a pulse of energy that is being kept alive in this beautiful human form because it is a life force energy. It is alive whether we are in our body or out of our body. It is alive whether we are in our body or out of our body. Imagine that you could know yourself in this pulse and this feeling before you even took this form. That in the awareness of yourself as essence, The agreement that this would be your life for the value that it would give you. And imagine you in that agreement, Making that agreement, And then choosing the form that would express who you are and allow you to have all the interactions that would feed and nourish and nurture you, Expand and elevate your awareness, Clear and release and heal. So much work to do because I chose to be in a body. And while I'm in this body I forget because I get distracted with the mess of performing that's going on. That if I just drop back into the center and remember this code, This signal, This reason for being, What wants to come through, What is speaking to me, Why am I in all these exchanges of my being, And it is always the calling of the heart. And we drop down even further, Take a deep breath. And then we come back into the center of the body. And it is always the calling of the heart. And we drop down even further, Take a deep breath. Imagine that you can drop into the deepest pool of awareness. The space almost feels as we go into it as a nothing, No thing space. Our mind might interpret it as a void. But if we rest in there, We are connected to the very essence of who we are as beings of light and love. And there are no distractions and no games here. There are no people and there are no behaviors. It is the purest place that we can step into. And we allow ourselves to be complete. And we allow ourselves to be completely quiet here so that we can hear. And we ask this beautiful being, What must I hear? And we ask this beautiful being, What must I hear? And we ask this beautiful being, What must I hear? And we begin to listen with our soul, Allowing yourself to be completely quiet. Allowing yourself to feel the complete peace of the center point, This absolute still point. Allow yourself to be immersed in it. Quiet, Gentle, Calm, Peaceful, Loving, Accepting, Trusting, Knowing, Deeply calm. All awareness in the dark, Dark, Beautiful space. All awareness in the dark. And then become aware of what you begin to see. And then you begin to see the divine light pouring in your body. And then you begin to see the divine light pouring into the space. This is home. This is the place that I absolutely know. This is the place that I absolutely know. Have a sense of being breathed, Life force energy being breathed into you. And there is absolutely no effort on your part. All pain, All distortions, All hardships, All the static energy of all life experiences. There is no place where we can attach any of these. And then you begin to see the divine light coming into your body. And then you begin to see the divine light coming into your body. And then you begin to see the divine light coming into your body. Where we can attach any of these. Feel as if you can be as empty as this empty beautiful space. Clear as this beautiful clear space. That there is no attachment to any drama or any karma. No attachment to the mind, The body, The history. That this truly is the restoring point of your divine light being. We begin to understand how to do this while we are in our mortal form. When we pass from the life and out the body, We receive this revitalising. Our soul is replenished and the trauma is eased out of its being. And it is restored to light and love. Imagine that we can find these beautiful reset points in this life while we are still in this being. And then we begin to see the divine light coming into your body. And then you begin to see the beautiful reset points in this life while we are still in this being. Resting so deeply. And this beautiful body resets to its divine and sacred connection. Hear the sound of the one beating heart. The sound of the one beating heart. The sound of the one beating heart. And we can reconnect now to your divine silver thread of life. Your life force. And see this as a line that stretches far beyond what we can imagine and has been the journey of this life force. The experiences, The expressions in every step, In every breath, Every connection. And all of this that you know now held in and around your awareness in a way that amplifies your energy as a being of light with immense wisdom gathered from eons of experiencing. See the significance of you on the line right now and imagine you can mark the point of you in this being, This way, But holding all of this that you have known before and knowing this point of absolute storm as you reset reconnection. Coming back into the pure clear line. See you now marking this point as the point where all distortions, Hardships and suffering through all time before are now released. We are doing this in the consciousness of our being still being present. This is a mighty gift to bring in. We transform in this form because we have all this wisdom gathered and connected in and now we begin our walk again. But we begin the walk so clear, So aware and we see what it is that we are bringing in to the line forward. Note this as your point of conscious access. And then gently think about your beautiful body again. This beautiful form that knows how to drop out of its sense of form into formlessness to reconnect and realign with its essence, To know itself as absolute truth, To know itself without attachments, Without others, To know itself in its purest form. Bring this awareness down to the lower part of your body and begin to reconnect to your beautiful body here in this space, In this body, In this time. Feeling the time of day, The temperature, Hear your name and begin to think about all those who are part of your life and see these connections in a whole new way. That each and every one of the souls that are sharing your journey, They too are carrying this line. They too are on their journey and we intersect at a vital and pivotal point to have an experience to offer in our experiencing the gift of their possibility to step into their highest potential or not. And we imagine these intersecting moments like the weaving on a beautiful tapestry but we never forget the silver thread that we are, That we will weave into this fabric of life and it will continue to be woven into it. But what are we weaving in now? Sending out a beautiful energy to all those who have shared this life with you. And as you radiate this energy out to them, Send a blessing along their line that they may complete their journey without accumulating more static drama and karma. May they get the clarity of who they are. Holding this as a gift, A light for them, It makes it possible, More possible now than before. Hold the light, Let your silver light shine. Then see the threads that connect us, Moving in the direction that they must go. We hold none of the threads tangled and knotted into ours. Not one thread belongs to us. We are just walking beside each other. We are doing our most divine and excellent journey. We are holding and guiding and teaching and learning from one another. See the threads that absolutely no longer serve you as moving into the fabric far away from yours. That the line that they are on can carry them along that trajectory. And that the line that you wish to create takes you on your trajectory. See no tangles, No enmeshment, No distortions, Just pure clear lines expressing themselves as silver threads, Silver cords, Unattached, Free. See yourself absolutely free. Imagine that you can step into the idea now of your beautiful human being, This being, And see and claim your energy as a sovereign being of light and love. A unique being that holds cords and awarenesses, Codes, Gifts that are beyond what we can imagine from just this life. You hold them from all experiences. As you bring yourself gently back to this place, See those energies swirling around you in beautiful vortices of light and love. We take a deep breath and we gently come back to this time and this place. And may this love and this light hold you in this beautiful part of this chrysalis. And you'll know who you are in every step and every breath and every beat of your heart. And may deep, Deep peace be with you and through you and upon you.
