We see ourselves as if we are in a beautiful pod,

A chrysalis of light and love.

Holding the energy and the energy is holding us.

Feel as if this energy feels as two arms wrapping around you in the warmest,

Loving,

Genuine embrace of kindness.

We open our heart to hold this energy and we open our heart to elevate our vibrational field.

This energy of gratitude opens it so beautifully.

If you can bring to your mind moments when you felt so connected,

Channel the energy directly to those healing points and the game just stops,

There's no coercing,

No remembering of the grief,

No recall of the stuff,

It's just all stuff,

Make yourself so absolutely clear my angel,

To this beautiful life,

Being the human that I am,
