Dream It In

We awaken our imaginal cells as we align with our creative and magnificent being of light and love. Open up the part of our being that is connected to higher perception and able to tap into divine guidance.

So we're going to go a little deeper now and open the energy field and ask your body to relax deeply into this moment as we open up all our senses,

Open our chakras to flow and ease and feel like we are nurturing our system,

This beautiful mind,

Body being.

We're honoring it,

We're nurturing it and we're giving some time and space for this whole being to revitalize itself.

We thank this life and all our experiences and all those who share this life,

Her journey alongside us and we thank the wisdom that comes in in the form of guidance to help us to understand and interpret all these connections and the collisions and the part of us that is interpreting all of this is not the mind but the heart and the gut,

The enteric.

So celebrating the energy of your heart,

Feel the vibration here,

Feel it opening up around you,

See it creating this beautiful part of light and love all the way around you and see yourself held here,

Held and loved.

We see this energy is clear and beautiful,

Vibrant,

Nurturing and sustaining and imagine that you can be right inside of it and we think about how we have been formed in a pod,

In a sacred space.

I mean we come into this world and the world holds us,

The energy holds us,

Gravity holds us,

The sunlight warms us and there's so many embracing beings that can hold us and comfort us and we imagine that too is a pod,

A place in which we are experiencing ourselves in a new way and when we finish doing this reality in this part of experiencing,

We'll shift into another and every time we are being held.

Become aware of this energy of being held as the breath of life right around us,

All around us and when we breathe in this beautiful prana,

Life force energy flows into this beautiful being.

There is no restriction,

There is nothing we have to do that's more special to receive it.

We can choose to breathe deeply and to draw more into us consciously,

To feel it expand into our body and opening our chest and belly and our throat and we can be in the experience for a moment opening,

Opening in the agreement to receive and we can release and let go and feel how that feels in the body and in the agreement to release,

Let go and eliminate all that which we no longer need so that the next breath of life comes flowing in and it's clean and clear,

It comes into a place of clarity and acceptance,

Lightness.

This beautiful breath of life is all around us and when we stop being conscious of the breath and exaggerating it,

When we stop holding the idea of breathing and we just allow ourselves to be breathed,

Notice how that is happening.

How wondrous is that,

That I am being breathed,

That I can sleep and relax,

Drop into such deep relaxation and know that this mind body being is going to know how to breathe and the breath of life will hold me and sustain me and nourish me until I once again become clear and conscious.

All the time I'm being held by this breath of life,

All the time the arms of gravity are holding me.

If we ever doubt that we are being held,

Just stop a moment and feel the breath of life and feel the assurance of gravity holding you and feel your heart beating.

There is nothing that you are doing right now to make your heart beat but your heart is beating and it will continue to beat until you are ready to release from this form and shift back into your light being.

This body is being held and loved,

Maintained.

There is a divine orchestration beyond what we can comprehend.

Fall back into the wings of angels and know this,

Feel it and honor it,

Trust it and let your body experience now complete relaxation,

Complete rest,

Knowing how loved you are.

Send a message to every cell,

Nerve,

Fiber,

Bone marrow,

Every mitochondrion,

Et telomere,

Send a message of absolute love.

This body is taking care of me.

This body is taking care of itself and the part of me that can witness me in this body is so profound.

The part of me that is outside of all this functioning can hold immense gratitude to this divine orchestration that cares so much for me.

It holds all of this perfectly for me.

If I ever felt insignificant,

Alone or lost,

Remember how much is being done through this beautiful body,

How much is being orchestrated for you to be here,

Divine unique being of light and love.

Feel your connection to this and feel the brightness of your light and rest your body into it.

Here at the solar plexus as we reconnect we feel here our connection once again to our divine and sacred life contract.

What it is that we said we would come and be part of.

For so long we get distracted,

We play outside of our energy field.

If we come right back to our center and we asked to reconnect to our divine and sacred life journey and we ask that we can be in this space of our being in total agreement that this is what I agree to be part of.

That I have come in fully equipped,

Encoded with the imaginal cells that create that caterpillar to the butterfly.

I too have those imaginal cells and all of this will awaken at the perfect moment for what it is that I am to know and experience and move beyond,

To heal,

To clear,

To enlighten.

All of it will come in at the perfect moment.

I think about the imaginal cells.

How do we access this part of us and we are already doing it in our imagination.

The thoughts that are coming towards us,

Exciting our ideas,

Giving us a sense of delight or anticipation,

Our imagination.

There is not one thought that you can think that has not been given to you.

We often wonder how did they think of that,

How did the other even dream that in.

It came to them,

It dropped in.

It awakened the imaginal cells,

A picture that they remember and in the remembering of it because it was imprinted there.

We feel a sense of excitement and absolute knowing assurance this is right,

This is right and it is.

But we think we imagined it and we created it but all we did was plug in to the creative field.

That creative field is there waiting for us to dream into it.

Let yourself rest now and dream into it.

We open up the part of our being,

This beautiful part of our being that knows how to imagine,

To dream.

A higher thinking,

Clear voice,

Clear audience,

Clear sentience,

Clear cognizance and that's just the beginning.

Opening up the pineal chakra,

We breathe into the nostrils,

Place our tongue and pressure point on the roof of our mouth and you will find the pressure point here to awaken a pineal chakra and as you breathe in through the nostrils,

Feminine and masculine,

Draw the energy now to your third eye and let your eyes drop back and down,

Keep the lids closed and imagine that you can look up to your third eye and then drop your gaze all the way back to a place right in the middle of your brain and see this as your pineal chakra illuminating.

See within and we find within us an agreement.

In the quietness and the deep stillness of this beautiful being,

We come into complete agreement that aligns with trust,

Deep knowing,

Connecting with the heart,

Connecting with the solar plexus and into the third eye.

This that I know,

I know.

Feel this agreement coming in here at the throat,

The willingness to express this life in its most amazing way,

Magnificent way and we thank this place of our being.

We thank this throat for being able to allow for nourishment,

Nutrition,

Sustenance to come into our being and imagine we use that same opening allowing energy that nourishes us,

Feeds us,

Sustains us,

Delights us.

Imagine that we awaken that now to the receiving of guidance in the same way as we would look upon some delicious morsel and wish to bring it into our being.

I agree to receive here at my throat,

To receive this amazing energy,

This inflowing and that I amaze myself as I give it to me and allow it to connect into my heart and delight me,

To open up the energy of anticipation,

Delight,

Wonder and then drop it down even further into the solar plexus,

Aligning it with the most divine and sacred life journey.

Feeling the alignment into this,

This opens up your central column.

Think about this place as being your inner compass,

That we've lined up this inner line within us,

Our central meridian.

We're in our truth,

And walking our walk,

We are opening ourselves up into this journey in the unique way that only we can be in it.

And then think about how wonderful it is to be in this being,

This mind,

This body,

Connected to this family,

This line.

No mistake,

No coincidence.

That you have been creation of this being all the way back through eons of time,

All the serendipitous connections of your ancestors and you are the result,

That you are encoded with such magnificent knowledge and understanding,

Depth of awareness.

When we begin to see all that we hold within this mind,

Body,

Being within our energetic system,

We begin to connect and collaborate through our energy system in a whole and a new way.

Connecting in,

Aligning into your central governing system,

And feel that connection run right through your center now.

The divine light pours in this energy of still point that you are holding so magnificently in this beautiful feminine energy of allowing,

Receiving,

Trusting,

Creating willingness.

See yourself as a gracious being and that you've stepped upon this threshold now with full recall of who you are,

A divine being of light and love.

And all the performing and doing,

The drama and the karma that we've been playing into this point,

We see it all with great light,

Love,

Amusement,

Kindness,

Compassion and forgiveness.

This light pours into me and refreshes and holds this beautiful being.

And we draw this beautiful energy all the way down now to the dantian,

To the second chakra.

We place ourselves firmly into this earth,

Balancing ourselves with our strong legs,

Feeling the stability of our left and our right,

Our ability to hold our energy,

And draw this energy down here to your second chakra.

And feel at this point that all healing can happen here now.

Of all the pains of betrayal and hardship,

Abandonment,

Neglect,

Hardship and suffering,

Of all the ways that we have shown and felt and experienced,

In all the ways we've connected with others,

In the ways that we have reflected to them and them to us so that we would see and understand.

Let this healing balm come into you.

Let it heal all the ancient wounds,

Imprints,

Sadness,

Pain,

Horror,

Signals and codes.

May it heal them immediately and instantly.

May all connections with all beings now be cleared and purified.

May I see myself in my own beautiful part of light and love as a sacred sovereign being.

And that I hold the space cleanly and clearly.

And that I will recreate the connections with me and those with whom I share this journey in a whole and a new way.

Bright luminous light cores that transmit light and love,

Kindness,

Compassion,

Forgiveness,

Gentleness and understanding.

Now just see yourself coming completely home into your own energy orb and that it is being washed and bathed clear with every breath,

With every beat of your heart,

Every mitochondria is being refreshed and cleared.

Every cell is being revitalized.

And this beautiful body stands in its space upon this earth,

Its unique space of holding this life.

See yourself holding your life dearly,

Holding this dear life dearly,

Honoring and respecting this mind,

Body,

Being,

All other beings,

All life.

And feeling the strength of your own ability to hold space,

Hold gracious space.

There is no doing,

No pursuing,

No performance.

It's simply a holding of an energy and a willingness to receive more and more light energy so that the holding of the space can be filled with grace.

Breathing into this beautiful body,

Drawing deeper breaths into it now to replenish it as we come into the awareness of where we are once again in this time and the space,

In this body,

In this life.

What a privilege,

What a journey,

What a delight.

May we see it as a great delight.

I stand upon this earth held,

Supported,

Loved,

Honored and I hold the honoring of this energy in me and through me as I honor all life.

Beautiful you.

Dreams of awareness of this beautiful life being,

This beautiful light being.

The light inspires my life and we find ourselves coming into a single stream of awareness,

Connected,

Aligned,

Beautiful,

Flowing.

Feel this balance coming into the very center of you,

Holding you now,

We take a deep breath in and open up this lovely flow of oxytocin in our body.
