So here we are.
We're gonna come into a much deeper space now.
We just thank our guides and the divine presence for holding us,
For being close.
We take a deep breath in.
And then breathe out and through this beautiful body.
Feel that you're coming into your inner sanctuary,
Your center.
Have the sense of you coming home to you.
And when we connect into that feeling,
It's like we're completely comfortable because we're home.
And this home that we are creating as evidence of our human form,
It really is a sanctuary when we connect into it with that idea.
And everything that we place within this home of self is pleasing to self.
It's beautiful,
It's beautiful,
It's beautiful,
It's harmonious,
It works.
And imagine this as us,
Placing our attention,
Our awareness,
And our higher self into this home of this human being,
This beautiful human being,
Setting up the stage for the presence of our higher self.
We think about what we would do if we knew our higher self was gonna step into our home.
We would be so aware of the windows being clean and the place being open and clear and beautiful,
The flowers.
We would think about the graciousness of that space.
And we imagine that we connect into that now in our own human being.
And we see this human being as a gracious space.
And because we are graciously holding ourselves in this awareness,
We are beginning to create through our electromagnetic field,
This energy of grace.
And then we hear the words,
Just hold gracious space.
This is the most important thing that we can do if we do nothing else upon this earth in this existence,
In this mind,
Body,
Being.
The most relevant,
Most significant thing we can do is to hold gracious space.
And feel as if you are doing that right now,
Settling down into your beautiful body,
Feeling like it is this home that is so lovingly,
Kindly given to you,
And that it is the perfect body,
Perfect mind,
And that you are connected in the perfect way.
Your interests and desires,
Your passions,
Your connections,
And every single thing that has been part of your life,
It is all working towards this moment of huge awakening.
Everything is coming into this moment.
And we are coming into the moment fully clear,
Fully aware,
Conscious of who we are,
Mindful of how we're showing and presenting.
Mind full.
And feel that full in that word,
The fullness.
And this is truly what we are seeking to find that fulfillment of our life,
The fulfillment of our worthiness of being here,
The significance of this journey.
And if we truly wanna see that and feel it,
And embrace it and bring it in,
And hold it as our deepest value,
What is the worthiness of me?
What is the gift of me?
And how can I hold the space now in a different way?
In the resting of this moment,
We breathe into this beautiful body and feel like we're opening up the space of our energy field.
And slowly,
If we could imagine this and seeing the density of our body and our mind's eye,
Imagine if you could see yourself from a little above,
And you would see the collaboration of all these atoms holding a sense of who you are as a form.
And imagine that we open up the space just a little around that gathering.
And that we can see that truly in between all these atoms,
So much light and space,
And this,
That is me,
That I say is me,
Is a collection of tiny molecules of miracles,
Tiny atoms.
And really,
What are each of these little atoms?
They're like little dazzling stars,
Lights.
And every single light and every little part of it is like a facet on a diamond.
And I am like this diamond with many facets,
Many ways of shining into the world of my divine prismic light,
So beautiful.
And I gather up all of this that I am,
That I've held and known through all time,
And I place myself right here,
Right here now,
Fully conscious,
Fully aware,
Connected,
Aligned,
Centered,
And feel this beautiful space of self,
Beautiful space of self.
And all I have to do here is rest and breathe.
And I can breathe consciously for a little while,
Loving that I can breathe,
And I can breathe out completely,
And feel the emptying out and the releasing.
And in this breath,
I realize that I am in flow,
That I am part of all nature,
And that I am part of all the universe.
And I can breathe in and out completely,
And I can breathe in and out completely,
And I can breathe out completely,
That I am part of all nature,
And that there is no separation.
I breathe into this beautiful body and expand my consciousness,
My awareness,
My energy.
And as I breathe out,
I bring my awareness back to my center,
My solar plexus.
Become very aware of your center,
Your solar plexus now.
Hold your awareness here at the sides of your body.
When you take your next out breath,
Feel as if you can press your ribs together a little bit towards your center,
Your solar plexus,
And breathe out deeply and release and let go.
Squeeze and squeeze to release completely.
And when we get to the end of that squeeze,
We just drop all the tightness,
And the breath comes flowing in.
We open that energy all around us,
This energy of expansion.
See yourself expanding your breath,
Life force energy,
Into your being from your very center.
And then see yourself releasing at your very center.
We release the very center of our consciousness,
Everything that we have held and known through all time,
All fields,
All dimensions.
We release all karmic debt,
All pain and sorrow that we've carried for our land.
We release with such love and deep gratitude for what it is that we know now because of what it is that our ancient ones went through.
And then we think of this beautiful heart,
This heart that is so filled with love,
This heart that has never stopped calling us home.
In our times of greatest hardship,
Despair,
And sadness,
This heart has longed for something,
For love and companionship and kindness.
Our heart knows the way home.
And we connect once again to this magnificent heart of pure love.
We're breathing into this beautiful body and the heart is beating.
And for just a little while,
We are conscious of our breath,
Conscious that we are in love.
Conscious that we are breathing through every step and every breath,
Through every beat of our heart,
That we are alive,
That we know ourselves as a form and we can feel the breath in the form.
And we feel this breath,
We feel the release and the certainty that we can bring in by squeezing our ribs together around our center and releasing completely and certainly.
When we do this,
We do it for every pain that has ever been known in the feminine line,
To release all the pain of betrayal and hardship,
Of sadness and horror,
Of neglect,
Abuse.
And shame,
Shame and guilt,
So huge,
So huge.
And we release the energy of retaliation,
Revenge,
Releasing that too.
And imagine how wonderful it would be if that we could hold the space and just release as easily as breathing out,
As certainly as pushing our ribs together towards the center,
Releasing right out to that end of that breath.
And when we do,
When we release to the end of the breath and we wait there just a moment,
Become aware how your whole being says,
Choose life,
Breathe my love,
Breathe.
And we give ourselves life.
We give ourselves the next breath.
We give this to us because we choose.
Become aware of that,
That I am choosing and I'm giving to me and my whole body allows for this.
We open up the energy of the throat.
There has been so much pain in the throat,
Strangulation and tightness not expressing,
Not speaking our truth,
So much deception,
Lies,
Deceit,
Games.
And we've held all of these thinking that that was the way to manage this life to cope.
And we've held secrets.
And imagine that for all women and all men,
For all girl children and boy children,
That we can allow the space to open the throat of our human experience,
That we can breathe the breath of life,
Life force energy.
No,
It's just here,
Right here.
I don't have to do anything to receive it.
It is here.
And I breathe it in and I give it to me abundantly.
I soothe the energy of the throat.
Imagine this gift moving into this dimension that it touches the throats,
The hearts and the souls.
Of everyone who thinks they are a leader,
Their words that are spoken.
May the words that are spoken into the energy field be that of kindness,
Love,
Compassion,
Consideration,
Accountability,
Integrity.
May it be the energy of harmony and peace.
Imagine that if we could speak these words in,
We could claim the space,
Claim the energy and claim the field of this being our new expression of our humanity.
We claim,
We declare,
We announce.
And we do this for all life here at my throat.
I'm in the place of absolute truth,
Alignment and connection,
Following my heart's desire.
Trusting what I'm feeling and hearing and sensing,
Following intuition,
Holding the energy of the goddess,
Hoping the energy field of our higher clear thinking,
Clear buoyance,
Clear audience,
Clear sentience.
We begin to connect into our higher awareness with so much love and clarity.
Feel like this is the energy of coming home.
We come home to who we truly are,
To the guidance that we hold within.
We allow this abundant,
Beautiful divine light to pour into us,
To heal and cleanse us.
We allow this energy to be our own,
To heal and clear and cleanse and to heal this beautiful body,
To restore it to perfect health,
To open the flow and the being so that we can do this life with more ease and grace,
So that we can truly be in this body in the home of our being and bring in the ideas that we alone can bring in as unique,
Sovereign beings of light and love,
Listening carefully to what it is that is to be brought in and entrusting that guidance and allowing it to flow into our being.
It is beginning to open and we are stepping into that doorway and this home is generous and arms are open and it says,
Come inside,
You're welcome,
You're so welcome.
And we see ourselves moving into the home of our soul and we're holding the awareness that we are here on purpose,
This beautiful being,
Holding a moment in time,
In this form,
In this life,
In this way,
In the unique expression of who we are.
And in this moment,
We send a message to all those who have gone before us.
We think we are here because of them,
Because they chose to find a way to survive,
To make it work no matter what.
We applaud them and love them and thank them for their courage,
Resiliency and their strength,
Their stubbornness and whatever it took for them to take that step of faith,
To believe and to start again.
Whatever it took,
I thank them,
I release all shame,
Blame,
Guilt.
I release all of the tangled webs in our lines,
All the way back through time,
I ask that this be released into the line of our human species.
All the tangled spaces of deceit,
Deception,
Lies,
Distortion.
The world is,
And it's busy,
It's loud,
It's noisy,
It's static.
And it just is.
And we can play in it,
And then we come back home,
Feel this home,
This centre point.
And I come home to me,
And I come home to the quietness,
The inner peace,
Calm.
And I trust that everything that is going on outside of this place,
Is perfectly fine,
It's perfectly fine.
And that we can go into it and we can be part of that,
And then we come home again,
And we restore ourselves at our centre,
Feel that connection.

As you hold that energy now,
And this perfect balance in your being,
We bring towards those we know and love,
Those who share our life,
Those who've been significant,
And those who've been just casual and noticing,
Coming in and out.
We send to every single connection that we've had,
From the beginning of this life journey,
A little note of love and gratitude.
We impact upon each other's energy in ways that we cannot understand.
And to every single one now,
I release all the chords of attachment,
And let them be in their space,
Free of any chords of disruption that I might have,
Or they might have.
That there is no sticky residue between me and any other energy field.
And I'm allowed to stand in my own space,
A sovereign,
Beautiful being of light and love.
And I see that for every other being on this planet.

We send this love message,
Deep gratitude and absolute forgiveness of our soul and all their souls,
