And then drop right into the center of that beautiful energy.
Let your body breathe out and drop,

All that you've been carrying,
All your burdens.
Allowing yourself for just a few minutes to reset,
Reconnect,
Recover.
And as we come into a settling down,
Connecting energy,
Open up your heart.
We think about all of us who are here from all the places around this beautiful world.
We think about the care and the kindness and we don't know each other.
But we have this ability to love one another beyond everything,
Beyond all the restrictions that we might imagine,
Time,
Space,
Distance.
And yet here we are holding a space and a moment together.
And let's imagine we can harness the energy that we have right here now.
And that you could hold it precious in your heart and then drop that frequency right down through the base of your body,
Through the soles of your feet,
Right down to the center of the earth.
Imagine us making an imprint,
An impression upon this earth as if we were to take a signpost and plant it right here where we are right now.
That says,
Remember who you are.
And that every single being that will walk upon this planet from this moment forward,
When they come to the point right here where the energy is that you are embedding,
Encoding into the earth,
That a vibration will awaken through the soles of their feet to their soul.
And there will be a moment of reconnection because someone cared to place this connecting light energy into the earth,
An anchoring grid.
And imagine that's you.
And as we stand within our own being and our mind's awareness,
What would we place into this connection to where we are right now,
This time and place in this part of our world,
This moment of our journey?
What would we place in if we knew that this could be a legacy imprint energy?
And hold that thought now with all your heart and all your soul,
With all my heart,
With all my soul,
The gift that I'm holding right now in my heart,
The willingness to see myself as complete and beautiful and to celebrate this unique,
Delightful,
Sovereign human being that is here,
That is encoded with the divine wisdom and the light and the love.
And I take all of that that is within me and around me and through me and I impress it upon this earth,
This space.
I create a transformational energy line into this matrix.
Everything I seek that my heart desires,
It is what I already know.
If you seek kindness and love and companionship,
Compassion,
Wellness and flow,
Ease and abundance,
Laughter,
Friendship,
Whatever it is that you seek,
You know that already because your heart is calling it in.
Let your heart feel it and now anchor it.
Take a deep breath in.
And with your out breath,
Just drop,
Drop,
Drop this right in.
Now let go and let God.
There is nothing else you need to do.
But imagine that as you walk this life journey that you can stop many times along this path and just plant a seed.
Plant a seed of intention of light and love into the space that will grow.
