But is our essence.
We breathe into that essence now.
Imagine this like a pure stream of divine light that you welcome into your being.
When we breathe in this conscious,

Our entire being opens up into the most beautiful energy.
When we get it right,
We can feel a tingling activation right through our system.
So be restful now in the moment where you are.

The drama,
The karma,

And think about the palms of your hands right now.
Imagine that you are holding a gift of love in them,
A ball of light.
That each hand is holding this lovely energy.
It is as if the divine has the hand of light and love within and around your hand.

And feel the balance in your body in the left and the right,

The arms of gravity are holding us so beautifully.
The stream of life force energy is flowing in.
We call upon our guides,
Angels,
Divine presence,
The highest vibration of light and love.

Purifying this vessel that is pure light,
That will go home to the light that we know,
Who we truly are.

I relinquish every single awareness that this mind,

And being is holding about itself in all lives,
All journeys.
I rest here as pure essence,
