And think of yourself now as you take a deep breath into your body,

Relax into the space.

Then how easy it is just to drop,

Drop into it.

And the moment you connect that thought with a feeling or with sound or breath,

Then allow all these pieces that we put together to happen in one moment.

Whole body relaxes.

You honor your being,

You call in your guides and your angels and you create the sanctuary light energy all the way around you,

Your own beautiful pod.

Just feel yourself dropping in very quickly.

Know you can do that instantly.

And you keep practicing it.

You're connecting to your divine heart.

We feel the vibration of the heart.

Within that energy field,

Feel the activation of the heart and the longing,

The deep desires that we have.

And send a message,

A memory into the heart that your mind has been holding for you when you felt so happy about life,

So amazed,

So in awe.

Something from nature,

A creature,

A person,

Doesn't matter.

Drop that into your heart now.

And then picture it as if it is happening again now.

Imagine it with all your awareness,

Your sensory awareness.

Awaken your imaginal cells.

See if you can bring it into this moment as if you are in that moment with your heart opening,

Expanding,

Feeling completeness and expansion,

Openness and love.

This beautiful energy as we opened into us.

We open our heart and we know the field that we are holding now becomes a sacred energy field.

For my heart and all my soul,

I hold this moment now.

I hold me in the center of this moment.

I call in my God's divine presence in the highest vibration of light and love.

And I hold the space now for every woman and every girl child.

I hold it with all my heart and ask now that we can restore the balance of the divine design,

Bring the feminine energy imprint back into this world.

We truly see the goddess in every woman and every girl child.

We see the light that is carried within the creativity,

The receptacle,

The holder,

The bearer,

The creator.

The one that can support life from deep within.

And we notice how amazing that is to hold life deep within.

Whether we do it physically or energetically,

We are the holders of this life,

Of new life,

Of a rebirth.

Feel like you can place yourself there now my treasure.

Just hear the words within your being.

I am.

There's nothing else,

No other words that come after that.

I am.

There's no performance,

No labels,

No stories,

No duties,

No burdens,

No attachments.

I am.

And as you hold that energy in the center of your heart and drop it into your solar plexus,

Align that deep I am to your divine and sacred agreement.

Long before we came into this human form,

We agreed that this life would be so immense,

So purposeful,

That there was something that we could bring in and we agreed that we would.

And we were encoded divinely and uniquely encoded for this journey.

We are the perfect ones to bring in the gift that we alone can hold with all the awareness of all time.

Know that you hold all of this as gifts.

It is awakening inside of you moment by moment,

Breath by breath,

And there is nothing in this human life that can bring that to fruition.

You have it already,

I am.

At the very center of my being,

I hold the code.

And think about the code that is there for you,

How you connected to the ancient feminine,

That there is a wisdom through all time that is coming through you.

Think about how you seek these ancient feminine,

The beauty.

Think about the fabrics and the patterns and the clothes and the way of holding self.

There is something that you know that is so ancient,

So beautiful.

Ding.

And think about the passion that guides you towards creativity and new life.

We place all of this together,

And we ask now that we can hold this moment as a new imprint within this energy,

This field where there has been so much confusion and distortion that we can re-impress,

Imprint into this energy field,

The sacred goddess energy,

The divine feminine.

Imagine that you came in from a long,

Long time,

From a great distance,

And you stepped into this timeline.

And as we step into a timeline,

We bring into that timeline the gifts that we hold already.

There is a message that must light up into this reality,

And the only way that message can come in is if I hold the light within me.

Let yourself know that.

Let yourself know that I hold the light within me.

I hold the message and the code within me.

Nothing can distort it.

Nothing can take it away.

Not even I can distract myself away from it.

Notice how you have always been pulled towards the radiant light that you hold,

The ancient knowledge.

And here you are now in this time and this space and you're holding your energy here.

Feel now as if you could stand so clearly,

So firmly inside of the energy field that is you,

And see yourself anchoring that energy into the earth like a portal of light,

Anchor and hold and claim your space.

Like a lighthouse in a dark night,

The light radiates out in all directions and those who will see will see.

In the darkest night and the stormiest seas,

In the roughest rock terrain,

We stand like a lighthouse and see yourself doing that.

I am the holder of a light,

A frequency to remind all women of the divine goddess,

The feminine beauty,

The sacred feminine energy.

I hold it in me and I hold it in my soul.

And if I do nothing else in this life journey,

Except hold this energy,

That is all that is necessary.

Everything else is part of a delight that I wish to bring in.

I can play with this in any way that I like.

I can experience it in any way I like.

There are millions and trillions of potential pathways that I could hold this.

Choose to hold it in the way that delights you the most because in doing that,

You are opening your heart and you are amplifying that energy with the energy of delight,

The divine light,

Delightful.

Fill yourself up with divine light.

What delights my being?

And keep asking your being what delights me,

What lights me up?

And stay right in the center of that,

My love.

With all my heart and all my soul,

I stand in a new place of being.

As you stand here now,

Feel as if you are stabilizing your energy field.

That you could move and flow like a beautiful tree where wind blows around it and through it,

We can experience change in all the seasons and all that comes around it and life can be anchored and held by the earth,

Nourished by the rain that pours upon it,

Cleansed and cleared this beautiful tree,

This ancient tree.

See yourself as old and ancient and glorious as this tree,

Held within that space,

Aligned in your energy field by treasure.

And take a deep breath in,

Raise your arms above your head,

Open your lungs,

Your ribs.

And then as you breathe out with the next out breath,

Pull your arms out to the sides like you are wrapping yourself up in your beautiful bubble.

Keep going all the way to the base until your hands touch.

Feel the circuit energy now,

Masculine and feminine.

And you are holding this amazing energy in your energy circuit.

Keep your hands connected,

Bend your elbows and bring your awareness to your heart as you hold the energy here.

And whatever loving thought and pray you want to place into your heart,
