Activate Our System In A Whole & New Way

Contrast reveals Truth and we allow our Being to accept the Life Journey for what it has been so that now we can reassess our knowledge gathered and reconnect this inner wisdom towards our Highest Good.

Alright,

My sweet,

We're going to go a little deeper.

We move into a beautiful space where we can begin to activate the system in a whole and a new way.

We thank this incredible body,

This mind and this life and this journey for every opportunity that has been coming in,

That has been pointing us towards what our heart absolutely longs for.

Just before we move into the space of a reset,

Think about how amazing your life has been to this point,

How diverse and how challenging and how really,

Really fascinating in so many ways.

You've had some incredible experiences and an honour that you are here still.

You're here in this beautiful being and if you were to look at yourself now,

You could say your mind-body is perfectly intact,

Perfectly fine.

This body has been flexible and it's adjusted and it's helped you but mostly what your body and your mind have helped you to do is to feel the content of your life.

And then all this content is data and this data has been stored for you.

And the only reason we want to keep any data that alerts us is if we haven't finished processing it.

So imagine that in this single moment we can see every bit of data that has come into our awareness and we can see it now if it doesn't resonate as truth with us and we just see it as contrast.

That's all it is,

It's just contrast.

We had a feeling and a sense that it wasn't for us and yet we were willing to go into it to really know that we did not want to be here,

To be so absolutely sure that we would never,

Ever choose this again.

And feel how wonderful your body is and your mind is that it can do that,

That it can step right into the deepest,

Darkest spaces.

Feel the content of that.

Accumulate all the data in that and then hold this awareness somewhere very deep inside this,

Yes I don't want that ever again.

Go to that place right now in you and know for absolute certain that this bit of data is no longer of any validity in your body.

It is no longer of any validity,

It cannot be held,

It doesn't have value.

The value it gave was so that you would see the contrast and you would choose.

See yourself now in this point of massive choice.

Because of what you know,

This is what I choose.

Because of what I have known,

This is what I choose.

And because you have been willing to know something different,

To choose something different,

Thank this beautiful mind and body for its resiliency,

Its strength,

Its courage,

Its determination,

How fabulous is this being,

How resilient is this being.

And now with that same courage,

Determination and even fabulous stubbornness,

Claim the space that you're in now.

What do you choose with all your heart and all your soul?

What do you choose because you know what to choose?

And feel that as an absolute certainty in you now,

Here at my heart,

Here in this sacred divine heart.

I am calling myself back to the very centre of my being.

Will I find this place at my centre a deeply comforting,

Quiet,

Serene,

Gentle and gracious space?

Ask your being to remember who you are,

Who am I,

Who am I that can feel so much and experience so much and still call for something else,

To still know that there is something else that I see that can rise above so much.

As you feel that immense courage in your heart,

Thank your ancestors and your lion for the immense courage,

Determination to survive.

And I'm standing here because they chose to survive.

I have the great privilege now of using and connecting into all their experiences and turning the switch and choosing something else.

There is no need for me to dive into any of the places that they went into because they did it for me.

It is a gift for me when it is an awareness of the gift.

And their gift to me is if I see the value of it and don't repeat the pattern.

Everything they did was to make sure we did not repeat the pattern.

They found a way,

Just found a way.

And they sent a message inside of their pain and heartache and their grief and the terrible decisions that were made in times when there were really no choices at all.

They sent a message that said,

You,

You who are still to come,

Remember this.

Remember how strong we are,

Resilient and beautiful we are.

Remember what we are seeking,

No matter what evidence is coming up in history through all time,

In our human experience where we are so,

So awful to each other.

No matter what,

Remember,

Remember,

Remember what the heart is calling in.

And you are here because they listened to their heart.

And you received the gift of their journey,

That you don't have to do it,

It's done.

And all we want to do now is take the gift of it,

The gift of the awareness of what it is that we would choose with all our heart and all our soul.

And what we steer this beautiful human experience towards now,

Not survival,

But thriving.

That there is another frequency that we can move into,

We can turn the dial of the radio station that we've been listening to for the longest time.

And we turn the dial and there's a lot of static in between,

But we're going towards something else.

And we will find it because we know it's there,

Our heart is pulling us towards it.

And the moment we find it,

We fine tune ourselves to stay there.

We tune that dial so that it can really pick up that signal fully and clearly.

See yourself in that place right now,

Where you're the one standing here,

Holding all this awareness and holding the gift of life.

And the gift of life continues through you.

What a beautiful privilege it is to be the one who steps through.

You decided long before you came into your form that it would be you.

It just takes one and every family to let go of all the stuff,

The games,

The playing,

The performing,

And then step in.

The moment one steps in,

The door opens.

And feel like you can be that,

The way-shower,

The door-opener,

The light-being.

And that is who you are,

But claim it now.

Claim it with all your heart and all your soul,

With every ounce and strength of your being.

There is no burden of responsibility in this.

There's no performance required,

No change is needed.

You are that already.

Let all of that pull off your shoulders,

Of your back.

All the burden of carrying,

Behaving responsibility,

Just let it fall off you.

You are this already.

You have been created through all time to be this perfect person that will be the one to open the door.

There is nothing else to do.

Everything has been done.

All the experiencing,

All the feeling,

All the situations,

Everything,

It's been done,

It is done.

Now we just have to put our hand on the handle of the door and open it.

And we know exactly what we would open our lives for and towards,

What we would choose.

There is no doubt in our mind what we would choose now.

That energy is the energy you will really hold.

The sense of peace and harmony,

Light and beauty and love,

Grace and understanding and compassion and kindness,

Forgiveness,

It is you already.

You know exactly how to access this.

And you also know how to stand in your truth,

To speak your truth.

And you also know where you will not go to and play a game.

And those who will not come in,

Come into that shining light space,

It's okay,

They will find their way there eventually.

It is not your responsibility to pull them in.

It is not your burden.

You are only here to open the door.

See yourself doing that now.

Just open the door.

Breathe into your centre.

Claim your life,

Your light,

Your beauty.

Claim your happiness and wellness abundance.

Claim life to continue.

In a whole and a new way.

Claim this space.

And because you are here in a body and a being,

You hold a space in your body.

And visualize the place that you are holding.

And think of all the connections that you have to this life,

To every plant that you've admired.

To every creature that you've adored.

To every being with whom you've connected.

You are such an incredible connector.

And see yourself not needing to connect,

Just being the connector.

And from the point where you are standing where you are,

Allow yourself to see these beautiful radiating outward beams of light all the way around you.

Unconditional love to every heart.

Unconditional love.

They do not need to adjust the way they are for you to feel better.

There is no dependency,

No reliance,

No neediness.

Just stand here clean and clear and beam unconditional love.

They may wish to receive it or not.

They may wish to learn to awaken or not.

But the light is here for them,

The opportunity is here.

But their journey is their journey.

And we do not know what it is in the higher matrix.

Don't know.

We don't know what needs to be finished or experienced or what their agreements were.

But we can hold a space with unconditional love.

It's hard for us to do this if we are attached in any way.

Release all attachment.

See yourself as your own beautiful sovereign being of light and love.

You're just holding a space of light.

And you're lighting up the lives of those who share your life and your journey.

You're sending love into it.

You are transforming the space you're in just by being in it.

There is no burden here.

There is no hardship.

Let your body feel light,

Gracious and ease-filled.

Bring your agreement to your center.

I agree with me.

I allow for me.

These beautiful breaths come in and through.

And your mind body relaxes right into a center point.

Let it flow right in.

Pulling this diamond essence light from the top of your crown that you can access your highest light of light and love.

And pull it right through the center of your beautiful body.

Let it touch,

Heal,

Replenish,

Restore and revitalize every bone,

Cell,

Nerve,

Fibre,

Tissue,

Every mitochondrion,

Every telomere,

Every atom of your being.

Let this beautiful flowing energy bathe you,

Cleanse and clear,

Heal and seal.

Just rest here.

Bringing your awareness constantly back to your heart,

Your solar plexus,

Inner cord.

Feel like you are keeping your being in the center,

Coming home moment after moment after moment.

Reclaiming all your energy of beauty and love and expansion,

Creativity.

Reclaiming your energy completely and then releasing all the energies that do not serve you anymore.

See this as a purification.

Allow this beautiful purifying of your energy and the stream to come into you.

Just breathe and relax here.

Ask your guides,

Divine Presence,

Your angels to bring this deep inner soothing calm peace centering.

This is the lowest C in the harmonic range.

When we hear this we imagine that we are connecting to the song of this beautiful life form.

This vibration that is part of our being,

Our human,

That is giving us this incredible opportunity to live this life and to experience it.

We celebrate this human being,

This body and this mind that is helping us to do and to see and perceive and understand.

And when we tune into the highest C we imagine that this is the song of our soul,

The part of us that is pure light and pure love and the part of us that guides us along this life journey.

It's our inner compass and it keeps pulling us back to centre.

Two streams moving to one,

The left,

The right,

Masculine,

The feminine,

The good,

The bad,

The duality finds its place in the centre.

Feel the balance of the centre point,

Let your mind experience it with sound.

Standing in the stream of the highest vibration,

I allow this beautiful light to pour in me,

Through me and around me,

To help me to connect to my life and the journey that I agreed to come into,

To fulfil my divine and sacred agreement and to create all the wow in accordance with the highest vibration of light and love.

See yourself holding this energy and being able to anchor it in this body,

That this higher vibration is only of worth to us if we can allow it to become part of this body-mind being and we can assimilate it and become right into the centre,

Aligned.

I'm standing in my truth and my beauty,

Standing in my sovereignty,

Divine being of light and love,

From this gracious energy,

With the light pouring in and the earth holding and supporting you,

Feel like it is easy here to radiate beams of divine light to all those with whom you connect in this life,

Anyone with whom we've connected through all time can stand here in this space just ahead of us and we can see them and have no reaction at all.

That they are in their journey and I'm standing in the sovereignty of mine.

Gracious being on purpose,

Fulfilling the life purpose with every breath and every beat of the heart in every step that you take.

Feel this energy of the solar plexus we open up into our divine and sacred life purpose.

It is a beam of light that we are following.

Feel the certainty and the confidence of that and then allow yourself now to begin to entertain the idea that we can reprogram this being,

That we can switch our awareness through the five senses to delight in this life.

What a wonderful gift that is,

That I seek to find delight in everything that this day offers.

No matter what it looks like and no matter how I've interpreted it before,

I choose to see it in another way.

This truly is the step into the next dimension.

The more we can play with it,

The easier it becomes.

What a wonderful gift we have within us right here and we can access so easily.

We follow the heart's desire and we trust.

We know that we are held and loved.

This beautiful energy around the throat opens up.

We begin to express and experience in a whole new way.

We begin to create and receive and give.

This is the energy right here of transformation as receivers and givers and transformers.

Connecting in to your higher awareness,

Receiving the gifts of heightened awareness.

Let this beautiful being receive what it is to receive,

To amplify your journey in the most exquisite and delightful way.

So in this space now,

We can allow ourselves to gently come back.

We thank our guides and angels and the Divine Presence for being so close.

And now let's put this beautiful part of energy back around us and seal it up so that we can move back into the world and do the stuff that the world is all about.

Let's take a deep breath and we breathe out with an R sound.

Take a breath in.

Release oxytocin in the body with a deep R.

Just like falling back into a warm bath at the end of a day.

Same feeling.
