Stay in the moment that may need repair.

Accept,

Allow,

Then just be there.

You are not the future nor the past.

You are here in this breath and your beating heart.

Let yourself softly flow into ease.

This is when pain turns into peace.

Hey you.

I'm so happy to meet you here.

Get yourself comfortable in a seated position.

You can sit cross-legged or on a chair with your feet flat on the ground.

Keep your spine straight but not too rigid and allow for a very slight tuck of your chin just to relieve any tension on your neck.

You can keep your hands on your thighs or allow for your hands to gently touch in your lap.

Now take a deep breath and softly close your eyes.

Allow yourself to soften baby.

Soften,

Soften,

Soften.

Take a deep breath in through your nose and on the exhale release what no longer serves you.

And one more time,

Breathe in and release out.

And again breathe in and release out.

Now gently guide your breath back to a natural pace.

And just notice what is going on in your body.

Just notice.

Feel the weight of your body.

Relax what is holding you so tight,

So tight.

Where in your body can you sense any tension,

Discomfort or maybe unease?

Maybe it's in your stomach.

Soften,

Soften,

Soften.

Or your shoulders.

Relax,

Relax,

Relax.

Maybe in your jaw.

Release,

Release,

Release.

Wherever it might be,

Just go there and notice how it feels.

Just feel into it and allow it to soften.

Soften,

Soften.

Put one hand on your belly now whilst your other hand rests on your heart space.

And just breathe.

Feel the expansion under your hands on the inhale.

And the relief of the release on the exhale.

Just breathe.

Hold yourself.

Listen to yourself.

What is your body telling you?

Just listen.

Feel that beautiful heartbeat.

Feel the warmth of your skin.

And allow yourself to slow down.

You are safe.

You are doing fine.

In fact,

You are wonderful.

Be still,

Baby.

It's safe to stay.

You can either keep your hands where they are or gently return them to your lap.

And just sit here for a while and breathe into belonging.

Breathe into your calm.

Breathe peace into mind and heart.

The peace you are longing for is right here in your breath.

So just breathe.

Slcedge seven times.

You and When you feel ready gently start moving your fingers wiggle your toes roll your shoulders Gently move your head from side to side Allow for a soft movement of your waist from side to side and release some of that beautiful calming peaceful energy from your spine and when you are ready softly softly softly open your eyes Thank you for allowing me to guide you.

I love you.

You you you
