It's okay to feel this way.

It's okay to have these feelings.

These feelings are here.

I am safe.

I am in my body.

I am seeing that I'm experiencing these feelings,

And I'm acknowledging that it's hard to stay grounded when these feelings are here.

I am having a challenging moment,

But I can handle this.

This feeling will pass.

I'm riding the waves of these feelings.

I can handle this.

I can take care of myself,

And right now I name what will help me get through this.

I name what I'm going to hold on to to get me grounded as these feelings pass.

It's okay to have these feelings.

I am processing this constructively.

I am exercising restraint on acting destructively.

I think of all the motivations I've got to stick with restraint when these emotions are here.

I am safe.

I am a good person.

These feelings will pass.

I'm having a tough moment.
