Hi and welcome to your meditation.
If you haven't already,
Please find a comfortable seat and close down the eyes.
Once you close down the eyes,
Become aware of your simplest form of awareness.
The space that you feel or sense with your eyes closed.
Simultaneously become aware of your breath and start to feel the pulsing and the rhythm of your breath here as you breathe.
Become aware of yourself being aware of this part of yourself.
Softening the jaw,
The lips,
The face,
The shoulders,
The neck,
The chest.
Relax through the pelvis,
Through the legs.
And whether you'd like to stay sitting up or lie down,
It's totally up to you.
Both are okay with this practice.
Sense or feel the whole body now moving into a state of relaxation.
A state of rest and a state of ease.
As you're simply aware of the body here.
Aware of the body here as you breathe.
And slowly begin to become aware of the whole room around you,
The space around you.
All the buildings around you.
As you start to become more aware of the entire location that you're in.
Feeling a sense of yourself expanding out to the whole city.
The whole capital of where you are.
Expanding out to the whole country.
From the whole country expanding out to the whole planet.
With each breath feeling yourself expand into the whole planet as you move to all the planets.
Sensing or feeling your awareness expanding through all the planets now.
Expanding through all the planets,
You expand through the whole solar system.
You expand through the whole solar system.
The whole solar system expands to the whole galaxy.
As you start to sense or feel this complete universality as you expand now out into the whole universe.
Sensing or feeling yourself completely intertwined with the universe in its entire existence.
Each breath tethers you more and more to every cell,
Every atom,
Every being that makes up this entire universe.
And your whole body and the whole universe intertwining as one.
Whole self,
Whole universe merging together as you expand deeper and deeper.
And slowly start to come back to your body,
Back through the galaxy,
Through the universe.
And slowly start to come back to your body,
Back through the galaxy,
And slowly start to come back to your body.
And slowly start to come back to your body,
Back through the galaxy,
Solar system and planets.
Back to the earth,
To your country and to yourself as you remember your full body here.
If you're not already lying down it can feel really nice to lie down now.
Otherwise of course as we always recommend to stay here if you can.
To meditate a little bit more in this space.
And of course some journaling or being out in nature if you can after this meditation.
Remembering that we always want to feel this expansive sense of self within ourselves.
Our own innate universality.
Our own cosmic nature.
Our deepest self.
