Extremely well done and effective. I liked that it did not use a strict approach, counting or body scanning, but was relaxed and natural and almost intuitive. Yet very effective, as it used polyvagal theory without saying so.

Didn't feel different after this practice, but I'm a bit stuck at the moment. I'm sure the parasympathetic breathing will help to release the pressure. I'm going to carry on daily for a week and see how I go. A worthwhile exercise. Thank you 🙏🏻
