Hey there,
Thank you so much for joining me,
Spencer Jones,
The Prince of Positivity,
In this meditation.
I'm really,
Really excited to have you here today.
This meditation is focused on releasing any stress,
Worries,
Any weight that we feel that's holding us down,
And to pour love into our hearts so that we can grow our light,
Feel that love and grace that is inside of us,
And be our best self,
Live our lives to the max.
So,
I hope you enjoy it,
And well,
Let's not wait any longer,
Let's hop into this meditation.
So let's find that comfortable position for you,
Whatever that is.
You can roll your shoulders back,
Nice,
Big,
Gentle shoulder rolls.
The goal of this meditation is just to help us de-stress.
The worries and stress we have in our life,
In our days from work and family,
Friends,
All that,
Can cause us tension.
Roll your shoulders forward,
And we hold that tension throughout our body and in our hearts and our mind.
We're going to release that today,
Hopefully,
And just feel at peace.
You can shake out your shoulders,
Shake out your hands,
If you want,
You can move your fingers and toes,
Just allowing that energy to move freely through you,
Letting go of any of those blocks.
Then let your body relax,
Drop your head,
Roll your head to the right,
We hold a lot of tension in our neck.
So we're just going to let it stretch,
Roll your head to the left,
And then back to the right,
And to your left,
Bring it back to the center.
Gently raise your head back up,
Close your eyes if you are comfortable and you're able to safely.
Let's take three calming deep breaths in and out of our nose.
So exhale any air you have in your lungs.
Breathe in and out.
Breathe in peace and calm.
Exhale any doubt,
Stress,
Or fear.
One more time,
Breathe in and exhale.
Continue to breathe in gently yet deeply,
Allowing your mind and body to find peace,
Be at ease.
As we go through this human experience,
We experience a lot of different stress,
Pressure,
And pain.
Some of it comes from work,
Deadlines,
Commitments,
People.
Some of it comes from our personal life,
Our family and friends,
Stress that we put on ourselves.
I invite you to visualize that stress on your body.
You can imagine it as a dark fog,
A color,
Or something even pressing against you.
See if you can visualize it in a way that works for you.
Where do you feel that stress?
Is it a weight on your chest or your stomach?
Do you feel your shoulders tense up?
Do you feel a weight on your heart or a darkness that surrounds your light?
It could be those or many other options.
Inside of you,
You have this beautiful light,
This light of love.
You are amazing.
You are worthy and you are enough just the way you are.
Pour into that love.
Offer yourself kind,
Loving words.
Give yourself grace and understanding.
Notice and acknowledge all of your accomplishments,
Big ones and small ones.
Let those fill your heart.
Let it strengthen that light inside of you so it grows.
And as that light grows,
It pushes out that darkness,
That weight that you feel from that stress.
It breaks it apart like the sun illuminating the night.
It breaks it.
Freeze your body,
Your spirit,
Your entire being of that weight.
I invite you to visualize that light growing and breaking apart that darkness,
That stress and see that stress dissolve away until there's only light,
The light of love in your heart,
The light that is you.
Part of being human and having this human experience is the experience of stress,
Of pain of struggles.
While it might slow us down at times,
It does not have to stop us.
So as you experience stress,
Pain,
Struggles in your life,
Remember to pour love into your heart.
Try not to get sucked into that negative cycle bringing you downward.
But instead,
Look at your successes.
Acknowledge your accomplishments and savor them.
Remember that you are strong.
You are amazing.
You are worthy.
And you are enough just the way you are.
And let that light give you life,
Give you energy so that you can dissolve that stress.
You can persevere and work through it.
You can also give yourself rest to heal,
To process,
To let go.
Take a moment and savor that love in your heart.
Savor your accomplishments.
Savor your beautiful energy.
As we end our meditation,
I invite you to AUM with me.
And as we AUM together,
Let that AUM bring you that peace,
That love,
That grace.
So let's breathe in and AUM together.

Feel that love and energy flow through you.
