Hey there,
It's Spencer Jones with another meditation and I am super excited to have you here joining me today.

More things to be grateful for and to embrace that love and excitement,
Well,
Guess what?
This meditation is for you because today,
This meditation,
It is our gratitude blanket meditation.
This meditation I have done in our live meditations and people love it.
It's so good.
It's so warming and I really hope you enjoy this one too.
So let's get into it.
Let's start our meditation.
But first,
Let's roll our shoulders back three times,
Big rolls.
So we're going to release any tension or stress from our shoulders and roll them forward three times and drop your head down and roll it to the right all the way around.
Be gentle when your head goes to the back and then roll it to the left all the way around to the center.
Good job.
Raise your head back up and find a position that's comfortable for you,
Whatever that is.
I'm seated,
But you could be laying down or seated or standing,
Whatever works.
And let your hands and arms rest where they're comfortable.
Close your eyes and start to breathe in through your nose and out through your nose or mouth.
Allowing your body to relax with each breath.
Bringing your mind's focus to your breath and trying to slow it down.
Extending each inhale and exhale by a beat with each one.
Release any expectations you have,
Any tension or stress you are holding in your body or your mind or your heart.
Let it go.
Focus on your breath and relax.
Breathe in nice and low and deep,
Feeling the bottom part of your lungs with air first and then stacking new air on top of it,
Filling your lungs fully.
Then exhale.
Feeling this breathing movement,
Allowing your body to relax,
Your mind to calm down.
Other thoughts might come into your mind and that's okay.
That happens to everyone.
Acknowledge them and then gently dismiss them,
Coming back to your breath or whatever we are focusing on at that time.
Right now it's your breath.
Now shift your mind's focus from your breath to something you are grateful for right now.
Release that gratitude in your heart,
In your mind,
And breathe into it.
The gratitude alone has an amazing energy,
Amazing vibration about it.
But when you start to breathe into it,
You're pouring your energy into it even more,
Allowing it to grow,
To give off a stronger vibration,
More warmth,
More love.
You feel that.
You feel that in your heart center.
You feel that warmth throughout your body and that love throughout your body.
Continue to breathe in your energy,
The energy it's giving to you,
And funnel it back into it,
Allowing it to glow from all of its loving energy.
And when that gratitude is glowing strong,
Place it in front of you.
You still feel its warmth,
Its love radiating,
But now instead of being inside of you,
It's just outside where you can see it and feel it.
Now find another gratitude and breathe into that,
Placing it in your heart center,
In your mind,
And energizing it,
Allowing it to grow,
Become stronger until it glows bright.
And then once that gratitude is glowing as bright as it can,
Place it next to the other one,
Sewing them together.
And then take a couple more breaths and find even more gratitude,
Breathing into them,
Placing them next to the others,
And sewing them together into this quilt,
Into this gratitude blanket,
Filled with all of your gratitude and the energy,
The love that it gives off is incredible.
So let's take a couple breaths and build our gratitude blankets.
Allow yourself to embrace the gratitudes as you are energizing them as well.
Excellent.
Two more breaths.
Last one.
Now look at your beautiful,
Your gorgeous blanket that you created with all of your gratitude.
You could feel the energy come off of them,
Lighting you up,
Giving you this loving,
Caring,
Positive energy.
Take your blanket and wrap yourself,
Or wrap it around you,
Allowing yourself to embrace the love,
The energy,
The positivity,
All of the good that comes from this blanket of gratitudes that you just created.
Know that this gratitude blanket is here for you anytime.
Keep adding to it.
Keep strengthening it.
Keep embracing all of the beauty and energy that's part of this.
Let's finish our meditation with an OM,
An OM that lets us fully embrace the positivity and love from our positivity or from our gratitude blankets.
So let's breathe in an OM together.
Here we go.
Aumsound- invent something anymore.
Take a breath in,
Breathing in that beautiful air.
Wiggle your toes and fingers,
Reawakening your body.
Open your eyes and join us again.
Remember that you are enough.
You are amazing just as you are.
You don't need to do anything,
Change anything,
Or prove anything.
You are amazing just as you are.
Know that.
Embrace it.
Believe it.
