Hey there,
And welcome to this Abundant Opportunity Meditation.
I am your guide through it,
Spencer Jones,
And I am super excited to have you here because in this meditation,
We will visualize amazing,
Incredible,
And aligned opportunities surrounding you and being introduced to you.
So let's hop right in,
And first start by rolling our shoulders back to relieve some of the tension and stress we might feel in our bodies.
Roll them back,
And then you can roll them forward,
And then have a little fun.
Shake them out.
Shake it all out.
There you go.
I invite you to relax your shoulders,
And drop your chin to your chest,
And roll your head all the way around.
Careful in the back.
Don't want to hurt your spine at all,
And then roll it the other way,
And then come to center.
Raise your head and find that comfortable position for you,
Whatever that is.
I invite you to close your eyes,
And we'll do two energizer breaths grounding us.
So exhale what you have,
And a slow,
Deep breath in,
Breathing in love and joy.
Let it fill your lungs.
At the top of your breath,
Hold your breath.
Let that energy of love expand throughout you,
And then exhale gently,
Relieving and letting go of any tension or stress.
Pause at the bottom of your breath,
Finding your center,
And we'll inhale quickly,
And exhale,
And send your energy to the earth,
Grounding yourself.
Beautiful.
Let's do that one more time.
Breathe in love and joy.
Pause at the top of your breath,
Letting the energy expand as you hold your breath.
Exhale gently and release any heaviness.
Pause at the bottom of your breath,
Finding center,
And breathe in,
And ground when you exhale.
Beautiful.
Continue to breathe in deeply and gently,
Allowing your body and mind to be at ease.
And I invite you to place yourself in a place where you feel safe,
Where you feel and have felt connected to the universe,
To God,
To source,
To whatever you choose to call it.
Place yourself there.
Try to be as detailed as possible.
For some,
It's a bedroom or front porch,
Backyard.
For some,
It's a place they visited.
For some,
It's a place they've never been physically,
But they've built it over time in their mind.
So place yourself in that place where you feel connected.
You could even look around and see that place all around you,
Left,
Right,
Behind you,
Above you,
Below you.
You are in this gorgeous,
Beautiful place and you feel calm,
Relaxed,
Connected.
And I invite you to focus on that connection,
On that warmth that it offers you in your heart,
That deep love that that connection brings,
How you're focused to sink into that.
Feel it,
Embrace it.
Out of the side of your eye,
You see something floating.
When you look up,
You notice it's not one thing,
It's many,
Many things floating around you,
Almost as if they're orbiting you.
You take a look at one of the ones that are closer,
And that's a beautiful,
Aligned opportunity that you've been waiting for.
Now there's no waiting.
It's being presented to you.
It's pausing in front of you and waiting for you to say yes to it.
So I invite you,
Say yes to that opportunity and feel the feelings,
The emotions of saying yes to it,
Of having that thing.
Fully embrace it,
Feelings,
The emotions,
The excitement,
All of it in your body,
In your mind,
And in your heart.
There are many other opportunities swirling by,
Slowly orbiting you and coming to you.
You don't even have to reach out for them.
They are intentionally coming to you.
All you have to do is say yes to the ones that fully align with you and feel those feelings and hold on to that feeling,
That emotion.
Carry that throughout today,
Throughout the week.
So continue to feel those emotions for the moment as you look around your surroundings,
Feeling connected once again,
And hopefully always feeling connected.
And we'll take three breaths in together before we om,
So take a deep breath in,
And exhale.
Take another breath in,
Breathing in that opportunity.
Exhale,
Let it wash over you.
Let's do that again,
Breathe in all that beautiful energy.
Exhale.
And then let's breathe in and om together.
And there's always a length and pitch of your om,
Never matters.
Just let that vibrate,
Resonate through you.
So let's breathe in and om.
Take a deep breath in.
Let that loving energy wash over you as you move and wiggle your toes and fingers,
Reawakening your body.
And as you go throughout the day,
I invite you to reconnect with that deep love and deep connection that you felt,
And to feel those feelings of that opportunity.
Even though they might not be here in the physical world yet,
They are coming together.
Hold on to that feeling,
Embrace it,
And they will come.
