So we're going to do some square breathing or box breathing as it's called.
And remember to breathe in through your nose and exhale through your nose or mouth.
Let's hop into it.
So exhale what you have.
Breathe in through your nose and one,

Four.
And now hold it.
Just holding nice and easy.
Now exhale for four.
And hold.
Now see if you can fill up all your lungs with this inhale.
Here we go.
Breathe in.
And hold.
There you go.

Full exhale.
Try to get rid of all that oxygen and hold.
Good.
