Stoicism is often taught as a way to endure difficulty. This session looks at the part people miss: how to practise joy without pretending life is easy. You will learn six habits, including the seven-second control check, a 24-hour virtue experiment, the View from Above, obstacle training, the Joy of Enough and a simple morning-and-evening routine. Each practice turns a familiar Stoic idea into something you can test in daily life. Choose one habit and practise it daily for 30 days. Let repetition do the work.
