I've thought about something that's weak quite a lot and that is the tendency to come from a point of emptiness.

To see that as fullness,

You know.

But you are the fullness coming to fullness.

There's no such thing as emptiness.

It doesn't exist.

We've been told,

You know,

You're coming from a place of emptiness,

You must do yoga and meditate and.

.

.

Then you'll get the fullness.

The fullness is you.

You discover that in knowledge.

There is nothing but fullness.

You know,

It's not in any practice,

That's for sure.

It's not in anything else,

Definitely not.

You know,

It's not in a thought,

It's not in an object,

It's not anywhere else in the world,

Excepting you.

This is a bit of a catch-22 that we've got stuck into here,

You know,

With yoga,

Meditation,

Spirituality.

.

.

Everybody thinks,

Oh,

I'm going to get to the fullness.

The fullness is already trying to get to the fullness.

How does that work?

So trying denies the fullness that I am already.

Yeah?

So don't get,

You know,

Don't get caught up and mess yourself up over it,

You know.

You're always going to be the fullness.
