
Heart Intention Gratitude Meditation
This is a beautiful and deep meditation for connecting with your heart. This practice includes embodiment and Reiki practices. Begin with a lengthy pranayama practice to get you centered and relaxed. Then take time to sense your heart's auric field and begin clearing away and healing anything around your heart chakra that does not belong. Once your heart is clear, listen to your heart's deepest longing and nurture it with gratitude. Feel grateful for all of you and all of existence. Note: This meditation starts immediately so begin in a comfortable posture with your eyes closed and body relaxed.
