Welcome.
This is for the moment when something didn't feel okay.
Maybe something someone said,
Or how they spoke to you.
And you noticed it,
But you didn't say anything.
See if you can gently bring that moment to mind.
Not to analyze it,
Just to acknowledge it.
And notice what's happening in your body right now.
Is there tension somewhere?
Tightness?
Heaviness?
Take a slow breath in.
And let it out gently.
There's a reason you stayed quiet.
Your system made a calculation in that moment.
Maybe it felt safer not to create friction.
Maybe you didn't have the energy.
Maybe you weren't even fully sure what you felt yet.
All of that makes sense.
Staying quiet doesn't mean you don't have boundaries.
It means your body chose what felt most manageable in that moment.
And now,
You're here.
That's where change actually begins.
See if you can stay with the feeling.
Without pushing it away.
And without needing to act on it right now.
Just noticing,
That didn't feel okay for me.
You don't have to go back and say something perfectly.
But you can start to trust that signal inside you,
A little more next time.
That's how this builds.
Not all at once,
But in small moments of awareness.
If this pattern feels familiar,
This is something I go deeper into in my boundaries course.
How to recognize these moments earlier and respond in a way that still feels like you.
You'll find the course on my profile.
For now,
Just stay with yourself here.
You noticed,
And that matters.
