Take a big inhale right into your belly and exhale,
Pull that belly button all the way to the backbone.
Inhale,
Fill your belly like a balloon and on the exhale,
Breathe all that old air out.
Inhale and exhale,
Breathing down into the belly,
Exhale belly button to backbone.
Inhale into your belly and continue to breathe up into your rib cage,
Exhaling from your rib cage down through your belly.
Inhale belly,
Ribs,
Exhale ribs,
Belly.
Inhaling belly,
Ribs,
Have the chest and exhale down through the chest,
Through the rib cage and all the way through the belly,
Taking a nice even and complete breath through the body.
Inhale belly,
Ribs,
Chest,
Exhale chest,
Ribs,
Belly.
Notice the spot on the tip of your nose,
That spot where you can feel the air going in and out,
Just noticing.
Let's bring our awareness down to the tip of our tailbone and let's pretend.
Let's pretend that there's a cord or ribbon or a little pipe running from the tip of the tailbone down into the center of the earth.
Let all of your negative thoughts,
All of your dis-ease,
Anything you would like to let go.
Imagine being flushed down this cord.
Let it go down and be renewed into the center of the earth.
It's okay for pretending,
Letting those thoughts roll like mud or maybe they wash fast through the pipe,
Letting them all run away.
And then imagine that cord going into the center of the earth,
Disconnecting from your tailbone.
And breathe into the belly and exhale fully.
And imagine a white light shining down on your head,
Shining right into your body through the crown of your head,
Down through your neck and shoulders and arms,
Shining onto your heart center and down through your core,
Through your soft belly and your pelvic area.
Imagine that white light shining down through your legs and your toes,
Shining from above your head down through beyond your feet,
Nine feet out onto the right side of your body and nine feet through the left side.
Imagine that white light shining nine feet down through your back and up from your heart until you are completely engulfed and surrounded in this healing white light.
Breathing deeply into that belly.
Breathing fully.
Inhale light and exhale let go.
Breathing belly,
Ribs,
Chest.
Exhale down,
Chest,
Ribs,
Belly.
Wiggle your fingers and your toes.
Circle your ankles and your wrists.
And as you come back into your body,
Remember to take this relaxation with you as you go about your day.
