This Face Yoga Journey is a nurturing practice designed to release tension, awaken circulation, and reconnect you lovingly with your face and breath. Guided with gentle intention, we soften areas that often hold stress, the jaw, brow, eyes, neck, and shoulders, while encouraging natural relaxation and glow. This is not about fixing or forcing, but about listening to your body with kindness and care. Through mindful facial movements and calming breath, you’ll be invited to release stored tightness, support natural lymphatic flow, and cultivate a sense of inner ease. Each moment becomes an opportunity to meet yourself with compassion and presence. Suitable for all levels, this practice can be enjoyed daily or whenever you need a moment of calm and self-connection. Come as you are. Breathe, soften, and let your face reflect your inner peace. Welcome dear ones to this beautiful face yoga journey.

So sit comfortably,

Eyes closed and place your hands gently on your face and inhale through your nose and exhale through your mouth slowly.

And imagine you're stepping into a hidden forest at dusk.

The air is cool,

The ground beneath your feet is soft moss.

Tiny fireflies glow like scattered stars,

Lighting a gentle path.

You feel safe here,

Held by the earth.

With each breath you sink deeper into this magical place.

Now before we put our oil on,

Let's do some little gentle massages.

So first let's start with your scalp and forehead.

And using your knuckles,

Very lightly just knead your scalp in small circles,

Slow and gentle pressure.

And while you're doing that,

As you imagine that you're walking on that mossy path and you notice the trees above you,

Their branches are like hands gently brushing the sky.

And as you massage your scalp,

Imagine the trees releasing old tension into the ear.

The way leaves fall and drift away.

Now we'll move to your face for some light tapping.

So just tap lightly across your face,

Along your jaw,

Up to your cheeks,

Around your forehead,

Just gentle and rhythmic.

And you reach a small clearing,

While raindrops begin to fall softly.

Each tap is a raindrop landing on a petal,

Awakening it.

Your skin becomes alive with gentle energy,

Like the forest waking after rain.

Now let's do some little neck roll and shoulder releases,

Just slow,

Small little rolls.

In both directions,

Don't go right round,

Just round to one side and then around to the back,

The other side.

Keep just rotating slowly back and forth.

And as you're doing that,

You continue walking.

You feel the earth beneath you supporting your body.

Your neck loosens like a river winding through stones.

And with each roll,

You feel more grounded,

More connected to the path.

Now put your face wheel on here.

Whatever you've got,

Sometimes you might only need one drop,

Sometimes two and three.

Rub your hands together.

And then place your fingertips above your eyebrows.

And lift your brows gently,

Holding for five to seven seconds.

And release slowly.

And then lift again,

Holding for the five to seven seconds.

And then release slowly.

Lift again.

And release.

Lift again.

And release.

Now you arrive at a moonlit pond.

The water is still and reflective.

And as you've lifted your brows,

The moon's glow rises on your mind,

Lighting your inner world.

Now let's do your eyes and just gaze up into the stars.

So with your eyes wide open,

Look up slowly and hold for five to seven seconds.

And you're going to do that five times.

Looking up,

The sky is open and vast,

Scattered with stars.

Each star is a soft,

Quiet spark of peace.

Let the starlight pour into your eyes and settle into your heart.

One more time,

Look up,

Hold for five.

And release.

And next,

Add a little smile.

Smile softly.

Put your fingers on your cheeks and lift and hold for seven seconds.

And then release.

And lift.

And release.

Do that four more times.

And on the edge of the pond,

A mermaid appears.

Her smile is calm,

Serene,

And wise.

You feel her joy ripple through like gentle waves.

Smiling softly.

And let that peace move through your cheeks.

Let's do it one more time.

Lift your cheeks,

Hold for seven.

And release.

Now puff your cheeks with air.

And then move that air side to side slowly.

And just keep moving that air slowly from side to side.

As a gentle sea breeze sweeps over the pond,

You feel the water's rhythm in your face.

As you're puffing your cheeks and you're letting that ocean move through you slowly and smoothly.

Keep moving that air side to side.

Now pucker your lips like a kiss and hold that for seven seconds.

And release.

And we'll repeat that five or six times.

While you're doing that,

Imagine a dolphin riding on your shoulder.

Rising in the water.

Playful and loving.

Sends a soft kiss to the sky.

And you send one back.

Pucker your lips and feel your love reaching out into the world.

Pucker your lips.

Hold for seven.

And release.

Let's do that one more time.

Pucker your lips.

Hold for seven.

Now let's move to your forehead.

And use your hands to smooth your forehead from center to tip of your nose.

Out to your hairline at the side.

Do four slow,

Long sweeps.

And then while you're doing that,

You'll notice that the sky begins to brighten with dawn.

Sunbeams stretch across the forest like golden ribbons.

Keep smoothing your forehead.

And feel the warmth.

Dissolving any remaining tension.

Now close your eyes tight.

And hold for seven seconds.

And when you're releasing,

Release nice and slowly with this one.

Then close your eyes tight.

And release.

Keep going.

And you see a lotus blooming in the pond.

Slowly,

Beautifully,

With quiet strength.

So close your eyes tight.

Then open them gently.

Just like the lotus opening to morning light.

So do it again.

Close your eyes tight.

Hold for seven.

Release.

Let's do it one more time.

Close your eyes tight.

Hold for seven.

And release.

Now let's move to your jaw.

So open your mouth wide.

Stick your tongue out slightly.

And hold that for seven seconds.

And then release it.

Open again.

Stick your tongue out slightly.

Hold for seven seconds.

And you hear a distant roar.

Not frightening.

But powerful and freeing.

So open your mouth wide.

And feel the courage in your jaw releasing.

Your inner lion is soft and calm and steady.

Open your jaw again.

Stick your tongue out slightly.

Hold for seven.

And release.

Let's do it one more time.

Open your mouth wide.

And release.

Beautiful.

Now let's inhale deeply through your nose.

Flare your nostrils gently.

And then exhale slowly.

So inhale deeply while flaring your nostrils.

And exhale.

Like it's like a dragon.

And you see that dragon appear in the distance.

It's not fierce.

But it's wise.

And inhale deeply.

Flare your nostrils.

Like it's wings spreading.

And exhale slowly.

Releasing anything heavy you've been carrying.

So let's continue.

Inhale deeply.

Flaring your nostrils.

And exhale.

Inhale deeply again.

Flaring your nostrils.

One more time.

Inhale deeply.

Now put your fingers on your cheekbones.

Lift your cheeks into a soft smile.

And hold that for seven seconds.

And release.

And lift and hold again.

And you notice a warm glow rising from the pond.

It travels up your body.

Into your face.

Lighting your cheeks like sunrise.

Lift your cheeks.

And feel your heart energy radiate outward.

Let's do that a couple more times.

Fingers on the cheeks.

Lifting with your soft smile.

And holding for seven seconds.

And release.

One more time.

Lifting.

Soft smile.

Holding for seven.

And release.

Now place your hands under your chin.

Tilt your head back ever so slightly.

Hold it for three long breaths.

And you'll see yourself standing tall.

Feeling divine and grounded.

Tilt your head back ever so slightly.

And look up at the moon.

Still lingering in the sky.

Feel the connection to something greater.

A deeper,

Gentle knowing.

Let's do one more long deep breath.

And exhale even longer.

Now let's massage your temples.

Going one way for 10.

And then the other way for 10.

Just slow circles.

Gentle pressure.

And do the same on your jaw.

And as you begin to massage your face,

It's as if cradling it a little bit.

And loving hands.

And imagining the forest's warmth wrapping around you like a soft blanket.

Every muscle relaxes.

Every worry dissolves.

You are safe.

You are glowing.

You are whole.

Now do your cheeks.

10 counts one way.

And 10 the other.

Now put your hands back on your face.

And again,

Inhale.

Now put your hands to your heart.

Bow your head slightly.

And thank yourself for this beautiful practice of self-love and care.

And when you're ready,

Open your eyes.

And as you're doing that,

You feel the warmth of your hands and the glow of your face.

You've traveled through a magical place and returned feeling renewed.

You are grounded.

You are loved.

And you are home.

Many blessings to you all.

Namaste.
