This is Joanne and this is a toning sound to frequency shift using sound alchemy.
The emotional negativity we sometimes experience is a form of disharmony that creates in us physical symptoms when our negative emotions are held over for a long period of time.
Disharmony in our emotional world sets the stage for disharmony in our mental realm and the physical body as well.
Emotional coherence and stability can sometimes be extraordinarily difficult for us and as we tend to have calcified emotions that become triggered by certain situations in our lives.
Our emotional wounding causes behaviors in us that are not necessarily beneficial to us but are triggered by these patterns.
To change negative entrainment to positive entrainment is a slow process of changing our patterns and our habits.
It is never a quick fix.
Frequency shifting by entraining to positive emotional states is a very powerful practice that can have wonderful long-term and deep-seated benefits.
We are able to learn to have self-awareness when it comes to our emotions and learning to self-regulate emotions through sound to shift our frequency and create emotional stability.
We can become reactive with strong emotions when we feel we need to protect ourselves or we are triggered in certain ways that touch on our old wounds.
This technique we're going to use today gives us the ability to cause a frequency shift when we're feeling strong negative emotions.
Alchemy is the process of transformation and in the context of emotions it is the process of transmuting a lower frequency emotion to a higher frequency emotion.
This process is about spiritual transformation and the ability to create a grounded and stable emotional state.
Stable emotional states attract and activate our light bodies and soul and encourages them to interact with you on a deeper level.
You can do this technique on the spot when you're experiencing a negative emotion or you can do it at the end of your day when you have more time to work with any chronic negative emotions that you experience a lot.
You can adapt the technique for on-the-spot situations where you do it in a simple manner or more formally which takes time.
Trying it both ways is a good idea as both are very helpful.
Now let's find a space where you're alone and safe and you can make a sound without feeling uncomfortable.
Close any doors and windows if that is appropriate for you and if you'd like light a candle at your altar or set the space by dimming the lights or putting on some sacred music.
Allow yourself to notice how any negative emotions have changed your physiological state.
Note your breathing,
Your heart rate,
Your perspiration or lack of it,
The feeling in your heart and the thoughts in your mind.
Acknowledge them and be aware of them without any judgment.
Now let's frequency shift by toning the sound ah or if you like you can use om.
Ah is a powerful sound that can really help the frequency shift as it helps you become more compassionate and it is connected to our heart.
So inhale deeply and on the exhale tone the sound ah.
Letting the sound vibrate as long as you exhale deeply and smoothly.
Ah is connected to our heart energy and it can help you frequency shift into loving kindness,
Sympathy,
Empathy and compassion.
You will begin to shift physiologically and training to the power of love encoded in this sound.
Your heart rate,
Brain waves and respiration will shift as well when you do this.
So we will keep on doing this for another few minutes together and see if you can note a difference.
But if you feel that need you need frequent further frequency shift and continue the sound for longer,
Anything up to 21 minutes.
While longer sounds can have beneficial effects on our health you should notice a shift even with the first minute of sounding or even within the first 20 seconds.
But if you don't,
Don't worry,
Practice will help.
Let the ah be gentle and let the sound descend and feel gentle,
Nurturing,
Supportive and be kind to yourself.
Let the ah vibrate any negative emotion and transmute it to something neutral or even positive.
Longer toning can have greater effects so keep going if you can.
Doing this toning will change the frequency in you,
Promoting healing.
