Reconnect With Your Spirit - Inner Temple

Like most of my scripts, this one is also inspired by a scene that came to me in meditation. I desired to go deep to a sacred place within, inaccessible to anyone else, a private temple, where I could connect with my spirit. The meditation does not describe what the temple looks like, so you are free to create it the way you want. Voice guidance is 5 minutes; the remaining part has no verbal guidance; there is only a deep sound of singing bowls, gently bringing your focus back to here and now.

Welcome to Inner Temple Meditation. Deep inside of you there is a sacred place. A place only you can enter. Today you will reconnect with that space. The part of you that is deeply calm. At peace and one with Source. Close your eyes and settle into stillness. Leaving the outside world behind, Bring your awareness inward. Notice the flow of your breath. Let the gentle rise and fall of your chest. Relax and let go. Release any tension from your body. Release any conflicts from your mind. Connect with the peace in your heart. Perhaps you sense an openness, A spaciousness within. Allow yourself to fully arrive. To that place within. And now imagine yourself standing before your inner temple. Imagine it in any way that feels right. Imagine it in any way that feels like home to you. Surrounded by soft, Subtle light. In a moment a veil will lift and you will step inside. You can simply be there. Loved without conditions, Seen without judgment. It's where you are forgiven. It's where you can forgive yourself. When ready, Step into your inner temple. Walk into your inner temple. Can you feel the blissful silence? The sacred presence that welcomes you. You may simply be here in stillness. Or ask questions and listen. As the answers come from the light, From the highest vibration. You you
