In this visualization you will meet your inner healer.

It's a part of you that's always there.

Just like your breath.

Just like your heartbeat.

It's always present.

Always guiding.

And knowing what your body,

Mind and spirit needs to heal and grow.

Your inner healer is always there.

You simply need to get quiet,

Tune in and listen.

There may be a situation in your life that you desire to heal.

Maybe it's about your sense of self.

You want to love yourself better.

It could be a physical or emotional challenge.

It could be a situation.

You want to create conditions for healing.

You are curious.

You have heard this voice before.

It speaks through your intuition,

In your dreams,

When you have glimpses of awareness and you simply know.

Every time you come back to this process it will get better and better.

Every time you will receive something timely.

For a moment focus on your breaths.

Deep,

Comfortable breaths at a peaceful pace.

With your next inhale bring yourself back to the present moment.

And let go.

With your next inhale bring yourself to the now.

And let go.

With your next exhale relax your face.

With your next exhale relax your shoulders.

With your next exhale relax your abdomen.

And moment by moment,

Getting deeper and deeper,

You find yourself in a state where everything is possible.

If it's helpful for you,

Imagine that you are in a place that is peaceful,

Sacred,

Beautiful.

A place where you meet your inner healer.

Perhaps there is a door that opens,

Light that comes in and your inner healer shows up.

You can imagine this being in any way or have a sense that he or she is here with you.

Feel the connection.

Show your gratitude for their presence.

Now focus on the area that you want to heal.

Bring to mind the situation that you want to clarify.

Stay open and quiet and listen as your inner healer offers insights,

Images,

Feelings,

Sensations.

Your inner healer may guide you to release old fears,

Let go of emotional burdens or offer support.

And it's good to know that you can receive the answers with all of your senses,

Including the inner sense of knowing.

First ask your own question and then I will guide you through other questions.

Hear the answer or sense the answer with your inner sense of knowing.

Ask your question about your condition,

Your situation.

Ask and listen.

If you are ready for the next question,

Ask the inner healer.

You may want to write it down.

Take a deep inhale,

Stretch your body,

And open your eyes,

Feeling more connected to yourself,

Feeling better than before.
