Hello and welcome to Joanna for Tidal Therapy,

Finding Your Inner Center.

Wherever you find yourself today,

Know that you can take just a little bit of time out to return to you,

To connect to where you are and all of the trillions of cells in the here and now.

Begin by finding a comfortable place and a comfortable position.

Let yourself take some slow deep breaths in through the nose and out through the mouth,

Choosing to let go of any tension that you might be carrying.

Allow your exhale to sweep over your whole body and release what no longer serves you.

Deep inhalation.

And really letting go.

There's no need to continue to carry your worries,

Your stress or your to-do list.

See if you can invite every cell of your body to really relax down.

Notice if there are certain parts that may be having a hard time and take your breath into those spaces.

Letting the breath be like an ocean wave that washes over that place of tension and invites those cells to just release down,

To surrender to the earth,

To choose to let go.

I like to sometimes envision that I am held in the palm of Mother Earth and that she is in fact rising up to hold me,

Which allows my energy to release even more.

So taking a journey through your body and scanning from your head to your toe,

Is there a place that you could ask to surrender just a little bit more?

Exhale and exhale.

Letting yourself come into the stillness that is here right now.

Wherever you are,

You can find this place of stillness,

This place of calm.

Breathing in calm.

Breathing in restoration.

Breathing in whatever it is that you need right now.

And as you exhale,

It's as though you allow what you're breathing in to land.

Feeling love.

And letting it land in all of the parts that make up you.

Now that you're in this quiet place,

Notice if there's something that the centered and wise you needs to say to any other part.

Notice if there's something you need to hear from your higher self and take a moment to just let yourself receive that message.

Letting the words land in all of the parts that make up your body and your being.

Notice that you may feel a little lighter.

You may feel a little more relaxed.

You have set the tone for your day.

May it be wonderful and magical and may you stay centered and connected to you.

Thank you.

Hope to connect soon.
