Connecting To Our Higher Self

This meditation features the magical sounds of a singing bowl along with a call to connect to our higher self. In doing so we call in that which is in alignment with our deepest wisdom, our purpose and our hearts desire.

Hello and welcome to Joanna Furtado therapy connecting to your higher self. Today I would like to bring my singing bowl into the meditation to bring forward the magic that it contains in supporting our connection to that wisest and most centered part of ourself, That ancient wisdom that is innate within us. As we begin to connect to that part of ourselves I would invite you to find a comfortable place and a comfortable position and begin with a few slow deep breaths. Coming inward into connection with our embodied self. As we breathe we connect deeper to the part of ourselves that knows what is in true alignment with our spirit, With our wellness. As we do this we invite that all of the distractions of the everyday material world just subside and move aside. We can even envision exhaling those distractions, Exhaling any external expectations and really aligning with the core and magical being that is you. As you breathe feel that connection running through your whole being from the tip of your head to the base or sole of your feet and we may even envision that this energy goes even farther and that it connects us to the core of Mother Earth and to the heights of Father Sky. A magical line of light energy runs through us and connects us to our highest potential, Our deepest purpose and our most meaningful self. As we connect to this part of ourselves we let go of fear, We let go of doubt and we come into connection with trust. The trust that what is ours, What is truly meant for our heart, For our soul is coming, Is coming towards us. Notice how it feels to connect to what makes your heart sing. Allow your whole being to light up as you envision connection to your highest self. And as we do that we call forth that which is in vibrational alignment with this part of us. In doing so we have planted a seed, A seed of manifestation that those things that are in true alignment with our highest parts come forward. We have planted this seed and now we let go of expectation around how it will come into our life and we hold that energy of trust that that seed will turn into the most beautiful flower or tree and it will offer the most incredible harvest.
