Welcome to this guided meditation.
In this audio you will learn to look inside yourself and appreciate who you are,
But also set goals for change to become who you want to be.
For this meditation sit or lie down in a comfortable position.
Pay attention to my voice and use it as a guide for this relaxation.
Start by closing your eyes or if it is more comfortable find a steady point in front of you.
You can also look in the mirror and repeat confidently what you are about to hear.
Focus on your breath.
Breathe deeply and notice how your lungs fill with air.
Hold your breath for a few seconds.
Release your breath slowly and allow your body to relax.
Breathe in deeply again and hold your breath.
Slowly release the air again.
Breathe in deeply again and hold your breath.
Slowly release the air again.
Now more slowly,
Breathe in,
Feel your lungs and hold your breath.
Release the air slowly.
Imagine that the tension leaves your body when you breathe out.
Start by thinking about you and your life.
Take a look at yourself physically,
Mentally,
Emotionally,
Spiritually.
Who are you?
How would you describe yourself?
What traits do you have?
What are your life values?
What are your skills and abilities?
What are your personal and professional interests?
What future goals do you have?
What do you believe to be your life mission?
What are the characteristics you value the most about yourself?
What are the characteristics others value the most?
What are the characteristics you find most annoying about yourself?
What are the characteristics others find most annoying about yourself?
What are the characteristics you find most annoying about yourself?
How do you intend to do that?
What kind of barriers or obstacles do you anticipate?
How do you overcome them?
Who can help you achieve that change?
How will you know you achieved that change?
Now imagine yourself in that situation,
In that new position of change.
You are that change.
You are now who and what you wish to become.
How does it feel?
Take a moment to analyze it,
To analyze your new you.
What you have become,
What you have achieved with the change.
You can be anything you want to be.
Just believe in yourself and start working on your dreams.
