Hello,

Welcome to this guided practice.

How many trains do you have on standby?

How often do you leave things undone for fear of taking risks?

Whether it's because you are afraid of not being capable,

Of making fool of yourself,

Or of being criticized by others.

Today we are going to meditate on assessing and accepting the risks.

Here I share with you some thoughts about taking risks by the Obus Cagria.

Risks.

To laugh is to risk appearing full.

To weep is to risk appearing sentimental.

To reach out to another is to risk involvement.

To expose feelings is to risk exposing the actual self.

To place your ideas and dreams before a crowd is to risk their loss.

To love is to risk not being loved in return.

To live is to risk dying.

To hope is to risk despair.

To try is to risk failure.

But risks must be taken because the greatest hazard in life is to risk nothing.

The person who risks nothing,

Does nothing,

Has nothing,

Is nothing.

He may avoid suffering in sorrow,

But he cannot learn,

Feel,

Change,

Grow,

Or live.

Shamed by his servitude,

He's a slave who has forfeited all freedom.

Only a person who risks is free.

So take a risk,

Because if you don't risk anything,

You risk everything.
