Welcome to this guided meditation about self-worth.

This meditation is particularly suitable for those days when you are feeling empty,

Without energy and have lost faith in yourself.

It is better to do this meditation in the morning because you are more free from the norms and anxiety and also more open to positive thoughts.

For this meditation I recommend you to sit or lie down in a comfortable position.

Pay attention to my voice and use it as a guide for this relaxation.

Start by closing your eyes or if it is more comfortable find a steady point in front of you.

You can also look in the mirror and repeat confidently the affirmations you are about to hear.

Let's start.

Focus on your breath.

Breathe deeply and notice how your lungs fill with air.

Hold your breath for a few seconds.

Release your breath slowly and allow your body to relax.

Breathing deeply again and hold your breath.

Slowly release to hear again.

Breathing deeply again and hold your breath.

Slowly release the air again.

Now more slowly breathe in,

Fill your lungs and hold your breath.

Release the air slowly.

Imagine that the tension leaves your body when you breathe out.

You are now ready to start with the self-worth affirmations.

So repeat everything you hear.

Repeat all after me.

I am worthy.

I deserve to be happy.

I am a good person and I don't need to prove it to anyone.

I am surrounded by people I love and who love me back.

I contribute positively to the world.

I have compassion for myself.

I deserve to love others.

Every day I do my best to become a better person.

I love myself unconditionally.

I love my life.

I am beautiful the way I am.

I deserve to have my dreams come true.

I have compassion for others.

I am grateful for my health.

I am grateful for my body.

The future holds great things to me.

I am able to overcome all obstacles.

I am at peace with myself.

I appreciate who I am.

I am perfect just as I am.

I deserve to enjoy life.

I value myself as a person.

I have control over my life.

I have the power to grow and transform myself every day.

Take a deep breath allowing these affirmations to calm each part of your body.
