Your arms?
Sit with this grounding for a while.
Now focus on your breath.
Notice how you inhale.
Notice how you exhale.
There is no need to change anything.
There is no need to control anything.
Just observe your breathing.
Whenever a thought arises,
Notice the thought and come back to your breathing.
Let's take a deep breath through your nose.
Whenever a sensation arises,
Notice the sensation and come back to your breathing.
