Take a moment to be grateful that you showed up,
That you gifted yourself this precious time to be here just for you.
Now feel into your body.
Sit with whatever it feels like.
Do you notice any tensions?
Which parts of your body feel relaxed?
As you become more aware of how your body feels,
Take a moment to observe your breathing.
How does it feel to breathe?
Do you notice when an in-breath stops?
Do you notice when an out-breath starts?
Let's dive deeper.
You sit here with yourself,
For yourself,
And not for anyone else.
Being here with yourself and for yourself is an act of self-love.
Take a moment to realize that if you are here now,
You already love yourself.
There is nothing you need to do.
You are enough.
In this very moment,
Through the simple act of being here,
You love yourself.
Let's make that explicit.
Let's give voice to that realization.
If you are in a space where you don't feel like speaking,
Then use your inner voice instead.
Breathe in and then speak,
I love myself.
Say it again,
