This is a Yoga Nidra (Sleep Yoga) deep relaxation practice with the intention of letting go. It involves rotation of consciousness around body parts in the yogic tradition of yoga Nidra. Ideally, I invite you to do the practice lying down, but you can be supported if this is more comfortable and would be able to remain sitting if this is better for you. It is 15 minutes in length. Get a blanket and get comfy.
