Join me for some peaceful beach morning moments, on a beach along the Emerald Coast in Florida. Relax, settle in, breathe in the ocean air, and allow these healing sounds cleanse and refresh you. Thank you for being with me this morning, and have a beautiful day. Namaste.

Good morning,

I invite you to take just a moment,

Settle in to your spot,

Get comfortable.

You could be seated,

You could be lying down on a couch on the floor,

In your bed,

Just take a moment and settle in,

Take a couple of nice deep breaths and center yourself.

You can close your eyes if that feels comfortable.

As you sit and get comfortable with your breathing,

I invite you to listen to the waves in the background.

We are on a beach in Florida,

It is a winter morning,

The weather is mild,

There is a slight,

Slight breeze,

It happens to be cloudy right now.

The waves are just dancing into the shore.

Now hopefully you are feeling relaxed and settled.

I would like for you to notice your face muscles,

From your forehead,

To your eyes,

To your cheeks,

To your jaw,

To your ears,

Every muscle,

Every part of your face.

Let it relax,

Let everything relax and feel at ease,

Unclench anything that might be clenched or tight.

Take a nice deep inhalation here and when you get to the top,

Hold for one or two counts and exhale with a sigh.

Now work your attention down to your neck and shoulders,

To your chest,

Let these parts feel relaxed.

Move down to your stomach,

To your back,

To your hips,

To your buttocks,

Let everything sink into the surface under it.

If your attention starts to wander,

That is fine,

Try to gently bring it back to the sound of the waves.

Take another nice inhalation here,

Holding for one or two counts at the top,

Exhaling fully out of your mouth.

Take your attention down now to your legs,

Feet.

Go back up to your arms and hands for a moment,

Letting the arms,

Hands,

Legs and feet just relax and feel heavy,

Sinking in.

Just let your breath be natural,

Listen to the waves.

As you listen to the waves,

Just know that everything inside of you,

From your thoughts to your organs,

Everything that makes up you,

Just know that these beautiful,

Healing ocean waves are cleansing and purifying and detoxifying all the parts of your body.

As you feel renewed and refreshed with these ocean waves,

For a few moments with your breathing,

You feel ready,

You can slowly wiggle your toes,

Your fingers,

You can rotate your ankles and wrists gently.

Take a nice deep breath in and out,

Slowly and fully.

Slowly turn your head from side to side.

And slowly open your eyes and take another nice deep breath in and out.

And I thank you for joining me this morning.

I do hope you feel refreshed,

Invigorated,

Renewed,

Calm and at peace.
