Join me for a deeply relaxing meditation to calm, ground, and relieve tension and anxiety. Together, we will find a healing space that will allow us to release and let go of anything in our lives that is no longer serving us. Embracing the spirit of autumn, we will journey to a sacred forest, and there, we will tune in to any difficult situations in life that we are able to release and let go of. Immersed in this healing place, we will find peace by surrendering any fears and worries to nature, a force far greater than ourselves. By embracing and working with the earth's natural cycle of release and rebirth, we align with our true nature of ease and peace. Use this meditation to invite release, inner peace, and a feeling of lightness and renewal to mind, body, and spirit. The balance and harmony created when we release what is no longer serving us promotes positivity, raises our vibration, and creates space for attracting more of what we truly wish for in life.
