Join me for this deeply relaxing guided meditation to invite inner peace and positivity into your day and your life. With just 5 minutes of intentional time together, we will move effortlessly into a space of stillness, and give ourselves permission to be peaceful. Using our breath as a gateway we will align with our true nature of peace and positivity, cultivating an inner peace that we can carry with us throughout the day. This meditation can be played at any time to find and promote a true sense of inner peace. Namaste

Five minutes to inner peace and positivity.

Welcome to your five minute meditation to inner peace and positivity.

Together we will find stillness in this space as we slow down and give ourselves permission to be peaceful.

We often think that we need at least 20 minutes or more to move into a deep meditative state.

But just five minutes of intentional time to breathe,

Re-center and align with our true nature of peace and positivity is often all that is required.

Your decision to make this time for stillness and allowing yourself to be peaceful,

Hear with me now,

Is your gateway to inner peace and positivity today.

Thank you for joining me.

Let's begin our time together.

Sit comfortably with your spine long and straight,

With your hands resting gently on your thighs.

You can turn your palms upwards towards the sky in a gesture of receiving peace and positivity from the universe today.

Alternatively you can lie down in Shavasana,

Allowing your body to rest upon the earth.

Let your body be relaxed and grounded,

Again palms facing the sky as we open ourselves to receiving.

Now close your eyes if it feels good to you and let's find our place of inner peace through the breath.

As we inhale we will invite a beautiful golden light to surround us.

This light will flood our bodies with a warm,

Relaxing,

Comforting glow.

This warmth will radiate throughout our body,

Filling us with a deep and profound sense of peace.

We will hold this deep beautiful inner peace at our heart space for a moment and then as we exhale this golden warmth will wash away any feelings of fear,

Doubt or negativity we may be holding.

Let's breathe into this inner peace together,

Inhaling long and deep,

Receiving the warmth and illumination of the golden glow entering your body from the soles of your feet,

Radiating warmth and deep,

Deep comfort through the legs,

The hips,

Abdomen,

Ribcage and chest.

Now take your left hand to your heart space and place your right hand on top of the left.

Hold this warmth,

This deep sense of comfort at your heart.

This is your inner peace,

Hold it there.

Now exhale long and deep,

Allowing this bright and beautiful golden light to wash over you.

As it gently removes any fear,

Negativity or any feelings that may be disturbing your inner peace and your feelings of positivity today,

Let fear,

Doubt and negativity go.

Let it fall away.

Inhale again,

Long,

Deep,

Cleansing breath.

The golden glow wraps its warmth around you,

It feels like a blanket of soothing coziness surrounding you,

Holding you,

Cradling your body and easing your mind.

Hold this inner peace to your heart space again,

Hold it there.

Now exhale again,

Long,

Steady exhale,

The golden light now releasing anything that is holding you back,

Any troubles that are weighing on your heart and mind.

Let them go,

Let them wash over you and release them to the universe.

Now let's inhale one more time,

Inhale the peace,

Comfort and positivity you have discovered in this healing space.

Allow this breath to be long and steady,

Guide your golden light once more to any places in your body that need some extra attention or love in this moment.

Feel the light soften and comfort these parts of you.

Now once more hold the light,

This warmth that has softened and comforted you to your heart center.

Feel the pressure of your hands at your heart space,

Enclosing that light,

That inner peace.

Now long,

Steady exhalation as you hold your inner peace safe at your heart,

Allowing any last niggling feelings of doubt or fear to dissipate.

As you exhale your body remains soft,

Warm and heavy on the ground,

Jaw soft,

Shoulders soft,

Chest relaxed,

Abdomen soft and relaxed,

Legs heavy,

Ankles and feet soft and relaxed on the earth.

Bring your attention once again to your hands at your heart space,

Feel the warmth and the gentle softness there where your inner peace resides.

This inner peace is part of you,

It's your body,

It's your mind,

It's your soul and your spirit and you can find it at any time.

You can find it in just five minutes with just three deep cleansing breaths.

Your breath is your gateway to stepping away from fear and doubt and giving yourself permission to be peaceful.

Our time now in this space is coming to a close.

Gently begin to move your body in a way that feels good to you.

Maybe wiggle your toes and your fingers or move your head slowly from one side to the other.

When it feels good to you,

You can flutter your eyelids open keeping a soft gaze for a few moments.

It's time to move on with your day now knowing that inner peace and positivity is with you.

It is part of you and it is so easy to rediscover whenever you need it.
