We will take just 5 minutes to shift our energy and elevate our vibration to a frequency of which fills body, mind and spirit with a lightness that feels pure, clear, and completely at ease. Welcome to this short meditation to raise your vibration and bring positivity to your day and your life.

I will be your guide and together we will come back to center,

Breathe and intentionally shift our energy to raise our vibration.

Wherever you are,

Whether you are taking a few minutes at your workspace or if you are able to lie down,

Sit down,

Gently close your eyes.

Now bring your attention to your breath,

Just allow everything from your day so far to melt away and give your full focus to your breath.

Inhale through the nose and then exhale through the nose.

Notice there is no effort to this,

It happens without doing anything.

Your body knows what to do and it happens effortlessly.

Now let's slow the breath down just a little,

Take a longer,

Deeper breath than you have all day.

Allow the fresh,

Vibrant air to flow into your body,

Fill your lungs with prana or life force and exhale the air your body no longer needs,

Slowly and steadily.

Feel any areas of tension in the body begin to soften and melt away with your exhalation.

Continue to breathe in this way and allow your body to feel energized on the inhalation and to soften completely on the exhalation.

If thoughts arise while you are breathing,

Let them float across your mind like little white fluffy clouds moving across a beautiful blue sky on a warm summer's day.

These thoughts don't need your full attention right now and you can witness them floating by as you would if you were cloud gazing and enjoying the sun on a warm afternoon.

It is your focus and it can become your anchor during these few minutes and at any time when you wish to ground,

Center and elevate your vibration.

It is always available to you.

Your breath is flowing effortlessly,

Thoughts are just drifting by without attachment.

They don't need you to respond right now and you are completely calm,

Centered and grounded in this,

The present moment.

In this place of peace,

Your vibrational energy is clear and light and your entire being is balanced and in harmony with the universe.

You are fully connected to yourself and the flow of life.

In this pure blissful energy,

You are aligned with this energy that you are creating for your highest good in life,

A shift to clarity and a high clear vibration.

You are completely ready to attract all that you wish for yourself.

This shift in your energetic vibration has elevated your frequency to a level that fills you with a lightness that feels pure and clear and completely at ease.

Your emotions are steady and balanced in harmony with your breath.

The word emotion means energy in motion.

The movement of your energy to this highest state now creates the ability to attract positivity into your day and your life.

Breathe this clear,

Pure energy.

Into your heart space and feel the sense of freedom this creates.

Your entire body is now open to receiving all that is good into your life.

Receive it all with your inhalation and feel gratitude with your exhalation.

Take a few more deep breaths.

In this space of light,

Blissful energy and know that you can return here at any time.

Place one hand onto your heart space to feel the open receiving energy you have created there and place the other on your abdomen to connect this high vibration to your heart space.

Spend a few moments allowing this flow of energy to settle throughout your system and smile.

Then begin to feel any points of contact.

Again,

Feel the spine and the backs of your legs on the ground.

Gently open your eyes and with your vibration high and filled with beautiful source energy,

Continue with your day.
