Transcript

Begin by deepening your breath.

Inhale through the nose,

Sending the breath down into the belly,

Into the room.

Exhale,

Sigh it out,

Releasing and letting go of any tension that you are holding on to at this moment.

Continuing with this expansive breath,

Finding a gentle rhythm,

Sending this soothing breath into the infinite space in your heart,

Cultivating what is possible for you.

Continuing this breath,

Making it as expansive as you can,

Allowing it to travel throughout the entire body.

Inhale,

When you're ready,

Exhale all the way out,

Pausing at the bottom of the exhale.

Inhale,

Deeply into the body,

Expanding and exhaling out.

Continuing with the natural rhythm of your breath.

With each inhale,

Beginning to connect to your life force energy through the crown of your head,

With each exhale,

Surrendering anything you are ready to let go of,

Sending it back into the earth below you.

Continuing to connect to your life force energy and this healing light through the crown and exhaling out through the feet.

Continue with this relaxing healing breath for a few moments.

Begin to recall what it is you are working with today.

What are you ready to release?

What are you ready to shed?

What are you ready to let go?

Observe the sensations and the feelings within the body.

Remember you are here in this moment to cultivate more love,

More ease,

Create space for new possibility.

Find who you are deep down within.

Use this breath now,

Breathe into that space and the sensation that you've called upon for letting go.

Focus your breath in this space,

Inhaling to expand and exhaling to release the tension to let it go.

I will invite you now to relax into the ease of your breath for a few moments.

As you relax and surrender to this present experience,

Begin to imagine the energy off your body beginning to expand farther and farther out with each inhale and exhale as it pulsates to the rhythm of your own unique vibration.

Continue an easeful breath.

Sense into the energy that you're feeling of your own vibration through the connection of your life force and your deep rooted connection to the earth.

Feel into the expansion of the energy you're cultivating with your breath.

You are in control of expanding this healing container.

It expands with your own vibration,

Pulsating with each exhale and inhale.

The farther out it expands,

The more you allow for your transformation,

Holding a steady vibration of your true essence.

Connecting to this expansive energy,

Be with this space now.

Allow yourself to arrive in this expansive energy.

Beginning to sense into what you see around.

What are you observing?

Whether that is a sensation in the body,

Something that you are seeing or hearing,

What are you feeling?

Welcoming in this life force energy for healing and transforming,

Honour that this is your unique connection.

Continuing your journey now,

Expanding your heart,

Allowing the energy you have cultivated to guide you now.

Beginning to deepen your breath,

Call upon your true essence and the vibration of your true essence to land within the heart,

Within the body.

Bringing your true essence home within.

Gently smile,

Feel into the vibration integrating into your whole body.

Hold your hand on your heart.

Holding this vibration close.

Welcome now to let your eyes open and arrive back into the room,

Back into the space.

Taking a deep breath in and exhaling out.

Giving yourself some love and gratitude for the space and transformation you've created.
